not working for last 45 days
i have a broad band connection in karnataka- Raichur - exchange[protected], which is not working for last 45 days.two months back also same complaint occcured.iam fedup with the connection which is of no use.it will be good enough if it is errected or taken away

Hello,

We have paid the internet bill on start of the month. but still we didnt get our internet activated.
We've given complaints like this a lot of times.. but no one is responding.
Given complaints at Sholinganallur BSNL office in WIPRO IT Park.

It was very Embarrassing for BSNL.
I didnt see such a stupid customer service ever.

My broadband connection is not working since 03 May 2011 even many times approached with BSNL staff Sector 24, Noida in written / verbal on daily complains. Generally they are promissing to rectifiy it tomorrow or today but still they had not fulfilled it.Please make me free from this problem otherwise I will knock the door of RTI.

I have the broadband connection on my home number [protected]. I am facing the Broadband problem since 15 Days. Three times I have lodged the complaint on 198 for the same and same is received by your Behram & Mehli Exchange team. I have talked number of times on [protected] (Mehli Exchange) and [protected] (Behram Exchange). Problem was not solved yet despite the fact the two complaints were closed.

BSNL — Broadband not working for 1 year

Dear Sir

This is for [protected]. I've been raising complaints every other day, following up with different numbers and line men and officials and have not received any help from BSNL. All you people are doing is collecting money on time for a broadband connection that doesn't work.

I've tried the 1500 number they give me numbers which don't work including area exchanges.
I call 1504, they don't answer the call inspite of being on hold from over 30 minutes and then they disconnect it. This has happened more than 50 times, I've still been patient but no use. On once call they ran a test and said link is down, they'll register a complaint and by evening it will be done. It's 4 months and no sign.

Tech support says line is not alright, line man says modem is not alright. I've bought a new modem and its the same story. The line man Krishnappa was given money on every instant but still no use, he just eats he money and doesn't do any work.

Can you please help or is my time and money wasted in writing this to you.

BSNL Broadband — BSNL broadband not working

Right now my telephone is dead i.e. no dial tone.
It started complaint that broadband is down. I booked the complaint. After a long wait I could meet Mr. Krishna and told about the problem and he told that go home it will be resolved out. Nothing happened. I visited again after a week to Mr. Krishna and he told that they have changed the port, it should work. Nothing happened again and since then my phone is dead.
I have not used the phone since October 16, 2011 and paying the bill. Is there any responsible employed in BSNL to address this?

We Have already complained as well as Personally meeting many times into that BSNL Broadband office but no response.

Otherwise I'll telling to Maximum people that the Uses is good but the service by the BSNL Worker People or Provider is not good for Anything...

BSNL — BSNL Broadband Again Not Working

BSNL Broad Band Again Not Working. My telephone no is 25233700. Every week there is server issue. last week it took 4 days to resolve. This time I don't know how much time you will take. I already have lodged a complain (complain id: 0312/1769) with customer care. But they never take seriously. Every week I waste so much time in taking to customer care. It seems they are giving service in free. I will not pay next bill. I want my it to be disconnected. From next month on wards, I will go for private service providers.

Our telephone No.[protected] is working but broad band link is not comeing from 17/04/2012. We have already made so many complaints in telephonic and verbally, vide latest complaint no. [protected]. but still the position is same. Aapke patliputra exchenge SDO Mr. Koshal her rose mujhe aaswasan dete hain today ho jayega, but it is just like a dream which haven't completed yet.
I have made telephonic complain to divisional SDO but there is no response. BSNL people are not bothered to rectify the problem and also they are not doing any satisfactory work.
After so many attempts still our broad band link is out of order and we are helpless. Our company is exporting company & due to this brod band failure we are facing many problems & we are going in loss. what to do and how to precede the matter to get a better service, it is very much disappointing and frustrating us.
Therefore, we request you to look into this matter and do the needful at your end. And make sure that this problem do not repeat again in future.It is natural or common to have some problem in linkage but the habit of repairing it in 10 to 15 days is very bad. This has happened many times earlier

BSNL Broadband — NOT Repairing the line

I was using BSNL Broadband service with landline no[protected] from past three years, but from almost from past two years my connection is dead. even after giving complaint to the concerned officials, they told due to some cable problem the connection will be repaied soon, but till today[protected] my connection is not yet repaired. but the bill is coming to my address without fail. i am not getting any idea about how to get my connection get repaired and cancel the bills which was coming frequently.

Sir,
I am Anil Kumar Panda. I am a Bsnl broadband customer. My line was dead almost half a month. I am complaint very much about my problem but they did not work properly. Most time exchange was fail. I am totally fed up. So i request you to please solve my problem immediately.

I'm using bsnl broadband[protected]since last 10-12 years....but for the last fifteen days i'm fed up with the services but i want to continue with bsnl still...so i want my broadband problem to be sort it out...my landline no. is[protected]

The Internet is not working properly since 15 days at all.
The complaint has been registered with the Helpline numbers umpteen number of times without any use. Please see that the line is rectified immediately.
