    I have Ported my BSNL number ([protected]) to Reliance and the portability was successful, now I am a Reliance Customer, But I cant recieve a single call from BSNL. When ever my BSNL friends or Customers try to call me it says the number doesnot exist. But
    On the otherhand I can call those numbers.... when I asked about this to the reliance customer care they said it was not their "head ache" it was the other service providers ( BSNL ) problem,

    But being at the consumer and I am facing the problem because I cannot go to each service provider and ask them to register my number.

    So pls look into this matter with an urgent basis and solve my problem as early as possible.

      My bsnl mobile no.10 digit ....... Rs. 05 every time deducted my main balance and other services activation on my bsnl no. but i am not call and sms send to you activation any services . so you are requested to you refund of my balance Rs.05 and any service deactivate. on my number. I am facing same problem since last four month and already complain so many times my docket no K18UE307772 dated 18 NOV, K27UE311327 Dt. 27 NOV, K27UE311361 Dt. 27 NOV,, L18UE304998 Dt18 DEC, L18UE305025 Dt. DEC 18, L30UE305389 Dt.DEC 30, A04UE302573 Dt.04 JAN,A04UE 302634 but BSNL has not taken any action for above complaint. Neither they refund my balance nor taken any action for different complaint. This is too much harassment & cheating with customer from BSNL. Total balance deduct arround 70 to 90 Indian Rs. Only till now.

        site....but its came with
        defective speakers & less internal
        memory....so as they said, I got DOA CERTIFICATE
        from penta service centre ...but they didnt replace or refund for my product (30 day replacement guarantee ) & take any further action...no response from their side ....please take further action for that cheating site...

          BSNL is the only telecom operator in India that flouts the regulator's guidelines on DND registration. I get a few "robocalls" ( a computerized autodialer that delivers a pre-recorded message - usually a product promotion) everyday, advertising products such as camera pens, & I am unable to stop the nuisance simply because this state-owned operator does not provide any way to register for DND. The facility for online registration was suspended around a year ago & just try & register by calling 1909 or 1500! These call centres simply don't function. No one lifts the phones & the one time I got through to the operator at 1500, I was advised to call 1504 - the broadband complaints service! Around a month back I surrendered by BB connection as the quality of service was too expensive & hopeless. Now I find that the brazen indifference of the service provider has gone so far that one can't even register a request for DND (or for that matter anything else) through the 1500 or 1909 service.

          I've registered for the Do not disturb service with BSNL. But i'm getting promotional SMS from BSNL almost every day and rarely i get recorded calls also particularly from [protected]landline number.

          I went on registering it one more time and i got some confirmation number. But there is no change in the story.

              I am Rajeev Kuamr Sachan, having BSNL prepaid connection no. [protected] from last five years.

              The balance of my phone is getting deducted two times (one in last month of Rs.20/- and the second deduction yesterday of Rs.8/-), without any reason and information.

              Regarding this issue I called customer care a number of times and they are responding that you are connected to the UPEAST customer care and we cannot do anything regarding this issue.

              I am fed up of the pathetic services and unauthorized deductions of BSNL. It seems that these companies are incurring losses, hence they have started looting customers.

                I stay on raiya road near aalap green city.. I have queried twice to raiya road,rajkot exchange for a bsnl broadband connection but they are saying that facility is not available in my area and on asking when it will be available they are sayin its uncertain so kindly do needful as BSNL being a part of govt should be in city areas atleast... plz help out...

                BSNL Broadband — Not Issuing BSNL Broadband Connection

                  I am Nishi Kant Kumar and i would like to tell you that i had made a purchase of Rs125 on my datacard (for Internet uses) that is of BSNL, and the mobile number is [protected] on 13-feb-2013 through www.rechargeitnow.com (online).

                  however even after doing the successful payment of Rs125, i have not received any kind of message on my mobile number, not even i have received any service of that. i was supposed to get 2GB of data access for a duration of 30days, but i have not received anything.

                  so i finally called to customer care of BSNL, who are the worse person to talk on earth. customer care person initially tried there best to ignore my call but after 5th or 6th trial they generated a complain number that is B15JH300040, and said within 24hours to 72 hours, my money that is Rs125 will be returned back to my account, from where online purchase has been made, but nothing has been done so far.

                  i am getting fed up of these people who can not provide the right services to there stakeholder like me.

                  if they can not provide me the services for my purchase order then how they can keep that amount of Rs125, i want my money back.

                  please help me. i want to file a complain in this regard to consumer forum also and i have given much of my time on this.

                  i am attaching the order receipt with this complain copy which i have received after making the successful payment of Rs125, ever you can find every details.

