I am Malleshi K having prepaid cell one no.[protected].after many efforts like calling the customer care and many sms, i am still unable to unsubscribe the Cricket pack. I am receiving messages from BA-ONCRIC. Please remove it at the earliest & do not renew it.

i am receiving a message from "OnCric" which gives latest cricket updates. i want to deactivate that service. I called the customer care service twice. but i couldn't find solution out of it. i'm charged Rs. 80/month for this unnecessary service. Please deactivate it as quick as possible.
