[Resolved]  BSNL — not able to open bb services.bsnl.in

i am check my usage record in bbservice.bsnl.in .i am using Rs 500 plan.

BSNL — Unable to change existing plan.

Hi,
I am Santosh Ingle I want to change my BSNL BB plan from Home -500 to Home UL - 750.
BSNL is not doing the same. I have submitted request two times.
Please help me.

i have connected 500c combo plane bsnl in may 2009.i m rtd. sr.sec engineer telecom.nrly. lko.20 %was given to me but balance Rs.100 not pay me till now. In this plan 175 calls r free.this benifit is giving to me till now why? my phone no is 2432134 tpnr lko.user id no RPS[protected]a/c no 23089780 pl charge remaining amount in a/c in next bill

If you are not a unlimited usage customer then take care
even if you are not using the internet also you will get a huge amt bill .bcos .no spam protection or virus protection for BSNL modem BSNL and their staff doesnt have any responsibility abt the customers
After some time they will send a bill to you Rs:7000 or 10000 like that .Shure you are not willing to pay bcos you are not used
Then a legal letter
After that BSNL will send a revenue recovery letter to district collector for authorisation to recover money from you.

BSNL — did not open pages

It does not open pages after get connected. I have register a complain on 9/5/ 2011 with token no.22 at 1957 varanasi. Again i made a complain with area SDO on 30/05/11. I am facing this problem since last week of April 2011.

To verify mu internet usage, I tried to open the site
bb services.bsnl.in. I tried several occassions but failed.
Please help to open the site.
