I HAVE LIFE TIME PREPAID SIM WHICH VALIDITY EXPIRE ON 24.05.2010 AND I HAVE RECHARGE THE CARD ON 23.05.2010 WITH TOPUP VOUCHER Rs.55/- BUT MY VALIDITY DATE HAS NOT EXTENDED. I HAVE COMPLAINT ON BSNL CUSTOMER CARE ON 30.05.2010, COMPLAINT NO.is 3923867 BUT MY OUT GOING CALLS HAS NOT PERMITTED SO FAR.

    I am a BSNL Mobile subscriber of Calcutta region. Since last few weeks, I have noticed that if I call to a BSNL mobile number from my BSNL mobile, the call becoming ended unexpectedly, and it is happening very frequently. Also I have noticed that the BSNL network have some serious problem in Salt-lake & Jadavpur region of Kolkata city, because I have faced lot of network issue when I used to travel this above two places.

    I would like to request you to have a look in this issue & try to resolve it as soon as possible. This BSNL Mobile network issue in Kolkata city creates lots of problem to all of its subscriber & the BSNL authurity does not bother about it. I aslo think that this is the reason why people shift their mobile connection from BSNL to other private telecom company.

    If you please resolve this issue & let me know the status quickly, I will be grateful to You.

    I did not subscribe any value added sevices from BSNL. then why BSNL Activate
    this masti pack.

    Second thing I registered In Do Not Disturb ID : 153665 on dated 21/08/10
    but still I have got these type of anoyed message useless. I now think to Go
    Consumer Forum of my District if my problem is not rectified.

    I am also facing same problem. BSNL local office said we can not refund the amount.
    this is second month they deducted Rs.5.

    if BSNL deduct Rs.5 from 25% of customers they can manage salary of there employees for few months.

    I am also planning to go to consumer forum of my dist.

    I have a BSNL prepaid mobile connection. Yesterday, I found that my existing balance was going down by its original amount without any outgoing call from my cell. It is very regretful to all customers that without any service how a company can deduct customer's balance. If it is going on, nobody will trust or believe in this company.

    Exact clarification must be intimated for their fault.

    I have Received a massage from 51234030 few days back, that CRICKET BSNL ALERTS IS ACTIVE and Rs. 30/- per month is subcription fee and cleverness is that for deactivation the procedure and given is unfinished one, so that customer is not able to deactivate it.
    For your information, I did not subscribe any value added sevices from BSNL else they may have programmed the message in such a way that any, most frequently used key of the mobile is the activation key or activation sequence.so, any unsuspecting customer falls prey to there bizzare tactics.

    I now think to Go Consumer Forum of my District if my problem is not rectified.

      Sir, I am Kallol Bhunia, a resident of Midnapore town , using BSNL prepaid 3G connection for nearly six months and my mobile no. is [protected]. In 22/05/2010 I have recharged my BSNL account by Rs. 62 which includes 15 days validity and 150 MB free GPRS usage. But after recharging I got only 41.8 MB free GPRS usage. After that I made several calls to the BSNL Customer Care Officials: at first they make me fool by giving me wrong informations and refused to lodge my complain but it is only 01/06/2010 they give me a complain no.-5476630 when I again call them, but without any resolution time.Now when I use GPRS , it debited my main balance directly. I am totally disappointed with that condition. Help me.

        BSNL, LANDLINE — OUT OF SERVICE-3 MONTHS

        DEAR SIR, MY LANDLINE[protected] IS OUT OF ORDER SINCE 3MONTHS. ALREADY RASIED COMPLAINT COUPLE OF TIMES IN EXCHANGE OVER THE PHONE TILL DATE SAME. LAST MONTH BSNL OFFICER INFORMED CABLE FAULT IT CANNOT BE REPAIR. SIMPLY PAYING MONTHLY RENT? COMPENSATE THIS AMOUNT ON COMING MONTHS INVOICE. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE PLEASE DO REQUIRED. ON 14 MAY 2011 DID ANOTHER COMPLAINT THIS IS THE REFRENCE(Your fault request has been registered successfully and the request-code is 10880) TILL DATE SAME. ALSO I AM HAVING BROADBAND CONECTION IN SAME CABLE IT'S WORKING TIME TO TIME. YOUR EARLIEST REPONSE APRRECIATED.

