[Resolved]  BSNL — BSNL Land line not working

Dear Sir/Madam,

Sub: Action required (My land line number is not working from last few days).

We use to pay the bill on time and no due from my end. We really fedup with the bsnl reponse. If I tried to call to my area tellephone exchange (Nasingbatla), No one is picking call. I have tried to call to exchange number thousand times from date of installation of my phone, till today, it will ringing always, but no one is picking the call. I am unable to understand what BSNL AE/DE is doing?

Again there is proble with the BSNL land line connection[protected] from last few days.

Please check the connection and provide me the permanent solution because we are facing frequent issues for this connection, i can say that 3/4 times in a month. Also let me know if I need to provide anything more.

Hi All,

Again my landline number is not working from yesterday. I have intimated many times to all the people regarding this. My land number is working only 10 to 15 day's from date of repair. No one is fixing the issue permanently. Please suggest me whom should I need to contact to resolve this issue permanently.

My land line number is not working from last three day's, I have intimated many times to fix the permanent solution. I haven’t received root cause of why we are facing the frequent problems. Please treat this as priority and send me the response as soon as possible.

Last time, I have observed that they are fixing this problem from exchange it self. I do not understand what they are doing in the telephone exchange.

Every time, I need to send the complaint and then I am escalating to Babji, then problem is resolving.. This is the eight time to give complaint on the same number within 3 months span.

This time I am requesting to call to [protected] once the problem is fixed. Also I am requesting to monitor for one week and close based on the customer feedback.

My BSNL Landline Telephone no. 28516528 not working since last 25 days. Multiple complaints have been given but no use. Present automatic complaint no. is 206 and was registered on 9th July 2010

my name is sasidharan from Naranganam exchange pathanamthitta Bsnl Land Line no<[protected], this phone is DEAD in last week[protected]i HAVE COMPLAINT MANY TIME IN naranganam EXCHANGE NO ONE INITIATE TILL THIS TIME TO SOLVE MY PHONE PROBLEM.yesterday i went kozhenchery exchang main office SDE at 4.30 pm.closed office allready, then i call his mobile no[protected]she agreed tomorrow[protected] will do it.yeserday and today[protected]somany time I call naranganam exchange and above mobile number!!!no answerToday Again went at 1130 AM at kozhenchery office.also closed office.Nobody Responsable about phone complaint.Again I try tocall Naranganm exchange, But Nobody pickup Phone.Please do neccesory action othervise close my connection and REFUND
