Dear Sir,

From last 2 months i am facing very bad internet service.
The problem is when net is working immediatly disconected for 2 mins and again it will connected & it is repeated again and again.so many times i called customer care ( 1504 ) and lodged comlaint ( # 0710/1675 ) but no use.
Then i spoke to Mr.Salauddin ( Doddaballapur branch incharge ) , he sent one line man , he came & checked and said its ok. but problem not solved. after that i tryied to contact customer care no body was picking the line.
Then i tryied Doddaballapur customer complaint services ( # [protected] here also no body attend the call and finally i tryied Mr. Salauddin's ( #[protected] he was also not attend the call.
So now i am help less and i dont know what to do ?
I kidly requesting you to please look in to this and do the need ful.

BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE — broadband service not working

Hi,

My name is mridul kanti bhattacharjee consumer of bsnl land line service for last 15 years and my landline no is[protected]. 1 and half years back i applied for bsnl broadband service of rs.250/- monthly scheme, and after long wait of 6 to 7 months i got the connection and my userid and password.But after getting service of 2 months i was unable to connect to internet for 2 months. During this period i went to local bsnl office atleast 10 to 15 times and got my connection back for 1 month.Now again I am not able to connect to internet for last 2months for which i have repeatedly complain by phone nad by visiting personally in their office but got no response from them, but every month I am paying Rs.250/- as broadband service charge. Please help me out of this problem as because I am suffering financially as well as mentally both.

I am a bonafied BSNL Broad Band Customer for more than one year. My connection ref. 24055115.
My Broad Band Service is not available since 1/1/2009 though it is evident that there is no alternative but to pay Rs. 562/- without any usage. My coplaint has duely been registered arround 3/1/2009.
It is unfortunate to post this complaint . However, it is pesumed that BSNL authority will take early remedial measure and prorata deduction will be consider for billing purpose for the dates not under any active use due to fault.

respected sir, i balasubramamiyan aged (66 years) staying in the address 9/1-221 indra nager, pudusampalli, mettur dam -636403., i got internet connection before four months.my phone number is 224384 . but still now i am anable to work in internet because of connection problem. i have already complined many times in local bsnl office.they are making some alternate solutions which gives only negative result. i have already payed the bill correctly.i dont know what is the next step to make.so please give proper feedback or solution to my problem regarding internet connection..

BSNL — Problem with BSNL service

I have lodged a complaint regarding my broadband connection, that its not working properly..since me calling bsnl people daily 3 times,its been already 10 days nobody is care to solve my problem.Person called mallesh(JTO) over east anand bagh malkajgiri, instead me informing my problem to him several times, he never showed interest in solving my problem.So i request you to help me in this regard.

my phone number is[protected], my phone is dead since last 3 days from this post.we applied a complaint but no one come to solve the problem. i also had a broadband connection but it gets break in between when i am doing important work ,the internet not operate properly. we told by officials that the line has problem but no one came to change it we have given complaints in office about our phone set change for that also department not able to provide the set.kindly look into the complaint,

    Hi,
    I have a mobile number [protected]. When people are trying to call me from BSNL numbers they are not able to connect to my number. Many people have complained me about this and I have checkd this with many BSNL landline phones. I checked with my service provider(IDEA, Pune) and everything seems to be working fine from their side. I was not abel to call to BSNL customer care so finally i had to file a complaint regarding this. Can you please check this and let me know what exactly is the problem?

              My landline phone number is lying dead since 21st July and repeated complaint on 198 has yielded no results except my getting complaint docket number 4228.

              I have also spoken to a lady who identified herself as Secretary to the General Manager today morning but till now nothing has happened.

              I want immediate redressal of my complaint as i am not able to call my partners overseas due to which my business is suffering a lot. Kindly do something.