          Dear Sirs,

          My BSNL landline no. is[protected]. I had broadband connection under home UL 750 plan. The internet speed was very poor. Expecting a very good speed I changed my plan to BB Combo 1100 as per which the speed should be 2 mbps upto 10 GB download and after that 256 kbps. Unfortunately there is no change in the speed. It is as slow as 60 kbps and the download rate is as low as 10 kbps. I have been informing this to the BSNL office every day, but of no use. No body there bothers to take quick action.

          bsnl home combo 1100 — slow speed

          MY BROAD BAND UNLIMITED 750+.FROM JULY 1ST THI YEAR IT COMES IN BSNL HOME COMGO1100 but to day even on first day it is workig at low speed .it comes under rajamundry .my land line num,ber 2465123 to whome i shall address
          I am using BSNL broadband with 850 Home plan(Unlimited). This plan is about to be like 1Mbps for 6GB and 512kbps for the rest of the usage. But i only get speed of 30-50kBps. Also the problem is, internet disconnect occasionally and connects after few minutes. I have lost during an online transaction and its all over. Also I complaint to BSNL, but their response is poor. Temporarily it connects and after one or two days it does the same as before. I got irritatted once the google itself loading for 1 minute.

            Hello sir,

            I am working online as a publisher. and this is a top most publisher website in USA http://www.xy7.com/. im working with that publisher company too.. but last 2 months this website is not working with BSNL BROAD BAND only. and other networks ( airtel, reliance, tata ) are working fine with that website.

            i have complained this problem to BSNL CBE NIB last month.. and they says this problem will be rectified soon. but still its not working in BSNL..

Whenever I call to customer service via 1500, they intentionally stay numb without uttering any thing. This is really disgusting and I am having an awful experience with BSNL. Any honest senior officials reading this message, must do something.

              I have lodged a complain regarding my Telephone No[protected] which is dead of last two month. In the line of same contaced to [protected] about know the status the concerned person advised me to contact the Mr.Pradhan(SDO) of our division. Inspite of contaced to the concerned SDO by his cell no-[protected] he assured me your complain would adressed by end of 25th July. Its very unfortunate still it has not been adressed and even if 0n 28th July i tried to contact the concerned person by his cell no and office no as well but no one picked up my call.

              Here i would like to request you please do suggest me the further step which will be taken by me to get the quick service from respected BSNL, BBSR.

                My mobile number is [protected]. I recieved a SMS from 52906 on 19th May 2010 requesting me to subscribe for free jokes for five days, which I did. However, after the five day period, I am still recieving a SMS joke every day and to my horror getting Re1 deduction. Numerous complaints to customer care have resulted in further wastage of money as each SMS to 52906 costs Rs 2.Kindly let me know how to deactivate this service.

                  I have faced problem with Teracom LW272 usb data card. Though BSNL in their site demanded the "DATA SPEED" of this kind of modem as "3.6MBPS", while connecting the same in the internet it shows "Max Received Speed 48KBps". I have given the complain to BSNL customer care, but they were not able to give any solution. I have written a mail to Teracom sales department, but still now they are silent.

                  BSNL — bsnl not giving full speed

                  i am using bsnl broadband but its too slow about 40kbps in ambikapur . in television it is saying that 2 mpps superspeed . please help what to do. my sitting in computer in internet is just waste of time.

                  BSNL 3G Data Card — NO Network in my area

                  I am Srinivasa M V , i purchased new BSNL 3 G Data Card on[protected] from till date i am unable to use Internet access properly because there is no Network coverage in my area i am complained the same to BSNL But there is no solution

                  Both are right, but the first one is very near to truth, BSNL 3g data card is not giving the speed which they specified but it gives maximum up to 230 or 256 kbps insted of 3.6 mbps. I observed that it disconnect after some time is correct. some time it gives speed to 0 kbps, 3 kbps, 43 kbps, 1 kbps, this is the fluctuation in speed. My Data card or 3g sim card, I dont know where the problem is but giving headache to me. I realy demand for giving my money back if they are not able to solve the problem in short.

