[Resolved]  BSNL — Complaints for Basic Phone[protected]

My landline phone no[protected] is dead for last 3 months .I have registerd complained many times, but no responce from themThe bill is coming every month.So it is my humble request to you is that kindly look in to the matter as early as possible and to rectify the defects immediately.

Your Services are too much poor.

BSNL — remaining regular under b/d and very late action taken after several complaints

I am a customer of your company since last 10yrs.For last 02 to 03yrs.my landline is remaining under b/d very often.I am also a broadband user.In the comeitition time your company is giving so many offers for the new customers,whereas I am unnecessary paying the monthly bill without using the broadband at the time of my necessity and requirement.
Therefore I am requesting you to kindly provide better service.

Our landline phone no. is[protected].
Our phone is not working from almost 06 days and this type of problem we r facing last 03 months. it again goes out of order.
We filled complaint regarding this problem several times through telephone and personally also but to no response...
Thats why I am complaining about the problem through this channel.
Kindly do the needful as we got hopeless complaining...

I have subscribed BSNL Broadband with internet facility Scheme of Rs.500/-. In the month of May - June 2009 at my residence in Ghaziabad. Internet facility on this phone No.[protected] out of order from the time of installation. The complaint is not bringing any affect on the facility. There is constant distrubence in the line. Requested General Manager, BSNL Gaziabad personally look into the repair of telephone line and an unintrrupted Broad Band facility immediately.

The facilities of Broad Band Internet connectivity is out of order since installation of Telephone No.[protected]Plan - Rs.500) at my residence in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Whenever internet connectvity was restored line developed high background noice, causing great inconvenience to me. Complaints made to DE and SDO is bringing no affect. The GM, BSNL, Ghaziabad is requested in to look personally on priority basis for providing unintrrupted Broad Band connectivity.

I have BSNL connection number[protected], which is not functioning from last 1 Month. i have already compliments more then twice but nothing was happened. This is really very bad about the bsnl service in Nitikhand 3, indrapuram, Ghz. I already faced the same problem but that time i found, if you pay some extra bugs to line man. He will solve this problem before you reach home but this time i am not ready to pay any extra bugs, better to disconnect the connection.
But this type of matter is really shameful. I am getting phone bill regularly even if not using the service. I don't understand, How this people can do this and how long they can do, getting the salary without offering proper service.

My telephone number[protected] is dead from 27th March2011. I had made the complain through telphone on 27th Mach 2011 and the complain attendedbut next day same problem occoured. Till date it has not been rectifiled. As We no very well that Line man him self generating this from exchange it self.They want some thing but he don't who am I? I am ex telecomofficer. Please Take necessary action as soon as possible unless We will do some further action.

BSNL BROADBAND & TELEPHONE — TELEPHONE NOT WORKING SINCE LAST 3 Months

Out Telehone no.[protected], not working since last 3 months and broadband also, so many times complaints but not any action by department. please look in to the matter.

I had applied a new connection it it was provided in 4th week of may2011 with the no 2761900. the dioal tone noticed on 27th May11.
Noe the phone is dead stating that connection is disconnected on account of nonpayment.
How [protected]@T Deptt can generate a bill of newly installed connection.I had talked with S.D.O.Govindpuram mob no.[protected] but only assurence received.Finally i made an reruest at[protected] and assuurence given to investigate the matter.
Kindly provide me satisfactory solution.how will bear the loss incured in my business due to your mistake.

I AM HAVING A BROAD BAD CONNECTION NO[protected], FROM DAY ONE WI FI CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING . BSNL TECNICIAN COMES AND SAYS THER IS PROBLEM WITH THE MODEM . CONNECTION WORKS FOR ONE OR TWO DAYS, AFTER THAT IT FAILS. COMPLAINTS FAILS ON DEAF EARS. . NOBODY SHOULD TAKE A BSNL CONNECTION . IT IS MY ADVICE.
