BSNL Broadband — I am unable to see my usage

I am having BSNL broadband connection ( Combo Home Plan 500C) at my telephone no.[protected]. Before sometime it was working properly but now when I try to login to see the usage it shows invalid username/password and mostly the page does't open .Due to this problem I am unable to see my uses.
So, it is a humble request to look into this matter.

i am also facing the same 442d3 problem, although i have logged on, and entered my user name and relavent details, i am not able to verify my usage, please help me ...thanks

Do you have a contact number/ customer service/Help line #. Its realy sad to see that you have mentioned all invalid ph# in the website.

when i open the site to view my account usage..in the tab 'my services' no account no is displayed in the my 'account no. ' column whereas in any other computers it does display.Do i have to change any settings in my computer?Also www.freshersworld.com does'nt open in my computer.what cud be the reasons???plz help, mail the solutions to [protected]@yahoo.com.

To day i m quite unable to open the uses site of bbservice.bsnl.in request to rectified it so that i will able to see my uses detail.

I am having BSNL broadband connection ( Combo Home Plan 500C) at my telephone no:[protected] since 1.5 Yrs. If my telephone is ringed, net connection automatically disconnected. I have to heard very noisy sound from my telephone. Please co-operate with me.
I'm requesting you for a free telephone set, which is combined with this connection. Plz help!!!

how can I know the usage of my broad band