                  I donot know how to solve problem.

                  But I do tell and keep future customers away from purchasing this Data Card. Recently I disuaded 5 persons from purchasing this Card.

                  Am facing a similar problem. Initially when I used this the speed was very good and I was quite impressed. But nowadays it is pathetic. Even with full signal and connection - the speed is very slow and sometimes once I access a page everything slows down. I need to reconnect or relogin. And this too does not work always. Apart from this the numbers given for support - when you finally get to someone they put you on hold saying they will transfer to a higher up and the you are on hold till the call automatically drops. I need to change my plan and even for that there is no help. Please do let me know some responsible route to get my issues with the 3G data card resolved.

                  I am also facing the same problem in Guduvancherry, chennai. Actually I purchased bsnl 3g usb data card (micromax) for Rs.4000/- in the last month from Raja marketing pvt ltd (an authorized bsnl dealer), Chrompet, Chennai. Only for sometimes I m getting one point tower and all the time there is no network coverage. Even if i m getting one point, the connection is disconnected for evry 5 or 10 mins and its speed is also very slow. For the past one month, I m in full of tension and headache with this. So i request you to solve this problem at the earliest or replace my data card or return my money back. If you do not take any action, then i will definitely take legal action against you.

                  For me the max received speed is showing as 48 kbps with 3.6 Mbps 3G modem.
                  the browsing speed is too low. Can any one help me how to increase the speed? do I need to install any software for this? Or else can you please provide me the prroper point of contact who can diagonse the problem?

                  I am totally agree with all the complaints above. same is the case with me. My 3g data card is showing a maximum possible speed of 48 kbps. Its actual speed o[censored]se is 15-17 kbps, after buying this card i thought my internet related problems are over and now i am feeling that BSNL is just cheating with the public by showing them daydreams. I have even contacted with the officials of bsnl but as we all know how careless they are. noone is going to take actions against them. I am getting tired of all this guys. BSNL have no right to do this to us. I was a loyal customer of bsnl, i have not changed my bsnl mobile number since 9 years. It may mean a lot to me but for the careless bsnl officials this does not mean anything.

                  I Dr.G.Zion Eluzai, Professor in a Medical College In Mahboobnagar dist.Of Andhra Pradesh want to get to your attention that I feel betrayed by your 3G DATA CARD service which I have tagen on 24/11/2010 and my plan is Rs.572 with 2Gb./month.Sir to my utter disappointment I feel that it is just a wast of money to go for 3.6 Mbps 3 G card when the speed I am getting a maximum speed of only 30-40 kbps and the download speed is only 10-20 kbps. Sir it is just like dupping the people that this service is started .I tried to contact the customer service 1503 for my problem but I did not get any response.

                  And when I want to download some file always the line seems to be busy and I feel that my I p number is being used by some other members it come as as the Ip No: 218.248.84.86 is being used by some other member for downloading. Sir seing all this thing I feel I am cheated by the Bsnl people.

                  3G net work is not available at Kanjari Road, Halol. 16,Dwarkesh Nagar.
                  I am not at all able to open internet due to no net work signal from BSNL.

                  I purchased BSNL 3G Data card. The claimed speed by BSNL is 3.6MBPS. it is too far from reality. I am getting download speed of average 6 kb and sometimes goes upto 12 kb. It is quite below what BSNL claims for this type of card.

                  Is there any way I can register official complaint for this with BSNL?

                  I got 3G data card, but during the working it is offenly disconnected low coverage. Therefore my work is suffer. So look in this matter of low coverage for 3G.
                  Agree with all the above complaints. Purchased the Bsnl 3g with the 4.2k plan and a huawei e1750, all from BSNL csc. Now there is too much fluctuation in the internet and the speed keeps dropping to 0 kbps every 10 secs. If it is a genuine technical problem, please inform us how long we have to bear with it.

