iam trying to check out my usage details for the past 2 weeks till dated iam not able pls find out a solution pls send my user id and portal id to the above mail add

i am trying to check my useage details for the past two weeks.i am not able pls find out me solution. pis send me use details my email. kulwinder.[protected]@gmail.com

bsnl broad band internet usage checking site.

The bsnl portal is not in working position

i cant get useage now

uses detail portal not open please help me

usage detail portal does not open.it shows internal server errror.how to solve this problem.

i have typed the correct portal id and password but the usage are not displayed but the following error message was shown-"The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [protected]@your.address and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

sir i am getting the usage detail problem on opening the following message appears..:-

when i want to see my usage detail portal of my 250 plan, it shows error .please help me.they shows that "server is encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and contact at IBM HTTP at bbservice.bsnl.inport 80"
