[Resolved]  BSNL — BSNL Prepaid mobile service


I've purchased a BSNL prepaid mobile, initially it was on monthly recharging basis then i've purchased the Life time card, after using it for more then 1.3 years, recently it was not working when enquired with BSNL customer care they informed that sim is having problem so have to change it, then approched BSNL office they told us to fill in one form & pay 112 for the new card, after paying the amount & replacing the sim still it was not working for one week in the mean time customer has given many complaint numbers then after one week they informed you should contact the same office from where it was was purchased, when we reached there they informed us that this number is not in use, so you have to take new connection & pay for the new connection .

please help me in this BSNL customer care is hopeless & nobody is helping properly kindly take this matter & resolve or tell me where to complaint for it

i purchased a BSNL mobile prepaid power pack sim in december 2008, it worked properly till march 23.From that day onwards i am not recieving the incoming calls & incoming messages.After complainting to customer care center i am getting incoming calls But, i am not getting incoming messages.I make complaint on this on 24th march and the complaint number is 439455.They said that it will be rectified in 24 hours.But it had not happened.And i called customer care center on 26th march they said that the problem is rectified at 1:30pm but till now that is 27th march 1:30pm i am not getting incoming messages and another problem raised that no outgoing messages are going from my mobile from yesteday onwards.

So, please rectify this problem.
Dear Sir,
I am a proud pre-paid owner of BSNL mobile (No.[protected]) since 2003.Today at about 11.09 am I made a call at Rajasthan (BSNL mobile) for 1.10 min. After the call, the call summary was 1.10 min and account balance showed Zero balance. Prior to the call, I had checked regrding the last balance ( Rs.1078.00 ) . I called up on the Customer care several times and listed my problem. I don't know how it happened.I used to make big recharges for my convenience.
Anyway, the customer care adviced me to wait for rectification of the problem.
Your kind help in this direction will be highly appreciated.

i want start gprs on my mobile nokia 3110 classic .my number is [protected].
Sir, I am having one prepaid sim card no [protected] under bsnl excel scheme upto 31st march 2009, according to the scheme it was announced that talk value of Rs200/ will be given but on last 18th of this month I have got talk value of Rs60/ only, want to know when I, ll get ballance talk value of Rs140/ ?

BSNL — incoming message not coming

My number is [protected]. I'm able to send message but no message is coming.

Last 1 week I'm facing this problem, its really annoying, pls look n resolve immediate