                    I have the Bsnl broadband plan of Rs.900 in which 400 calls are free on this plan. Before the 1st january 2013 these 400 calls are free on any network but after 1st january it is changed and these 400 calls are free on Bsnl network only. My complaint is they don't give any information about this change and not giving any notification of this change and give me a bill of Rs.400 extra because of this change. The print date of my bill is 4th february 2013 and on that bill, they give an advertisement of that plan and on that advertisement they don't show any specification of 400 calls free only on Bsnl netwok. Today is 19th february 2013, and almost 50 days is completed and they don't give any notification of the change. Today i go to Bsnl office for correctioning the bill but they don't admit their mistake. When i go to the another officer of the Bsnl office and behave like a new costumer to take a broadband plan, they show me the chart of old plans in which they don't mention any change and don't say anything about the change. Because of no information, i don't take any action to change my plan and continuing calling from the landline phone to other networks. And it is sure that the company will give me a bill of month february with the same extra amount. so please take any strict action and help me to getting my money back.                     I sri Arup kr. pal phone no.258716 of jharkhand chaibasa cosumer no.709669, applied for broadband" combo plan 500 C" connection in the month of july 2008 .and get connected in the same month.As per combo plan rent will be 500 and free calls 175 .But our bill doesn't include free calls 175 in the month of july and august 2008.Therefore i request you to kindly adjust free calls for the month july and august in our next bill i.e in the month of september bill and oblige. Your kind co-operation in this regard is highly solicited.

                    BSNL — Delay in Broad band Plan Change

                    I am a Bsnl broad band customer since 2 months. And my plan was Home 125 plan. Since my usage is increased, i applied to change the broad band plan to 250 plan. I applied on June 10 th. And they replied that it will be chnaged from the next month onwards. But when i checked my plan, it remains the same and it is not changed.

                    i request to change plan home 750 unlimited to home combo 500 on 18aug09.they applied. it & tell me it'll start from 1 sep09.because of their slow processing

                    Yes, I've the faced the same problem as well. My number is[protected] using plan Home Combo ULD 900. I did went to the BSNL office and spoke to Mr. Satpathy (Link Road, Cuttack) the Chief Account Officer and he didn't took my complain and asked me to forfeit the connection if I'm not happy with the changes.

                    Finally, I've paid the bill but it was harassing. Please look into this.

                      My parents use BSNL sim. when they tried to call the other day it said "registration expired" not sure for what reason??and they have being using the number for the past 6 years.there was almost 200 rupees in it.

                      we had just put around 200 rupees the other day on the 2nd phone,the next day it says that the amount is over need to recharge!!! Whats happening???

                        I am using land-line Phone No.[protected]. I opted for annual payment about five years back and has been paying the bills promtply well before due date through one line using my credit card. I did not face any problem all the four years. Last Year in August, I made entire year's payment in advance. After few months I received SMSs on my mobile [protected] stating that payment was due. In December 2012 I visited the Accounts Officer, Musheerabad Exchanged situated at Musheerabad and personally met the female Accounts Officer and enquired with her and she confirmed the fact that annual payment made by me has been received and advised me to ignore all future messages. I received online alerts on landline from BSNl again, asking for payment. I ignored as advised by the AO. Today on 19.2.2013 they disconnected outgoing calls.

                        I request you to do the needful.

                        My land line bearing the no: [protected] is not at all working from more than 4 months. Neither i can make a call nor do i get a call. Raised complaints several times. But all are closed saying that there is absolutely no problem. But the problem stands unresolved and i am really annoyed with the way the issue is handled. Inspite of paying all the bills well before the scheduled time, it is irritating to see that the problem still persists and is unattended. Request to see that the matter is resolved immediately otherwise i will be forced to go for other vendors in the market duly closing my account with bsnl.

                            The Value Pack Service provided by 54646 have somehow been activated or have been deliberately activated. I didn't subscribe for the service. The service provider have been constantly charging Rs. 5/-, Rs. 10/- for eatch month or so and the total money it has stolen from my account for the amount of Rs.50/- till date. I had complained of the matter to the BSNL CUSTOMER CARE twice by nothing have been done till now. On contacting with the personnel there they just say that the work is in process.

