I am a bonafied BSNL Broad Band Customer for more than one year. My connection ref. 24055115.
My Broad Band Service is not available since 1/1/2009 though it is evident that there is no alternative but to pay Rs. 562/- without any usage. My coplaint has duely been registered arround 3/1/2009.
It is unfortunate to post this complaint . However, it is pesumed that BSNL authority will take early remedial measure and prorata deduction will be consider for billing purpose for the dates not under any active use due to fault.

respected sir, i balasubramamiyan aged (66 years) staying in the address 9/1-221 indra nager, pudusampalli, mettur dam -636403., i got internet connection before four months.my phone number is 224384 . but still now i am anable to work in internet because of connection problem. i have already complined many times in local bsnl office.they are making some alternate solutions which gives only negative result. i have already payed the bill correctly.i dont know what is the next step to make.so please give proper feedback or solution to my problem regarding internet connection..BSNL — Problem with BSNL service
Hai,I have lodged a complaint regarding my broadband connection, that its not working properly..since me calling bsnl people daily 3 times,its been already 10 days nobody is care to solve my problem.Person called mallesh(JTO) over east anand bagh malkajgiri, instead me informing my problem to him several times, he never showed interest in solving my problem.So i request you to help me in this regard.

BSNL — service problem
my phone number is[protected], my phone is dead since last 3 days from this post.we applied a complaint but no one come to solve the problem. i also had a broadband connection but it gets break in between when i am doing important work ,the internet not operate properly. we told by officials that the line has problem but no one came to change it we have given complaints in office about our phone set change for that also department not able to provide the set.kindly look into the complaint,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,jaysinh ingale pandharpur

BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE — broadband service not working
Hi,My name is mridul kanti bhattacharjee consumer of bsnl land line service for last 15 years and my landline no is[protected]. 1 and half years back i applied for bsnl broadband service of rs.250/- monthly scheme, and after long wait of 6 to 7 months i got the connection and my userid and password.But after getting service of 2 months i was unable to connect to internet for 2 months. During this period i went to local bsnl office atleast 10 to 15 times and got my connection back for 1 month.Now again I am not able to connect to internet for last 2months for which i have repeatedly complain by phone nad by visiting personally in their office but got no response from them, but every month I am paying Rs.250/- as broadband service charge. Please help me out of this problem as because I am suffering financially as well as mentally both.
