[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — portal id & password

My brand band connection is not responding, I have forgotten my pass word. Please help me.

My internet speed is too slow i opted for unlimited plan and i am getting speed of 25-30 kbps only from last one week so i kindly request you please check it as soon as possible.

bsnl is providing me very bad service.after every week their link bbservice.bsnl.in is out of service.i am not able to check my usage.i hope you will take strict action against this issue.

BSNL Broadband — excess metering

In telephone (No.[protected] bill for the month of December 2008, I have received debit charges of Rs. 2160.00 towards BBUSGCHG though I have not downloaded anything during the month.

I would like to view my broadbamd usage, even i have portalid, username, password details i cannot know my usage, kindly help

what a service there is no responce from bsnl exchange please rectify my promblems

BSNL Broadband — non connectivity especially during free time

Sir,
To-day morning between 3 A.M to 8.45 A.M (Free time) connectivity went off. This is not the one single occassion against which I am making this complaint. During the past 4 or 5 months connection went off during free time especially. Will authorities look into it with customer care behind it?.As the free time is denied on account of non connection, will the authorities compensate the free time to the extent of non connected period.?

I have forgotten my Bsnl poratl id and password.I need to check my internet usage account.I tried the customer care of my area but they gave me another contact no. Now I tried contacting on the other no. but they never pick up the phonne or the phone is busy.pls tell me my portal id and password.

BSNL Broadband — server is freqvently disconnecting

I am using bsnl broadband under home 500 combo plan since three months. Now, the server is not connecting properly since one week.I think the signal strength is weak or there may be a deffect in the broadband modem supplied by the banl. my phone NO:[protected].

BSNL Broadband — Bad, Worst Exchange in India

Hi,

I am Yuvi from Chennai. I am having broadband problem for last month, i complaint to extreme level but no use. Few times JE visited my home to check the line but he have no clue why net is not working, basically he is not a Engineer but BSNL promoted him as a JE for the total exchange, if anyone complaints he simply come to that home, will sit infront of computer for few mins and collects 100 or 200 bucks and simply he will go without solving a problem, the same happening for me for last one month. Next senior for him is DE, he is another dawn in exchange he wont pickup a call, he wont answer even i go straight nothing he will do. Incase if he pick the call if we say no net..bla..bla.. he will disconnect the call.

I am looking where i have to book the complaint on exchange, i request central government to take care useless exchange and useless employees, anyone help me how to complaint on the exchange...
