your bill for the month of October carries an Ad.as"DEAR CUSTOMER, AVAIL DOUBLE USAGE OF FREE DOWNLOAD FOR ALL BSNL BROADBAND PLANS IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER 2008 AS ONE TIME "DIPAWALI BONUS".I used the net more on this basis in November for 200811.But my bill dt05/12/2008 charged Rs.121.74 for net usage. When I asked the A.O. of BSNL-Fatehebad he told that this bonus was only for those who were using the broad band for more than one year.But there was not a word in your ad.(one year).Please clarify this and do the need.

My BSNL phone frequently gets dead even after giving continuous complaints no body is rectifying.we even met divisional engineer of tirmulghery branch hyderabad and even applied for a wirless connection but no response.

I have got many phone calls from Mahindra Finance[protected]. I have made several complaints to each staff (Including one Ms Divya). Still they asking one Mr. Purushothaman (he took some loan from this finance company). Each and every time i need to explain who am I. It doesn't make any Difference. Once asked the Manager (Mr. Biju Thomas) to contact me, because he was busy with another call. I asked the staff to delete from their system. Still they are ignoring and torturing for lst 4 months. Please consider my complaints.

I have an Land line connection in vpo saidpur, distt, sonipat Haryana. it is out of order for due to constration of road, all underline wire has been cut for long time. Please installed new line for continue connected all of my areas phone.

For past 4 months connection very poor monthly only for 10 days its working
. our main purpose is broadband and iam doing medical transcripition
project i need to send file everyday to united states. mainly your
customer support people and extension office people behaviour towards
customer very worst. if the same situation run i need quit the
connection . and i need to file case over lose for my business.

i buy new broadband connection combo 299 but serviceman who install the modem, no give me password he make a icon of connection so show only user name not password so i not check my ussege . plz sir give sugg. that how can i get my password ... i waiting.

As you know all DataOne plans are NOT unlimited. So if you have opted for a limited plan then you should be carefull about the dataone usage.
Your Dataone broadband usage can be checked as follows.
1) Open http://10.240.43.216/webLogin.jsp in Internet Explorer ( Firefox not supported).
IF THE ABOVE LINK IS NOT WORKING, Please try Check Broadband Usage
2) Enter you dataone username and password.
3) Click on "Service Records" link.
4) Select the month for period you are checking the usage.
5) Click 'OK'
6) Value of 'Total Volume' is your total dataone usage of that particular month.
Important : if you open this link in any browser other than Internet Explorer, you may get an error message like "{ Sorry, you cannot access portal because your explore is not Cookie-enabled.
Please set your exploreCookie-enabled, and access portal again!"