                  Moreover the attitude of the customer care @ 1503 and [protected] is very sad, I had to wait for 20 mins on hold before I could speak to a "representative" post which that person spoke to me as if i were wasting his time. After a brief 5 mins discussion he told me there was nothing he could do and asked me if I have a solution to the problem. Finally i asked him how to take this matter to the higher up's, he said best of luck and hung up.

                  Problem still NOT resolved.

During that time also the connection speed is about negligible. If BSNL not in a position to provide 3G connection, why are they making mockery of 3G connection, I cannot not understand.

                  I have really bad experience using BSNL 3G datacard. It disconnects very frequently. Even it is very difficult use the connection for sending mails. I have used Tata Photon card earlier which seems to be much better than BSNL. I am planning to discontinue.

                    Sir my mobile no. is [protected]. Every eighth day i get a message ' your fever services will get renewed in next two days.' Then Rs eight get cut in next two days. This has happened several times. I am not using this service. Pliz unsubscribe this service. On sending message 'unsubfever' to 55678 as directed to unsubscribe at the time of deduction I get the response' temporary problem. Plz try later' and Rs two get cut for sending message to 55678. This is sheer cheating. I have also lodged this complaint on[protected] on this url but nothing has been done so far. Both my wife and I have been suffering from lots of incurable and hard-curable diseases for long. We have no sparable suitable person to represent us in any office in need. I have a Calcutta Telephones' CellOne Mobile Tel. No. [protected]. Our lives have been made really a hell due to increasing number of commercial SMSs including ones of sexual invitation and the SMSs do come after almost every 10 to 20 minutes. I requested the Customer Care Centre of CellOne over Tel. No. 123 in Nov. last, an operator advised a way that I followed instantly with no result. Then I lodged a complaint over the same Tel. No. 123 with no result also. Then I sent e-mails to CGM, Calcutta Telephones and others concerned and expectedly with no result and no reply. Kindly do the needful.

                            I have faced problem with Teracom LW272 usb data card. Though BSNL in their site demanded the "DATA SPEED" of this kind of modem as "3.6MBPS", while connecting the same in the internet it shows "Max Received Speed 48KBps". I have given the complain to BSNL customer care, but they were not able to give any solution. I have written a mail to Teracom sales department, but still now they are silent.

                            Is there any solution of this problem? Otherwise stop making us fool.

                            - And are using two datacardsof Reliance ;

                            - One is card type & other One is Modem of Reliance ;

                            Hi, I am Janeesh from Bangalore, I am also facing the same problem, But i think it is the problem of the interface software, you please check what is your actual download speed, for me it crosses 1 MBPS some times. But unfortunately the interface software doesnot show it. When i purchased it, for the first day it showed 800 KB/S but the second day onwards 48 KB/S is the maximum speed shown. I m pretty sure the actual speed is much better, but only thing, it flexuates very badly, may be because of the distance from the tower. You please check your actual speed by downloading something from a server, where there is no restrictions for the speed or go to www.speedtest.net.

                            Hi, I am Pankaj from Bangalore, it appears that there is some problem with the data Modem LW272 provided by BSNL, when I connect through it, it gets connected but I don't get speed and after few minutes it totally stops working. When I use my mobile phone as modem with the same sim, I get very good speed up to 3.6 MBPS and my mobile indicates "H".
                            bsnl gives half GB at Rs.276. poor coverage..not work in cell one range..works only in EDGE/UMTS range..
                            and any one gets its 3.6 MBPS speed Presently works at 48KBPS (.048MBPS) It's software blocks to use other sim..But you can use with other SIM in "UBUNTHU 10.04 " Operating system... airte gives 2GB at Rs.98 and unlimited browse ...so use airtel sim..

I purchased BSNL 3G USB last month.I have converted my 2G SIM to 3G and started using it with USB data card.After one week my USB started saying "No SIM" but it shows IMIE number when I connected to my netbook.I went to customer service center and requested them to change the equipment.After long discussions one kind and generous officer agreed to change it nd gave me another equipment(which not a new one but some one rejected it due to another technical problem !!).New equipment worked for another week and unfortunately started saying again "No SIM" :-( .What shall I do now ? I have tested with another euipment of my firend and it works fine on my netbook.

