i could not view the usage details kindly rectify

I like to check my account status, but its unable to open bbservice.bsnl.in...so plz...help me to work...

i am unable to see my broadband usage as I am not able to log in with the user name and password to either http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ or http://www.dataone.in. What could be the problem and how do I check the usage.
