I want to know u that be4 few days i had already complaint to calcutta telephones by email about my tel bill of[protected] regarding correction needed in billing amount to rectify it.On 01-08-09 i had changed my BB plan from 250 to UL750 and its also activated on 01-08-09.But when i see my bill in my mail and calcutta telephones site also i shocked its shown Rs1427/- instead of Rs1026/-.Then i complaint against it several times to rectify the bill but nobody response it.
Kindly look after the matter and it will be highly appreciated for ur kind cooperation.

I am having 500c+ pla. i made a call to 1500(bsnl costumer care chennai). i told them to give the username and password to check usage. they also gave it. but it is not working at all. please repair it sir. pl

i can't able to see the usage details for past 18days .take necessary action according to this complaint.otherwise i may compliant to the superior officer.
