i have collected the Portal I D as PRA[protected] Ffrom NIB, BSNL Raj Nagar. but the Checking Of Account Usage is not matured. so please provide me the requisite details viz User ID, User Name, Password & confirmation of Portal I D aswell .

i have not connect bbservice.bsnl.in becouse some server errer please resolve the problem. san[protected] this is my portal id.
i can not able to check the useage of portal id.broadband. something error there.
I am trying to open my portal to check my account usage, but i am unable to open it . the dataone website works fine except for the portal . how should i come to know the remaining bandwith for this month in order not to exceed my limit? kindly help

I have been experiencing lot of difficulty accessing the internet thro your BSNL Broadband connection.
We have a unlimited plan 750 (Modem Type-II) using the telephone[protected] and find that, most often, when we log in, a message appears as 'Server not found'. All the four green lights of modem are on, and the computer's signal strength also appears to be good. Besides, even when we are connected, the signal gets cut off several times. The laptop we use is a standard DELL make and is either kept in close proximity to the modem or in the next room.
A additional observation is that we are able to secure internet connection even if the signal strength received by the computer is low. This means that it is a server problem we experience most often.
Why is this so? Even after switching from a 125 plan thro' 500 plan, we find the sevice from BSNL needs much to be much desired...
