I purchased a tarrif voucher for Rs.112/- of BSNL Pre paid mobiles bearing no.[protected] bearing validity date untill 31.12.2010, but after scratching and loading this tarrif voucher message shows the validity is over for this tarrif card. So, I am unable to load this voucher. Please do the needful. My mobile no. is [protected].

I hav to say that I am in 4 sim family friends pack in bsnl mobile.

But i am getting problem with my two nos [protected] & [protected].

We are being charged for call on each other.

U can check on [protected] on 10/11/2009 on approx 10.00 pm of Rs 12.00

So please refund my call charges on both nos i have been charged.

bsnl all helpline 1503/[protected] are unable to help me

Dear Sir,

Under family & friend scheme, a group of max 4 prepaid mobile numbers can be formed. All calls among these numbers shall be free 24 hours a day for 1 year. But, due to some problems at IN, Kolkata, calls at night during 10PM to 6AM were getting charged. This was highlighted to General Manager Nodal Centre Kolkata. Problem was reported to be fixed on 15th November 2009. It has been checked—NOW there is no such wrong charging.

In case of any difficulty, you may contact undersigned.

dear sir, i purchased a recharge coupan for Rs. 110/- of bsnl pre paid mobile bearing no. [protected] validity date 30.06.2012 on 1.1.11 at 11:50 am but after scratching and loading this tarrif voucher message shows the 'invalid data' when dial 123 and followed the instruction and enter 16 digit no. than message announced ' voucher already used' . My mob. No. is [protected].

      Its been more than two months since i am requesting BSNL to check their setting as i am unable to send sms to some networks. whenever i am trying to send sms to these networks the mobile immediately throws an error " check operator service". the setting with my mobile is correct as the sms is going to other networks. no body in customer care is helping to solve the problem.

      sir,
      i am deaf and dumb and having only sms facility (NO INCOMING AND OUTGOING CALLS DUE TO DEAF AND DUMB). and have been using for one year. suddenly on 8th january, i am getting error message CHECK OPERATOR SERVICE. i had lodged complaint on 11th of january.

      also want to add that i am vice president of handicapped association and having various members from handicapped person as well as NGO's. i am very much inconvenienced by this deficiency service by BSNL.

      i have been visiting to CSC, Malleswaram daily and assured by them that they will speed up the work. and also called customer care everyday five to six times...

      no action has been done. please take necessary action on the bsnl people as well as call centre...

          I'm Amala.Musti staying at gajuwaka, VISAKHAPATNAM-530044.Sir i have taken BSNL vennela plan of prepaid mobile services 6 months ago and the prepaid balance is 277- which is going to expire on February 7th , 2010. The plan have an offer of sending sms freely to any local mobile no. in Andhra Pradesh. but it has been since 3 weeks where no message could not be sent from my mobile and i have checked all the possibilities of problems of problem in my hand set after confirming the problem is in the mobile service. i have called the 24hrs consumer care no. [protected] for nearly 5 times. The providers are giving the information of please reload the message center no. and manual network selection. I have wasted the time on this procedure and i have found no result. As i being a medical graduate and I'm preparing for medical entrance exam how many time should i call the consumer care wait for the customer care providers until they respond and how many times should i do the procedure which they repeat each time when i call which is of no use???. Even I'm not provided with any information by them whether i should put any complaint in this regard? Lot of my time has been wasted in this problem. What shall i do now? Whom to consult.?

            I have a BSNL broadband connection. My landline connection no is
            [protected]. I am registred a complaint against disconnetion of broadband but not any local officer take care about that. so you help me about this problem.

            Before 6 month i have BSNL broadband internet Connection. But at that time My internet was not working anymore. I had complain many times at Naroda BSNL Exchange office about this problem.And also i personally visited there 2-3 days in a week and request authorized person about my problem but none of them take any action to resolved my broadband internet connection issue properly. I had paid monthly rental of broadband without using this service. when i visit Naroda BSNL Exchange and told about my problem then one of the responsible person(I don't know his exact name but that is something like Mr. Patel) told me that we can't resolved your internet connection problem you disconnect/leave your BSNL broadband internet connection. I don't know how that person talk like this with their customer. I had complain many times for this problem if you want to check then you can also check in your database. you will find many complains about this issue.

