BSNL Broadband — Broadband disconnection Problem

We got this telephone number from January 2009. As we shifted our residence from CV raman Nagar Phase I to phase II. Broad band connection was given in February. We had given our request telephone shifting on 26th December.
But the telephone gives a ratteling sound. Daily we are giving a complaint. But one is caring. This problem has startd atleast 20 day before. Dataone is completely dead.
Here we have One Mr. Sitaram. He dosent even listen to us. He says that no complaint has reached him. Please look in to the mater.

i have Bsnl Broadband Connection, this is every 10 minutes to disconnected
Iam change my system But the problem is repeating. Iam complaint BSNl Office the Technician is comes
He finds system is Problem . her laptop is connect through cable thats working properly.my system is not connect to internet. Every restart connected. next ten minutes the net is disconnected.
i am try to connect that option is already it Connected. Connect option is Hide Disconnect option is enable
iam try to option Disconnect and connect But net is not connected . the system is restart Net connected simentaniously.

i have DSL2+ Modem
i am using PPPOE Coonecter

Please help me where is the Problem How to resolve.
