Dear Sir,
I would like to bring my pathetic condition by using BSNL Broadband Service. I have Broadband Service on my Landline number[protected]Hyderbad). Right from the inception, some 10 months back, it is giving problem every time. The ADSL goes off, and the internet is disconnected. I have to wait for some time, and then, the ADSL comes back. Due to this problem, my pages goes off, and sometimes, I need to login again. I have made umpteen number of complaints on this problem, and every time they say, they are going to rectify it, but they never. Right from the beginning, I could not enjoy the un-interrupted performance not even for two hours. Earlier, I was having an unlimited package, and due to this problem, I have shifted to limited package. Even after, I am paying BSNL for poor service they are providing. Due to this cause, forcibly I had to go for a private operator as a stand-bye. I hope, Forum will take this to the notice of BSNL, which is not at all serious on Customer interests.

I hav to say that I am in 4 sim family friends pack in bsnl mobile.
But i am getting problem with my two nos [protected] & [protected].
We are being charged for call on each other.
U can check on [protected] on 10/11/2009 on approx 10.00 pm of Rs 12.00
So please refund my call charges on both nos i have been charged.
bsnl all helpline 1503/[protected] are unable to help me

Dear Sir,
Under family & friend scheme, a group of max 4 prepaid mobile numbers can be formed. All calls among these numbers shall be free 24 hours a day for 1 year. But, due to some problems at IN, Kolkata, calls at night during 10PM to 6AM were getting charged. This was highlighted to General Manager Nodal Centre Kolkata. Problem was reported to be fixed on 15th November 2009. It has been checked—NOW there is no such wrong charging.