            And finally I Discoonect/Leave my internet because of your very very poor service.

            Now i again applied for the BSNL Broadband service. and before 10 days they installed Broadband again at my home. The same situation is here now My broadband is not working anymore...

            I had also complain 2 times Here is my current complain NO : 6480
            My BSNL Landline No : 22802139

            No action has been taken yet. I am at office and Everytime they call at my home and just ask your broadband is working or not? But i already told them there is problem in telephone line. Even In my telephonr there is lot of disturbance. So i think they just have to check my telephone line and replace it with new wire. I don't think this problem is very big issue and it takes many months to resolve. but i don't know who will be the responsible for this.I have to pay monthly rental without using your broadband internet service.

            Attending broadband complaints are very much faulty. No responsible officer though having mobile numbers given by Govt. not bother to receive the phone calls. The mobile are given for speedy disposal of complaints but may be used for domestic purposed as our calls never replied by the officers.

              I am user of prepaid connection and on my no. [protected] there is some alret services is activate and daily I am getting approx 50 to 100 massage so I want to dactive this alert services. I am getting charged for this.I alrady talk with customer care exe. for deactive this he informed me massage BHAV UNSUB to 59696 but still i am getting alert. & now when ever I made call on Customer Care the informed me that they are transfirng my call to seniors & put my call on hold but no. one given us any responce for the same.
              I am receving massage from TM-RML-NEWS and TM-RML-MKT so plese deactive these alret services.

              my number is[protected]. i am having problem with sms alerts, i receive 50-100 messages from TM-RML company. i have no idea how did it start also. i have not subscribed for any thing via phone or via internet. i have already registered for DND, which worked.
              by calling customer care BSNL, i got the same arbitrary answer, firstly they had no idea what to do, and they keep fumbling around for 10 minutes. After calling several times, one representative asked me to sms UNSUB NEWS to 55500. Of course which did not work. I am still getting TM-RML messages in lots every day.
              Please help me find a way to stop this messages.

                  I have taken a new prepaid connection and tried 4 days to activ gprs GPRSPRE to 53733 and it is not activeted till now the one cc ppl say it is activated and i should check settings and another says it is not activated and i should wait for some time more. coustomer care ppl are reachable after 30 minits of wait each time and i have rechared for gprs pack 230 and i am still helpless... my no is [protected]

                  i want to say that when i found the bsnl gprs mobile setting for surfing internet in my laptop as well as in my mobile ( LG GB230), so surfing on laptop is started, but on the mobile gprs was not supported . so i request to you please repair this problem hurry, because i cant use mobile internet.

When I did so, a recorded voice told me to follow a procedure which I could not understand as the voice was very unclear.So I request u sir to suggest me what procedure should I follow.                         This is my second complaint. I am the user of mobile no [protected]. I have lodged a complaint on 14.12.09 regarding unnecessary deducting money from my mobile prepaid account by +53030005. They used to send unnecessary messages and unwanted questions. They further stated that they are renewing my subscription for AFACT5TOLLY5 pack and deducted a sum of Rs. 5/-. Earlier also they deducted Rs.15/- from my mobile account. I have never been a subscriber for the above pack and I cannot understand how they can steal money from me like this. Is there anyone to look into this matter?

                            At first you should deactvate the GPRS service (GPRSD to 53733 for south zone customers).There is no sms code to deactivate this service. you have to contact your near by telephone exchange or customer care and contact SDE (mobile ) to deactivate this service.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I am a regular user of BSNL Call Now Card [ Kharagpur] .

                              I have bought a call now card on dated 17/10/2009 of Rs 1000/- and activated it on the same date.

                              From dated 04/11/2009 till dated 15/11/2009, I could not call to USA. When I dial the code vide

                              No- 1802 345, the reply came that “DOES NOT EXIST”.

                              But From dated 16/11/2009 to till date when I dialed the above code vide no then reply comes that “THE BALANCE OF THE CARD IS RS 660/- and validity is till Jan’2010.“ and advising to dial the desired phone no and # at the end.

