I am a customer of BSNL Broadband since last two years. While it is installed, I have got good speed as per bsnl promissed. after two three months, the speed became lower than 100 kbps. and while usage checking, it shows more usage than we used. BSNL officials should take necessary actions against these and provide good service to the customer, please.

After great effort I was able to get my complaint lodged via complain no. E-24. But till now my broadband problem has not been sorted out.

BSNL Broadband — Very Frequent Net disconnects
I have bee using BSNL unlimited 256kbps connection since past 2 years and recently upgraded to 512 kbps unlimited. I have a very major problem of net disconnects every few minutes sometimes continuously throughout the day.It is very frustrating and am on the verge of going for another option. BSNL Broadband — Does not have driver to connect with the help of usb port
Hi,I am using BSNL broadband and my computer doesnot have LAN Card but it is have USB port and when i took the BSNL connection a usb cable came along with the kit.
I tried a lot to configure it and finally i called customer care they sent one guy but that guys replied in very bad manner and said we dont have any driver for usb port. I told you shd have then he said company doesnt provide the usb driver.
Please help me out .

BSNL Broadband — Service
Our school is just situated 55km away from from the city of Hyderabad and it took so long for us to get the Broad band connection at last.If it works one day doesn't work four days and the response from the BSNL office is as usual veru elusive hi

BSNL Broadband — No Internet Connection since Installation
Dear sir/madam,My Broadband connection is not working even after repeated reminders since it has been installed.Also the BSNL personnel do not respond to calls made by us. The telephone was installed 2 weeks back but till date the broadband connection is not working . their officials say they have configured everything and then they dont respond. Kindly help. BSNL service is very poor.
