[Resolved]  BSNL — Complaints for Basic Phone[protected]

Internet connected with phone no [protected] (plan 500 home combo) is not working for last 20 days. Moreover i have made an application for conversion to plan 625 under the offer for central govt employees. the same has also not been done after the lapse of more than one month.firstly my net connection may be made operational.secondly plan may be change V P singh sm-1, 23 Shalimar garden Extn 1 Sahiababd ghaziabad.

My telephone was disconnected in the last week of July without any information. On enquiring I came to know that due to nonpayment it has been disconnected. Please note that the last bill paid was on 7.6.12 wide bill no OBD[protected] (PHOTO COPY ATTACHED)
On 10.2.12 I had given two applications in consumer service center Indrapuram stating that since I have returned the modem given by BSNL (this letter had receiving signature of SDO Indrapuram )security of the modem may please be refunded and modem rent be stopped. Second letter was a certificate from the office of CPWD that I am a central govt employee therefore entitled for a 20% rebate on the bill.
No action was taken .a reminder about the above two letters was given in the consumer service center (addressed to ATOR BSNL GHAZIABAD) was given on 17.5.12. But the reply is still awaited.
Iwas so much disgusted with the irresponsible services of your office I decided to discontinue the connection. I wrote an application on your printed Performa for disconnection in the SDO indrapuram since the consumer service center refused to accept this letter.
My requests
Immediate stopping of sending the bills.
My phone and internet connection shall be treated discontinued since last week of july(when it was discontinued abruptly without any information.)
My account should be settled (for surrendering modem and its rent.And rebate for being a govt servant) and the amount due to me should be refunded immediately.

Sir,
I have surrendered my broadband connection along with telephone connection of T.no.[protected] along with all instruments and applied for refund of security deposit on 1.8.2012 at BSNL, Apsara Border Office. On enquiring at T.No.2892101, I came to know that my refund order has been prepared vide No. RE[protected] for Rs. 1557 on 25/09/2012 and sent to Raj Nagar Office for further action. I tried to contact with Raj Nagar Office at T.No.2711231/2708181 regarding my refund cheque, but no one is picking up the call. It is unfortunate that I have not received my refund cheque even after lapse of almost 4 months from date of application and 2 months from preparation of refund order.

I, therefore, request you to prepare the refund cheque at the earliest and send me at my registered address immediately.