                              But after dialing the number and # the reply again comes that “NOT ACCESED TILL DATE”

                              I have complained so many times as below:-

                              1. Dated 04/12/2009 Complaint No is : 3906001

                              2. Dated 06/12/2009 Reminder against the above complaint no.

                              3. Dated 10/12/2009 Contacted the deputy GM Kharagpur [ A&T ].
                              He advised to contact Mr Bipin [SDE Saltlake] and Mr Lokesh [JTO Saltlake, kolkata] but problem not solved after vigorous follow up.

                              Kindly look into the matter at an earliest as my age is 65yrs, and I have to call my daughter who is staying in USA.

                              i m regularly using call card now to call from india to oman. first time recharged with local dealer in my place (Jamnagar-Gujarat). and thn i m recharging through internet.

                              but after recharging through internet one problem was occured while calling i can connect easily but money is deducting from both ballance. (Ex. if i called to oman thn money is dedcut from CALL NOW CARD balance (rs. 7.30/per min) and as well as from my local recharege balance (rs. 1/per min)

                              this thing happend only after recharge through internet but before it was deducting from CALL NOW CARD balance only nt from local balance


                              so pls give me a solution for tht because nw it's cost me rs 08.30/per min.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I would like to bring my pathetic condition by using BSNL Broadband Service. I have Broadband Service on my Landline number[protected]Hyderbad). Right from the inception, some 10 months back, it is giving problem every time. The ADSL goes off, and the internet is disconnected. I have to wait for some time, and then, the ADSL comes back. Due to this problem, my pages goes off, and sometimes, I need to login again. I have made umpteen number of complaints on this problem, and every time they say, they are going to rectify it, but they never. Right from the beginning, I could not enjoy the un-interrupted performance not even for two hours. Earlier, I was having an unlimited package, and due to this problem, I have shifted to limited package. Even after, I am paying BSNL for poor service they are providing. Due to this cause, forcibly I had to go for a private operator as a stand-bye. I hope, Forum will take this to the notice of BSNL, which is not at all serious on Customer interests.

                                broadband not working properly — adsl problem

                                lineman & agency representative visit frequently to solve the problem but they can't found actual solution so we are suffering with this problem. Our monthly rent @Rs. 500/-plus tax is not useful to us. Our Experience is very bad from BSNL after sales service.
                                due to the noises in basic phone, downloading speed were affected.

                                I have a BSNL BroadBand connection from past 2 years and I am having lot of problems using it daily. The DSL link keeps going down and every time I raise a comaplaint the engineer comes home resolving it and verifies everything is working fine and leaves. The BroadBand stops working after he leaves and this has become a regular issue for me. I am situated in B.C.C Layout and I am now planning to change by serive provider. BSNL being sunch a big company is not having the right people to support and keep the QoS consitent. I am really very unhappy with it.

                                  I am the user of mobile no. [protected]. Every day I am receiving messages from 53030 asking me to answer their silly questions. Without my consent they have made me a subscriber of AFACT5TOLLY5 and deducted Rs. 5/- from my account. They further stated that to unsubscribe send the message to them as UNSUBAFACT5TOLLY5. When I sent the message to unsubscribe, they replied that the text of message is wrong and again deducted Rs. 5/-. Onceagain I neatly composed UNSUBAFACT5TOLLY5 and sent to 53030. But, instead o[censored]nsubscribing they further deducted Rs. 5/- and said the same old story of wrong text message.

                                  Today I have received a message from 53030 stating that 'your subscription for AFACT5TOLLY5 will be renewed in 1 days. To unsubscribe send UNSUBAFACT5TOLLY5 to 53030'. This message was sent on 14 Dec 09 at 08:10:07 through message centre No[protected] sender by +53030. But, I have not sent any reply to them as I know they will onceagain deduct the money from my account.

                                  Kindly arrange to stop this type of stealing money and sending messages to me henceforth.

                                  I lawdge complaint previously but you did not entertain.So kindly deactivate the subscription service of FHM video.