                I AM BSNL BROADBAND USER. I GOT BROADBAND CONNECTION IN MARCH 2010. THEN ONWARDS M CHARGED WITH EXCESSIVE BILL AMOUNTS. WHEN CONTACTED TO THE BSNL OFFICE I WAS TOLD TO PAY THE BILL. THE BILL AMOUNT CAN BE CROSS CHEKED ONLINE. BUT THERE ALSO PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN MADE. MY ONLINE ACCOUNT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS TOPIC TO BSNL HIGHER AUTHORITY. BUT THE REPLY I GOT WAS "WE CANT DO ANYTHING. IF YOU NEED YOU PAY THE BILL. WE HAVE EMAILED YOUR PROBLEM TO BANGLORE OFFICE. IF THEY SOLVE IT ITS OK ELSE ASSUME THE EXCESS AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID AS DONATION TO GOVERNMENT OF INDIA."

                  I had got two times 750/=Broad-band Plan & one time 599/= Broad-band plan on my connection no.[protected] for which one month advance rent security ammount 750/= in Feb2011, 599/= in April 2011 & again 750/= in May 2011 was deposited through Bill . This advance rent security ammount has not been adjusted in my Bill till now even after stopping the above Broad -Band Plans .
                  Please refund of advance rent security ammount 0f 750/-+599/-+750/-=2099/- adjusted in my new Bill.

                  Hi,

                  I am using bsnl 3g sim with micromax mmx 352g data card near chandra nagar area moradabad city upwest circle here i am only getting 25-40 kbps speed which is very very poor speed as far as 3g speed is concerned ...so i have decided not to use bsnl services at all in the future instead use tata docomo bcos it provides good speed upto 100 kbps on 2g sim in my area.
                  sir my phone is every time out of work i have also complaint in bsnl exchange lajpat nager MORADABAD U.P. but no response please solve my problam...my No.[protected]...

                    Rental Rebate: Rebate in rental charge for phones, Telex services, leased lines and junction lines of PBXs will be granted on the Department’s initiative without waiting
                    for a request from the subscriber, if services to the subscriber remains interrupted continuously for 7 days or more, due to Departmental reasons.
                    Furthermore, if the period of interruption is more than 14 days due to Departmental reasons, then one full month’s rental charge shall be waived.
                    In case of RABMN subscribers, the rebate will be on pro-data monthly access charge for interruption of service for more than 7days. However, the enhanced benefit for faults beyond 14 days is not applicable for RABMN subscribers

                      i have 98Rs.bsnl gprs plan. its speed very slow,even i cann't open google at this speed at my computer.its speed under1kbs.i call c.care many times but i do not get ssatisfied answers by them(c.care executive). bsnl deos mentally harassment me. it waist my time & money. my bsnl prepaid no.is [protected]

                          Hi,
                          I am Maninder Singh from Bathinda.I got a new 600 combo broadband connection on 6 July,2010.From 6th July to 22nd July I consumed only 1425Mb of my total allocated free 2560 Mb.This is also evident from total of individual uses during daytime on Bsnl site.But on top they are totaling it as 27550 Mb.I don't understand this why they are doing this.This means I will have to pay approx. Rs.12000 bill.Bsnl customer-care is totally useless and exchange employees are also unable to solve my problem.Please don't take this bsnl limited plan.I have attaches my total made by excel imported data from bsnl site and that shown on bsnl site.

                            = and my address at 23 AA Kishan pole Udaipur –Raj , 313001 ,INDIA ,sir I am paying 900 Indian rupees per months of this internet services and I am facing problems form BSNL –Udaipur people those are BJP=RSS mentality ,

Now BSNL –Udaipur Rajasthan sent me bill also for internet where I paid them 900 Indian rupees with out any use from past 16 days !!?? this all these doing to provide all BSNL connections to private companies =reliance ,Tata ,Idea ,Airtel ,b’se they are providing lacks of Indian rupees to BSNL officers , for this only , to put problem in BSNL customer =Government of Indian enterprises , in such a way that they must left this services =BSNL and join reliance ,Tata ,Idea, Airtel !?? they are corrupt also ,not good worker , doing problems to customers !!?? not accepting complain at telephones =[protected] ,[protected]!? These both are BJP=RSS mentality BSNL officers !!?? this is extra earn then there salaries from, BSNL =government of India !!??


