[Resolved]  BSNL — Complaints for Basic Phone[protected]

Dear Sir,
I am very sad to say that your BSNL department not take any moral responsibilities. I have connection No. 2742735 as Broad Band. I want to make a complain against your Pratap Vihar Exchange official person as well as SDO because they people has been harrased me deposit my BSNL bills. In Sept.2009 I got there three times with cheque and cash but billing clerk not accept amount as following resion:
1. 1st day she said your cheque amt is less than bill, I have make a cheque Rs.917/- for bill date 04.08.2009. And then I make the correction and next day give the cheque of amounting Rs.937/- but again she refuse and said only cash will be taken by us. Again my wife goes there with amounting of cash Rs.937/- but in that time billing clerk again refuge taking the cash and said you pay this bill in next month.
2. Now today I go pratap vihar exchange for depositing a bill amount of two month with consolidated cheque of Rs.1842/- with current month bill (Rs.905/-). And meet the SDO for depositing my bill amount but SDO say our computer will not accept this amount and you pay cash for this bill. But I say to SDO that I have mentioned separately cheque amt in overlep of cheque. But officer not accept my request and say go Raj Nagar and deposit there your bill.

Finally as I am very oldest customer of BSNL and now if I will not get any satisfactory answer from you then I will be decide to disconnect my connection due to harrasment by your department.

I have been facing great trouble and bad service of BSNL Broadband/Telephone it was disconnected for approx 15 to 20 days due to problems in line and for 7 more days due to change in number and broadband code not only this, they change the fixed free call charges of 175 which was promise to us under five hundred Combo plane. After so many compaine to SDO and his assistant they just give fake promise to us.
We are not satisfied with last two bills including Broadband charges. Because of all these problems I have finally decided to get free from your service kindly disconnect my service.

i given a complaint regarding bsnl[protected] and yadu indane gas service two weeks ago.
this is just rubbish without any teeth kill this site at once

BSNL landline no.[protected] installed at A-1/A-99, Shatabdi Apartment-I, Shalimar Garden Extension-II, Sahibabad in the name of my wife “Mrs. SHOBHA ROSE TIRU”.

The following problems in general nature, which I can not able to short out since long time in spite of may complaints are made in concerned authorities:
1. The name appears in phone bill as MR. SHABA ROSO TIRV instead of “Mrs. SHOBHA ROSE TIRU”. It may be corrected earlier.
2. This landline is almost dead since four months, there is no ring tones. So, emergency calls/messages are away from us.
3. Only monthly rent of this landline is being paid by us and payment is up-to-date.

I have a basic line phone no[protected] at my residence. Due to non receipt of telephone bill since last 4-5 months from telephone department, the same was discontinued. I have deposited all bills amount on 02.02.2010 at pratap vihar exchange but till today my phone has no activated.I am facing a lot of problem.I have also lodged complaints in pratapvihar exchange but all are vain

We are having a broadband connection of BSNL on number[protected] in the name of M/s Sukhdev Singh H.No 101 Ansal Garden Enclave, Opp-Govindpuram GHAZIABAD(U.P.). Our connection was dead from last 5 days.

our landline phone no[protected] installed inside Air Force Station, Hindan was out of order since july 2009.
subsequently i requested for disconnection.
On assurance by BSNL perssonnel I once again applied for restoration of connection.On 12th feb 2010 after paying allthe pending bills phone lines was restored but broadband internet connection is not working. In spite of repeated calls to SDO (P) rajender nagar . Broadband service is not restored .
I tried to contact AD(PG) phone no 2711223, no body is answering from this phone.
This is the state of affairs of BSNL.
complaint office / public grievences system is not attending the customers, how one can expect from other offices.

Hello! I am shashi bala my problem is that i have not taken any connection in my name but BSNL has generated a recovery of Rs.16, 0000 and send it to modinagar tahsil. one of the officer came at my home for recovery, now i am married and residing in uttarakhand, my brother there told him we are not concerned person but the amin and the bsnl officer want to paste this recovery notice on our house wall anyhow we send back but after 6 months they come back. what we do now. the telephone number is [protected] issued in the name of shashibala wife of late rajendra resident of vijaynagar modinagar

My telephone is not working for the last over 20 days now and despite .repeated verbaal requests it is still dead..I hope some action. ...

this right for bsnl. it is very bed service provider of india either telephone releted or internet related .
i hope that it is not bsnl . it is government who do not want to give better service they want only profit.

BSNL — not working of basic phone

Sir,
I have a BSNL basic phone No. 2662807 in the name of Anand Kumar under the jurisdiction of Meerut telecom district. This telephone is often found not working. Several complaints have been lodged but the problem has not been addressed appropriately by the BSNL authorities. The overhead cable is damaged at various points, but it is overlooked. The problem remains inspite of repeated complaints. Their personnel came and gone but could not solve the problem. Kindly do the needful in this regard.

BSNL — Not getting security deposit after submitting telephone inst before 6 months

Our phone is not working from almost 15 days and if some day if it works OK then after 10 days it again goes out of order.this heppens going to every month
We filled complaint regarding this problem several times with lineman and SDO and DT,GM through telephone and personally also but to no response....
Thats why I am complaining about the problem through this channel.
Kindly do the needful as we got hopeless complaining...
