i cant get my broad band user report

Hello Sir/madam,
My broadband is not working properly from the moment i got it. it gets cut every minute or 2 mins once. it s been rare, if i could ve used my broadband continuously for atleast few hrs together. I ve reported this problem continuously to the concerned ph nos that were given as references. But yet no action has been taken and the condition remains the same.i would like to bring this to your notice and believe that the problem is corrected.

Not able to open usage account. Please guide to open, that can be accessed before.

BSNL — for reporting problem in my broadband service
Respected Sir/Madam,Even though my user ID and my password are correct,the usage details are not displayed today.Till yesterday it was in working condition
I just want you to be pay attention towards my mobile gprs that is not working properly.When i call on customert care number they tell me diffrent solutions but the problem is not solved.The problem is this when i open orkut on my mobile it shows unsupported content type ande balance is deducted from my balance .I use NOKIA 6300 which is a multimedia handset. this shows bsnl is poor in service