                                  EVN I AM HAVIN THE SAME PROBLEM.. IS THEIR ANY WAY TO GET RID OF THIS 53030 SMSES... PLZZ HELP ME I WANT TO UNSUBSCRIBE IT..
                                  The issue is prevalent in Airtel Delhi circle as well. I tried STOP ALL keywords but am yet to receive any confirmation for the unsubscription.

                                  Any other inputs will be highly appreciated as this is sheer nuisance.

                                  Cell Phone service providers — Unsolicited SMS

                                  I am getting unsolicited sms from the following number.[protected]. How can I get the details so that I could make a complaint. Do the cellphone service providers have a online directory. Why there is no such directory like that of the old printed telephone directories. Is the TRAI aware of these difficulties of customers. Should we not make mandatory the directories.
                                  I have the same problem now i have afraid whether i will carry the service or Not, this the Request to BSNL officials to please take some serious steps in this regard.

                                  BSNL — PREPAID SERVICES

                                  I have brought a recharge coupon of Bsnl [EXCEL] for Rs.110/-. When I tried to recharge with this coupon, the error message was "Recharge not possible" I triet to reach the customer care services, and the operator kept sayoin "all routes are busy" I have been trying to call BSNL Customer Care from 5th Nov 2010, 1 p.m. Till now, i.e., 6th Nov 2010 3.00 P.M, the operator just keeps saying that all the routes are busy. having tried from other phone numbers also, I am now lodging a compliant on the negligence and low standards of BSNL prepaid services. The customer care services also proves a waste of valuable resources.

                                    For last 3 months i have given lot of complaints for net connection problem. they have not taken any proper action for my complaint. Net is working for 1 day and the next day it is not working. Saturdays and Sundays no net connection. Always saying line problem. i have paid it for a year-Rs.8086. Already 2 months waste for this years payment. Please take a proper action against this irresponsible action by a government organization.

                                      Hello Sir/Madam
                                      I am residing in chinthamanipudur (Coimbatore District). I have BSNL landline in my home. The phone was in out of order for more than 2 weeks in a month, there is no response from the appropriate providers. If we make any complaints the didn't response for that. And also they are charging more bill amount (15 days + phone is in out of order). Plz take proper action.

                                      BSNL — no proper service provided

                                      I m using WLL service of BSNL. the equipment has gone faulty, as it does not get charged
                                      the pin is lose and the phone keeps shutting down, took the phone to the bsnl office in hadapsar near kirloskar neumatics, and they directed me to the store room to get it changed, but the store keeper directs you to the officer and the officer then again directs you to the store keeper, it goes on and on,
                                      and finally they say, we have already many equipment faulty, so it cannot be changed,
                                      they ask you to adjust with it.
                                      this the response which we get for a highly paid service.

                                      BSNL Landline — not providing proper services

                                      sir,
                                      I m RAMESH MOHTA and i m using BSNL landline since 10 years.
                                      Due to disturbance in line i m not able to use mine phone.I have registered complaints in bsnl customer care about 20 times and every time they are ignoring mine problem.i have also tried to call supervisor in jodhpur regarding this,but no one is picking phone there.
                                      finaly i m sending u mine problem with hope that consumer forum will definately help me in this case.

                                        My name is Vaibhav Gautam. I stay Shri nagar ,Hapur, distt.-Ghaziabad.

                                        My phone having Phone No: 2300775 is not working from past 20 days. I made somany calls to J.E and SDO Hapur. Every time they told the problem will be solved today,lineman doesnt take your complaint.THIS IS THE WORST THING I HAVE EVER LISTEN, JE level officer told that the lineman doesnt take your complaint what can i do.

                                        Even I lodge a complaint in complaint book regularly at hapur exchange. But no action taken. Please take care of my complaint and resolve it asap

                                        I hav taken a home combo plan with a yearly rental of 5000

                                        I am facing following problems

                                        Internet is very slow
                                        Tele has all the times disburbances ) over a period of 12 months I made several complaints but problem persista)

                                        I am a retired UP Govt Employee and iam entitled for a 20% discount, I had applied a year back with all documents, I hav vigoureosly followed up also but NIL result

                                        Overall it is a frustating experience with BSNL
                                        My Tele no 2776862 was surrendered and disconnected abt an year back
                                        the security refund is still awaited