                            Sir ,

                            Please I have Internet Broad band connection , its not working from past 16 days =10+6 days !!?? as its modem is going automatic off , after few minutes of its start by three green lights , I think its done from BSNL ,Karshii mandii -Udaipur Rajasthan ,313001 , Branch some BJP=RSS =Hindu mentality people !!? to put me in tension !!?
                            While as a gentleman I have to pay 900 Indian rupees month for internet from past 1.7 years with out any !??
                            Please see this matter as per your attention and ,provide me relief from such technician ,officers =BJP=RSS =from Jobs as soon as possible !!?? sir I am not able to put complain at 198 B’se at my telephone I am not getting voice to put complain for Internet !!?? that also did by corrupt BSNL officers of Udaipur Rajasthan India those are BJP-=RSS mentality and getting lacks of Indian rupees from private companies reliance ,Tata ,Idea, Airtel ! for this only , this these people are saying me from past 16 days that we will not accept complain on telephone and emails, we will accept complain only at 198 !! while from My telephone[protected] I am not able to complain fro internet !!                               My telephone No.[protected] is not working for last four days.On 19th July 2010; I registered a complaint in Vennala Telephone Exchange ( complaint: no:O. 498). Today( 21st) the matter was brought to the notice of the Div. Engineer, telephonically ( to tel.no 2348600).
                              Last month also my telephone went out of order and it was repaired only the on fifth day of registering the complaint at the Vennala Exchange.
                              I request to expedite action to repair my telephone.

                                My name is Dinesh and i have complained regarding my mother's mobile number [protected] with BSNL customer car. But i did not get any response. My mom's mobile balance went to a negative balance of -9.68. The customer care agent says that it is for outgoing call. Another agent says that it is for some service. My question is how would the balance go to negative for a local call that i made from my home town. Also i have written about this to the nodal officers.Still i have not received any reply from them too.

                                Last time i faced the same kind of problem for my network issues. Even then i did not get a reply from the nodal officers. After escalating to the next level i got it resolved. I am totally fed up of this netword,the customer care officers and the nodal officers. I would like you to have this complaint registered on upon them on behalf of all BSNL customers who face the same problem

                                BSNL — Unresponsive service

                                I have a broadband connection from BSNL in Range Hills, Kirkee. The internet connection keeps failing very often. In a week, i'm able to use it for hardly two days. I have been logging the complains with the local office as well as with the customer care. The complain is never attended in the local office and now they've stopped attending the calls as well. I have never defaulted in paying the bills, then whats the cause of irresponsibility from their side ? I have even tried speaking to the GM here, but the same response. His pune picks up the phone everytime and then with some or the other excuses hangs up.
                                I'm absolutely unsatisfied by their service. And just because no other Service providers are available in this area I'm being forced to use their connection. Can someone please suggest me as to how should i fight this monoply !

                                BSNL — Unresponsive internet

                                My landline no. is[protected] .I have lodged complaints at 1500 so many times but there is no action taken by bsnl .Since March 2011 i have problems with broad band.

                                  I am facing this problem for several days and I am frustrated .I am being forced to put this compaint on this website due to the service provided by the bsnl broadband customer service ie.. the helpline numbers of bsnl are always busy

                                  Problem:-- My speed of broadband is very low and sometimes the websites do not open .It is happening to everyone in our area. They are charging us monthly bills but they are not providing us the service in other words which i mean to say...I am getting 20kbps speed instead of 60 kbps which is a lot os difference .I Have attached 2 pics .Please have a look

                                    I am using BSNL prepaid mobile number [protected] and I had already activated DND services by sending sms START DND to 1909 on[protected] and also on[protected] but I am getting promotional messages and calls from BSNL.(Example messages from BT-BSNL, BT-59595, BT-1263003, BT-55666 ETC.)                                       The broadband usage cannot be viewed, earlier the usage can be accessed from bsnlportal whereas when they change the site they have not informed to the customer about the change and after enquired from the help desk they have given the site address http:selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in, but the site cant be opened after number of attempts. It seems the user friendly becomes tension creature.
