Due to some unavoidable reason I am unable to continue my broadband connention Several times Broadband line disconnected without any reason , complain given to Sec-19, Sec-58,Noida. But nobody came for checking or rectifying errors. My business is suffering due to connectivity. So we decided to disconnect broadband line W.e.f 08.03.2008. Telephone Number is[protected] Please pass necessary orders to person concern to do the needful , also instruct to the account department to refund my security amount . i have summited an application for disconnection of bsnl broad band...but still now my bsnl broad band has not disconnected.

Sub: Still broadband connection is not disconnected after giving the letter on 07/01/2011. (Broad band connection amount Rs. 750)Dear Sir / Madam,
On 07/01/2011 I have given request letter to BSNL office to disconnect the BSNL broadband connection immediately due to my personnel reason. There is no action taken for this given letter. As soon as get the telephone bill on Jan’11 (Bill amount: 830.56) I went and asked why you didn’t cancel the broad band connection? They told we are having server problem. We are not able to open your views in the system. If you are having complaint plz submit the another letter to us. Otherwise you contact accounts manager. Immediately I asked account manager also regarding this issue. He is also saying give another letter to us.
Please tell me how many letters I have to submit regarding that issue. Why they are telling server problem every day? (This is BSNL mistake not customer mistake)
Five times I went and asked they are telling same story. On Feb’2011 (01/02/2011 to 31/02/2011) bill also showing Rs. 840.48. (Broad band connected is not removed).
Why they are irritating me again and again. That is not my work to ask again and again. Please solve this issue immediately due to my request letter. Please try to satisfy to customers.
Do the needful. Reply immediately.

since from last month no action has been taken on disconnection of broadband so further im not gonna pay any further amount for this month.as i my complaint is submitted since 12 july & month gets over by 17 july .so no billing must be done further for number[protected]...

There is no customer care in BSNL. They are just doing fraud with their customers by not providing proper service and they are very quick at generating bill and sending to the customer. In BSNL view the customer is a person "Jo BSNL broadband ke cust se mer raha ho".

This is Sandeep. I have subscribed to BSNL broadband plan after much reluctance given their "world renowkned service" (*sarcasm*)
So, the broadband comes and doesn't function for 3 weeks after the first day. And me and my wife have to go from pillar to post.
Here is how the conversation goes for 3 weeks.
BSNL agent 1: Shaam ko aa jaayenge madam
BSNL agent 2: Kall 11 baje yaad dila dijiye
BSNL agent 1: Gupta ji ko phone kijiye, wahi modem supply karte hain. Aapke modem mein problem hai
Gupta ji: Modem mein problem nahi hoga. Connection mein problem hai
BSNL agent 2: Kal 11 baje yaad dila dijiye
BSNL agent 1 : Hum 1 ghante mein aa rahe hain
BSNL agent2 : Kal 11 baje yaad dila dijiye
Given such chatty people I wonder why people hate BSNL so much

I am using BSNL broadband from March 29th 2013 & my no. is[protected].
I have opted for 950 BB package, from the day one I am not getting the speed what they commited of 4mbps up to 6GB. Many times I tried reaching customer care & no one response for the call. Even though I took the connection in BSNL mela I received my 1st bill with installation charges which was suppose to be free. I raised the automated complaint no. several times but few days later without addressing the isssue they closed the case. BSNL customer care support is very poor, I am really frustrated to reachout the people. I need to disconnect the connecton now.
From past 3 days there is no BB service & now also I couldn't able to reach any customer service.
I just want to get ride of this worst service of BSNL.
Please close my account immedietly.

My braod band connection was disconnected last week when enquired it has been dis connected. even though i made one year advance payment. some small amount 286 rs need to pay so the dis connected. last 3 month back only i paid .I am using my Broad band since 2004 with out any payment dealy.My family had clear all dues now.

Since i am working Abroad i would like to keep My nation Healthy for that i am using my country own networking . So many networks available and approached me. Still i have the same faith.

I want to immediately cancel the existing Broadband connection (my land-line tel.no.is[protected].

BSNL Broadband — Not Disconnecting
i am using bsnl broadband for last 1year, i have submitted a letter in bsnl office for disconnecting the broadband connection from 1st of January, then they have call for clarification on 10th January but till date (19 march 2011) they have not disconnected the internet, they have send the bill for January and February, Rs.1788.00, what can i do....please tell the solution....mail: [protected]@ymail.com, mobile: [protected]
