[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — BSNL very lazy people

I applied for BSNL broadband transfer (in bangalore from SG palya to Vijaya bank layout)about a month back and have not yer got teh broadband connection. I have spent more than 400 bucks calling and going to the office to get the connection transferred. Nobody wants to work in BSNL. My phone has been shifted to IIMB sector. I got the landline connection about 2 weeks back (6th Aug 2009) . I was been told I 'll get the internet in 2 days. I called these BSNL ppl after 5 days and enquired abt the internet connection. Then the lady who talked to me realized that the work order has not been initiated (because of their laziness) so she then generated the WO for broadband on 10th Aug after me calling them (means it should have ideally taken 2 more days i.e. on 12th i should have got teh connection) . After that i was been asked to coordinate with Mr. Batri, another lazy person he always used to tell me i'll come on wed then frio, then mon and so on. when i wanted complain against him i wsa been told to talk to Mr Shiv Sundar, who asked me to call to Girdhar, who again asked me to call to Mr Shiv Sundar, a closed loop. Now I have contacted the DE to actually get something done, now lets see whom I am directed to talk to now...Everyone in BSNL is just too lazy. I suppose its because of govt. ne plan of increasing their salary. now these guys just wnat money without doing nething...earlier atleast kuch dekar kaam karwaya jaa sakta tha ab to inki salary hi itni moti tagdi hai ki ab inko kuch ki zaroorat nahi...i suggest u guys not to take BSNL at all because nethr it is cheap nor can u expect even a decent service. I was once a Airtel customer, but unfortunately because i was not getting Airtel connection in my new place had to shift to BSNL. My bad luck but i suggest every1 not to repeat my mistake

I applied for a land line telephone connection with broadband under 625 plan, but when bsnl spends carores of Rs. on publicity, and your staff is not able to provide the service. I think, wasting wealth on publicity has no meaning. I could get my land line installed after more than one and half month, And after installing even after one week, your staff could not provide broadband even after so many reminders. My land line No.[protected]. Now it is my request to provide broadband at earliest.
BSNL PEOPLE VERY VERY GOOD PEOPLES. THIS MONTH GIVE COMPLAINT NA DEFINITELY NEXT MONTH CUSTOMER PROBLEMS SOLVE. BUT EVERY TIME IF COMPLAIN GIVEN NA ACCEPTED AND GIVEN DOCKET NO AND CALL AND CONFORM THE COMPLAINT BUT DON'T TAKE ANY ACTION. THIS MONTH 1ST GIVEN THE COMPLAINT BUT STILL NOW DID NOT TAKEN ANY REACTION BUT VERY DAY CALLED AND ASKED WHAT PROBLEM FOR YOUR BRAND AND AM ALWAYS TOLD SAME REASON BUT NO ONE TAKE ACTION. IN CASE GIVEN THE COMPLAIN DGM. DGM ALSO TOLD SOME REASON BUT HE ALSO NOT TAKEN ACTION THEN WHY GIVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ? PLEASE REMOVE MY BRAND BAND CONNECTION I DON'T WANT TOUCH WITH BSNL. I GO TO OTHER TELECOM