                              Mera broad band din mai kam se kam 10-12 bar kat jata hai phir yah 20-25 mint tak kata rahta hai. Is samsaya ke karan mujhe kam kane mai paresanee hotee hai. Aur mai is kee complain pahle bhee kar chuka hoo. Telephaone ke adhikaree to sahee response dete hai. Lekin line mai theek se kaam nahee karte hai. Jab kee mare ghar se exchange kee dooree keval 400m he hogee.
                              Mere ghar par phile bhee brod band laga huaa tha. Is karan exchange ke line main ne new line ke jagh par puranee line mai he connection kar diya. Jis karan mera broad band kata he rahta hai.
                              Atha shree man jee se nivedan hai kee meree complained ko samjhte huye sahee karane ka kast kare.

                                श्रामानजी मैने बेसिक फोन पर ब्रांडबैंड नेट का कनकसन लीया .जो सहि नहिं चला. अस कारण कनकसन कटवा दिया.विभाग मोडम वापिस जमा नहिं कर रहाहै व न हि 1800रु व अमानत रु850. कुल 2450रु वापिस खाते मे जमा कर रहे है.मेरा फोन न.[protected] सादुलशहर.यहॉ के सटाफ को कुछ समझ नहिं आया,तो मेरि कमी नहिं.फिर पैसा वापिस कयौं नहिं मिलता.

                                  Hi,
                                  I recently got a new Landline and Internet connection at home. I wanted to Register myself online so that I can avail online services. As per the process, few weeks back I registered online with my Customer ID however; I had to recieve a call from BSNL customer care to tell me the password for my online account.
                                  Its been a month I have not recieved any call or Email from BSNL. I need to avail the online services. My Customer ID is [protected] and Email is [protected]@gmail.com
                                  Please help me with the same. Thanks.

                                  I am Rajendra Shirol, resedent of Belvanki Village of Ron taluka in Karnataka.I am BSNL prepaid subsciber since 7 years.There is a BSNL mobile tower at our village hardly at about 100 mtrs distance from my residence.But I am not getting any network signals even at short distance.Many bsnl subscribers are shifting to other services.Many representations were given since 2 years but of no use.Is there any hidden agenda to motivate bsnl subscribers to shift to other services?

                                    hi,
                                    I have a broadband connection of BSNL and from last two years I am facing a problem with the DSL and Internet status light. The status light should always be on and stable but after some time the DSL light starts flickering and internet light goes off and during this time i am unable to surf or access the internet. The only option left is to switch the power of the modem off and switch it on again. I face this error after every 2 to 5 minutes. please tell me what is the root cause of the error? Suspecting problem with modem I renewed the BSNL Modem with D Link modem but the problem still persists.I complained about it many times but every time a person from the exchange comes does some thing and goes back.But the problem surfaces again after few days.Why cant this problem be fixed once and for all.It is irritating at times when suddenly u loose the internet connection when you are in the middle of an internet transaction.I requested the telephone exchange to send a knowledgeable person to fix this long standing problem but every time the same person comes and the problem remains unsolved.

                                    Broadband — ADSL line irregular

                                    I have lodged complaint time and again with '1500' from the last 20-30 days but without any result. The ADSL light is blinking and not static due to which broadband cannot be connected. In the morning hours broadband connection is available but in the afternoon it is just impossible. The staff of local exchange is not accepting the letter of complaint. They are just noting down the faulty number(s).

                                    Second complaint is that of[protected] which is lying dead sice last 15-20 days. This too is not being set right by the department. We are now thinking to switch over to some private company atleast they would be setting the fault right immediately.

                                      My landline number 263296, is cut off since one month, and despite many complaints and visits to the office of TDE Ralouri, nothing has been done so far, and height of that bill for the same period has reached me. The lines according to them is cut from different places, effecting around 50 numbers, but they have shown their inability to lay a fresh cable as some shopkeepers are not allowing to let them perform their duties, it looks so astonishing as country's biggest and Govt telecommunications company is unable to do this simple job.
                                      My second complaint pertaining to same agency is that my number 2631833 is pending shifting since more than 2 years. This office especially in Distt Rajouri is doing nothing. Please take up. Thanks.
