[Resolved]  BSNL — Broadband not working

Nobody is attending to my complaint of BSNL broadband very unstable and noisy fixed line of number[protected] since last 12 days ,

I have taken BSNL broadband for my phone number[protected] recently 12 days back. The issue is mostly it is not working. Its speed is also very slow and it gets disconnected again and again.
I have also logged a complaint for noisy telephone line many times but it is also didnt get resolved.
I called up 198 , 1500 many times but the customer care executive doesn't pick up the phone. The customer care executives never picks up the phones in yamuna nagar haryana.

I have logged many complaints with automated system like complaint number [protected] , [protected] etc , their status changed to resolved without resolving my isssues.

Called the Nodal officer but they are not picking up the phones even at[protected].

Pls help to resolve both my landline and broadband problem. Also request you to guide yamnuna nagar BSNL to pick up the phones and resolve customer issues urgently.

i have a bsnl broadband connection at roorkee uttrakhand. my connection line is not working since 02/12/2012. i have complaint through phone no. [protected] dated[protected]. but nobody are come to repair the line, when i call sdo sir, on his mobile he saying tomorrow will come anybody but nobody are repairing my broadband line. being this i have a lot of loss in my business and mentally. every time when i calling sdo, lineman. everyone saying tomorrow will come, but since 02/12/2012 nobody come to repair my telephone line.

I am a BSNL customer, my land line Broadband [protected] was is not working properly, I want to register a compliant through BSNL Muthiahpuram division on 03.01.13. Please take necessary action to rectify the compliant at the earliest.

Hi, my telephone number is[protected], Sector 1, Vasundhra, and the Broadband has the problem from day one, i have speed issue, Speed is slow where as bsnl says 1 MBPS upto 6 GB as per my plan. Latency is high and no one care about that, not going too much technical ... issue is with a 1 MBPS connection i can not watch a 5 mins youtube Video, it takes 10 - 15 mins to download a 5 MB file and from last 4 Days broadband is going up and down. Before writing here i have tried Calling Exchanges / SDO/ CO is of no use they say they will fix it but nothing works .. also have tried reaching to customer care 1500/1504 .. which never responded i don't know why we have these numbers .. does BSNL has some responsibility against the services which it is supposed to provide to the customer.

i lost my mental peace after taking BSNL broadband connection. So requesting BSNL to look into this ASAP and provide a solution.

I am planning to put an RTI on BSNL services ... as the SDO says i will not get 1 mbps full as this is how bsnl is. As all the conversations are Verbal and i don't have proof can someone help me to bring BSNL down and provide the services.

My BSNL broadband is not working for almost one month. Almost every other day I'm registering a compliant and next day promptly they will close the ticket. Really not sure whom to contact to get this resolved. Since there is no provision to mention my contact details here, I'm mentioning my bsnl number[protected]
WE HAVE A LANDLINE TELEPHONE CONNECTION FROM BSNL NO[protected]. OUR BROAD BAND IS NOT WOKING FROM 1ST OF MAY 2013 WE LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH THE CO VIDE REGISTRATION NO [protected] BUT THE SAME IS STILL UNRESOLVED AND OUR BROADBAND IS STILL NOT WORKING.FURTHER TODAY I GOT A SMS FROM BSNL ABOUT THE SAID COMPLAIN THAT THE COMPLAIN IS RESOLVED BUT I REGRET THAT THE COMPLAIN IS STILL UNRESOLVED AND CLAIM BY BSNL IS FALSE.
FURTHER DURING THE MONTH 2013 OF MARCH THE CONNECTION WAS OUT OF ORDER FOR MORE THEN 15 DAYS FOR WHICH WE HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY COMPENSATION OR REBATE IN MONTHLY BILL .THIS IS HIGHLY REGRETTABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE FROM A BIG COMPANY LIKE BSNL.THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE CO IS VERY POOR AND RESPONSE TO COMPLAINS IS VERY CASUAL.
My broad band connection is not working science 1st of May 2013 I lodged a complain with the service provider which is BSNL on 2nd May 2013 vide complain registration no [protected] which is still unresolved. Further I have received a sms from BSNL that the said complain is resolved which is highly regrettable and question the way of working of the co and quality of service it provides.

I also want to inform that the said connection was out of order for 15 days during March 2013 for whichh the co have not given any compensation nor rebate in our bills.

My name is Saravana Kumar, I am using Bsnl Broadband for about 7 years. From last 4 months my internet is not working. If I complaint through 1504 there is no response from bsnl exchange Tirupur. They are simply closing the complaint docket number without providing any solution to a customer.My phone No :[protected] and the broadband plan : BB HOME COMBO UL750(Unlimited Plan). So plz kindly check it and provide me a solution to this problem .

Reason:

Cable fault

I have made complaint and got a letter from bsnl regarding this cable fault issue.When will be active I am waiting for more than 4 months I am paying simply 900rs bill every month. If it continues I have to surrender the bsnl connection.

Still now there is no action taken from Veerapandi exchange. If I ask AE about this issue he have replied as complaint to DE. I do no what is happening?

Last Docket number of my complaint is [protected] dated 04.06.2015. MY BROADBAND DOES NOT WORK AND NO ONE IS EVEN BOTHERED. Complaint to GM also has not yielded any result. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. Who is to be approached now is not known. Thinking of surrendering the BB Connection.

Bsnl Cellone — Unsupported driver

The BSNL EVDO Data card prithvi UE100 doesnt work with OS X Yosemite since its a 64 bit OS and the driver of BSNL is 32bit. there's no update so far and no response from bsnl customer care. Very poor customer service
