We have received bill dated[protected] for the month of june in which amount of rupees 1587 shown as bbusage which is too much excess . I have examine bbusage on net.It was found that on 29th and 30th june most o[censored]sage occured. I would like to inform you that I have used bb service not more than 1 GB. because I always run with bandwidth meter when I am using net.
So, please revise my bill and credit rupees 1587 which is excess charged by you. You can also check my previous month usage. You will find that I have never used net more than 1 GB. my phone no. is [protected]
The bsnl account management site from where the broadband usage is seen could not be opened for the last five 3 days.
Occassionaly this problem arises. It is most irritable that the site could not be accessed most of the time, and the usage could not be viewed. Please do something so that consumer gets proper and uninterrupt service.

i cant see my brodband uses. due to not open bbservice.bsnl.in
pl. why this type poor service give, when we hv nice and speedy bb service plz need ful for this

I have the same problem. Dont use any broadband plan that has usage limit.
Better choose or go for UNLIMITED PLAN !!! even at 256 kbps, its better.
Be careful, bsnl said that switching to another plan is free of cost. If somebody asks money only for changing the plan, its unfair because the advertisement said it's free. After that, carefull check your monthly bill. Warn them you will cancel the connection if they charge a huge bill by "mistake".