                            I stronlgy believe that Teacom is producing very poor hardware.If somebody knows any suggestion, kindly help.

                            I am Srinivas from Rajahmundry(AP). I purchased the modem along with BSNL 3G SIM for only the purpose of internet browsing at my home PC. In the very first day the SIM got replaced by another as there was a MSG saying "NO SIM". After replacing the SIM it worked for 3 to 4 days then stopped working saying "no sufficient amount-pls recharge". As I am confidant I was not used to that extant. Then I approached the BSNL officials. They checked the modem repeatedly by conneeting to their PC for two full working days (simply connects with in 2 seconds disconnects with out warning) then they checked the SIM by installing in a mobile (GPRS) and found/started working. Thats how they confirmed that the modem is also diffective/failed to work within 4 days and they replaced the modem with as usual delay of their own time. This justifies two things...
                            1) The BSNL is not equiped to diognise the problem in first cut-it is only trail and error method they followed.
                            2) The Quality of modem (LW272) is so poor that it cannot work/withstand in our environment.
                            3) The after sales service/warranty is not yet derived by the BSNL authorities- the customer should absorb the pain of taking their delay.
                            Hence I personally feel it is not worth buying BSNL modem (LW272), rather the services as well as the decisions are much faster in other brands.

                            sir i had brought a bsnl usb modem cdma2000 SN VMC059534 which boosts to provide speed upto 144 kbps but the actual speed is in bytes or some times 2 kbps....they are robbing us of our hard earned money....this is unacceptable....this card costs 3000 rupees which is a good amount of money....but what we get is nothing in return...this is frustrating....i think the company should be accused of criminal charges..i m in great need of internet plz help me in solving my problem........thank you

Some times it works with good speed but generally not. I donot suggest to go with this device. However BSNL coverarge is good in this region.

                            Hi, Rishi Kant here. Purchasing BSNL 3G data card(LW272) is as good as throwing your money in lavatory. BSNL is making fool by doing advertisement that this data card is faster than the bullet.this is bloody slower than the constipation. its normal speed is 1 to 15 kbps and max speed is 48 kbps.

                            I have used BSNL 3G in Goa, when i took demo at the customer care I had done speed check which showed a speed of 600 KBPS, where as when i purchased a new 3G card, which i intially used from my mobile phone, and later purchased 3G modem, Idea netsetter unlocked one, the speed was just 256 and never went above 300 Kbps, so happened to visit the CC again he checked again on demo and to my suprise demo card gave a speed of almost 500, I insisted to insert my 3G sim in the modem and check the speed.

                            Suprsingly the speed was 202 kbps, Is it that the sim card provided for demo by bsnl has some extra setting to fool ppl.

                            recently my friend also purchased a data card and the speed is around 300 never cross 300, the 3G service is really poor as compared to CDMA (tata) which when tested gives 1.1 MBPS speed
                            Formerly i was getting around 2 mbps with my teracom datacard..it went all r8 for 7-8 days..then i faced a terrible fall in speed..decreased to 15-20 kb..i can only say bsnl has started cheating people and making money..Its only loosing its reputation by such things..Anyways m not happy with bsnl and recomend not to purchase any of data card provided by bsnl..CCE are also fools..they know nothing & they never come with any updated information..-Ambuj

                            This BSNLs teracom LW272 3G usb modem doesn't work properly with WIN-7 OS. Apart from all those heating problem, Speed displayed, Whenever i try to disconnect the internet session, several dialog boxes appear with a messge "Operation must use an updateable query" and the application gets hanged.Then Only choice of closing the application is from task manager.This really irritates a lot.

