I am receiving unwanted Gita SMS daily on my mobile deducting Rs 30/- Per month with out my approval. I made a complaint to customer care but no action was taken till date.In this connection I request kindly stop sending unwanted Gita SMS to my mobile No[protected] and not deduct the amount in future.

I'm a senior citizen availing your cell one connection for my mobile and is using for the past couple of years. My cell # +91 [protected]. This is to register my complaint against the unsolicited calls and sms from telemarketing people even during my rest hours. In fact I called the customer care and complaint orally. There was no calls for few weeks. Again there are disturbances. Hence this complaint in writing to your notice to initiate immediate action and stop all these unwanted calls. Anticipating your cooperation in this regard at once.
