[Resolved]  BSNL — the prbt service is not working

sir,
mai pechle laghbhag 2 mahine se 56700 pe call karke prbt laga raha hu lekin koi response nahi mil raha customer care se baar baar phone karke kaha lekin woh bolte hai wait karo wait karte karte 2 mahine ho gae hai aur rupay bhi bhaut bar kat chuke hai, sms bhi kiya tab bhi koi response nahi.

i am a user of bsnl, but from last 4 days onwards the prbt service is not working, even if we dial 56700 for setting new ringtone the phone is picked but there is no reply form the other end.but the charge are cut of monthly further the ringtone is not always heared by the caller usually the get the old tring tring only. please look to it

I am also facing the same problem. The PRBT services are not working from last 4-5 days and I am not able to change by RBT. Plz look into it BSNL useless guys.

5 months unable to use prbt post selection of song i get a messag from bz56700 "Dear User. To avail this Service please Subscribe to the BSNL Tune. Regards" pls fix asap
