BSNL Broadband — internet not work any time

I have BSNL broadband connection and I am using same for more tha 3 yrs. at starting it was working properly, but from last 3 months its performance is below average.

Whenever you required the internet, its not worked. if worked its too slow and bracking nos of time.
My concern is when you are paying for services, you must provide the best service thats we desired.
Kindly look forward positively...

BSNL WIRELESS — Did not get the internet

I am a customer of BSNL wireless phone. I am not getting the internet and I gave a complaint in the Bsnl exchange office thalkulathur and one month ago i have given there my phone but the officer is not taiking it as serieous and not giving the correct information. .He has no responsibility . BSNL Broadband — broadband complaint not achieve

sir this is to inform u that our telephone no 26617745 is having broadband connection with one time yearly payment of Rs.35000 multi user. before the plan was different single user at that time broadband was working well after change to yearly pplan broadband is not working, example in a month 15 to 20 days broadband line is stopped. every time we give a call they say works is going on this is happening since last 4 month.
sir we work on SAP system and it require broadband speed, if this is not sort out how the work will go on,

kindly look into the matter as i have register with you when failing to get service provided by calcutta telephones

BSNL — Broadband not working and also phone

BSNL — COMPLAINT CLOSED WITHOUT PROVIDING THE SOLUTION

Bsnl mobile complain no. 4303852 lodged on 22.09.2010 for not activating miss call alert facility. Customer care people says the complained solved & it is closed everytime. but still as on date it not yet solved. Customer care people just giving excuses & are saying transfering to senior authority. After transfering no one receives & finally i have to disconnect the call otherwise there is no meaning for waiting more den 15 minutes on line just to listen the default message of bsnl.

Ortel Broadband — not responding to call

It is pity that when this net is not working,no one cares for it,even the contact number shows that it is engaged.so first you tell me whom to contact in case the net does not work.even if they come in contact they say that it will be done but in vain.

my telephone number is 27960407 ,i am having a broad band connection ,my broad band was not working properly.a problem of network cable unplugged arise due to which the connection was not possible.i had contacted the customer care they said problem with my system.i had checked the system with airtel broad band connection it is working properly.recently my broad band was not working from 30.10.2010.i had registered a complaint on the same day my docket no[protected] dated 30/10/2010 at 13:15:51 hrs is still pending.this is not the first time,every time once there is a disconnection it takes more than ten days to recover.even i am not able to pay my bsnl bill from my home.every time i have to move 6 kms for browsing and pay my bill.there is no responce from bsnl.so i fed off and giving this complaint,do the needful at the earliest.

YES, I agree with you as my telephone connection has the Broad Band connection too, its disconnecting regularly.I complained at the office about this but they didn't take any action(even they are not responding to my complaints)I made three complaints(on September 2010 ) to the A.E he said i will send a person up to now (12-Dec-2010) no one came here. the main thing is we are getting BILL OF 750 for each month.

very slow net

dear sir,
gave a complaint bearing no. [protected] dt. 31.01.2011 for telephone no.[protected]. complaint was registered, no body turned out to rectify the problem and after a day an sms was sent to my mobile no.[protected] telling that the complaint is closed.

when i tried to give a complaint to customer care on phone 1500 in the morning the bell is ringing and no response from them.

may i request to arrange to call on my mobile[protected]hyderabad) and arrange for the necessary repairs/rectification. actually i got fed up with bsnl broad band or else i may have to shift to airtel/idea or anyother company.

also as a customer i request/suggest to give direct mail id to whom we can approach in times of nonrectification/unsatisfactory services.

an earliest reply will be highly appreciated.

for this mail - i was made to search in internet and sending a mail to you.

actually i was having an idea to shift from vodafone to bandham. i took the number portability code also. but i am thinking now whether to go for it or not -with this bad experience from bsnl services/customer care.

i also sincerely request the executive concerned to make a surprise check thru other telephones - that how will be the responce of customer care in responding on telephone calls.

I am customer to bsnl for more than 10 years and want to encourage the public sector.

BSNL-UP(E) — Broadband is not working properly for past 2 months.

After repeated complaint for my broadband connection problem, no needful action is taken by concerning authority. i am constantly complaining about it on customer care and area incharge officer. i am suffer from both mental & physical exertion for past 2 months. my contact no. [protected].

Otherwise i'll telling to Maximum people that the Uses is good but the service by the BSNL Worker People or Provider is not good for Anything...

BSNL — DISCONNECTION OF INTERNET IN ONE DAY MANY TIMES THEY ALSO PROVIDE SLOW SERVICE IN UNLIMITED PLAN

DISCONNECT OF INTERNET IN ONE DAY MANY TIMES THEY ALSO PROVIDE SLOW SERVICE IN UNLIMITED PLAN. THEY TOLD US WE PROVIDE HIGH INTERNET SPEED AND IN ADVERTISEMENTS THEY SHOW. BUT THEY ARE NOT PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE. I COMPLAINT MANY TIMES IN BSNL OFFICE.

From last 15 days I am not getting my Broad Band . Several times I registered my complaint but no response . Tried to contact on phone but not lifting from other side . Wants to cancell the connection In last three months it worked for hardly 15 days but I am paying bills punctually
