[Resolved] BSNL — BSNL Prepaid mobile service
I've purchased a BSNL prepaid mobile, initially it was on monthly recharging basis then i've purchased the Life time card, after using it for more then 1.3 years, recently it was not working when enquired with BSNL customer care they informed that sim is having problem so have to change it, then approched BSNL office they told us to fill in one form & pay 112 for the new card, after paying the amount & replacing the sim still it was not working for one week in the mean time customer has given many complaint numbers then after one week they informed you should contact the same office from where it was was purchased, when we reached there they informed us that this number is not in use, so you have to take new connection & pay for the new connection .
please help me in this BSNL customer care is hopeless & nobody is helping properly kindly take this matter & resolve or tell me where to complaint for it