                            Hi! BSNL 3G Data card is not so bad. Last day i tried my data card on friend's home. his room was on the 1st floor. When i plugged in my data card and started it, i got amazing speed instead of my home. Hey friend speed is just depend upon the coverage of network.. This data card is very cheap and best.. atleast for me it is...! Now i'm going to shift mt room on the first floor to have a lightning fast speed...:-)

Narendra from vizag has a problem of speed getting just around 15 kbps to 21 kbps since from the time i purchased bsnl 3G data card .i have purchased 20 days back., since then we didnt use it properly . if we want to open google chrome, its taking time for about 30 mins. since the time from purchase i have faced many problems.so please kindly consider my problem and rectify it as soon as possible .
                            hi i am kapil kolte i purchased a BSNL 3G data card 3.6 Mbps one from indore very recently in INR 2500 with 2 months validity and 12GB usage, 2GB in day and 10GB in night and they told me that it will work any where in india.

                            Finally it is not given me speed more than 48KBps, and also when i am downloading songs from songs.pk then for one song which is of 3.3 MB it takes around 22 min to download . Which is very poor speed in mumbai.

                            Also i tried to change profile from BSNL 3G TO BSNL 3G SOUTH AND BSNL 3G WEST. with there respective APN address bsnlnet, gprssouth.cellone.in, gprswest.cellone.in but then it is only accepting BSNL 3G with the same slow speed again.

                            Also the helpline no given [protected] not working . Saying it is not valid. Teracom guys saying may be the data card usb is having some problem.

                            I am highly recommending you guys NOT TO BUY ANY DATA CARD UNTIL BSNL RESOLVES SUCH ISSUES .

                            I am Nanda from Bangalore, I had BSNLs teracom LW272 3G usb modem for past 4 days and I totally disagree with you guys.If they say that its a 3.6Mbps modem signalling rate, it means that the value is theoretically achieved only, practical speeds are limited by the following factors:
                            1) Crappy software in the PC.
                            2) closer to the network.
                            3) Traffic on the 3G network

                            Normally the speed which can be achieved is 1/10 of the signaling rate-around 360Kbps.
                            I get around 150-250 Kbps in peak hours.
                            Off peak hours i get around 250-350 Kbps.

                            Really what a good device.
                            hi i am dr abrar and have purchased the datacard 15 days back i get speed in range of 48-250kbps, but when i test the speed on speedtest.net the speed is 1.2-1.5mbps, i think the problem lies with interface software, also the speed fluctuates a lot, what more can u expect from bsnl hopefully speed will improve in comming days-thius was told to me by bsnl official they r still in process of laying out the network so do not take hasty decisions wait for fewrweeks speed will increase, and check ur actual speed at speedtest.net

                            In Dec_2010 I had TERACOM (LW272) BSNL DATA CARD. How it is functioning means I cant say in words...because I spend more than one week upto 2'O clock midnight to install and identify the problem with instrument or sim. finally I got speed upto 46 kbps. For downloading of 2 Mp it is taking minimum 4 to 9 minutes. Then you can image its speed.
                            SUGGESTIONl : instead of buying 3G Modem (LW272) of BSNL it is 100% better to use 2G sim with normal mobile it will work better way for your satisfaction.

                            SUGGESTION2: It is better to you 3G sim in 3G compatible mobile if you want much speed. BUT DONT BUY BSNL 3G DATA CARD... FOR any Qery...please contact [protected]...sujay

                            I am Rajmohan, Bought Bsnl 3g data card from bsnl office on[protected], it worked good for exactly two weeks and now the data card is not detected by the computer. I Know data card is card is corrupted or gone. I visited bsnl office and called customer care many times but no proper response from them, they are not replacing my data card. Is anybody faced the same problem? is it possible to repair the data card
                            in outside market? Otherwise How, where and whom i have to contact to replace my data card as soon as possible. ?

                            The teracom hardware is very worst even though i am just satisfied with the bsnl 3G service. I never expected that the hardware will get failure.

                            Heyyyy the same problem is with me too..Iam staying at BBSR...It showed speed upto 250 kbps for around 6-7 days.& then speed slowed down to 48 kbps.Also max received speed is 48 kbps...

                            I have faced problem with Teracom LW272 usb data card. Though BSNL in their site demanded the "DATA SPEED" of this kind of modem as "3.6MBPS", while connecting the same in the internet it shows "Max Received Speed 26KBps". I have given the complain to BSNL customer care, but they were not able to give any solution.downlod time show the speed 5KBps.

                            Hi, I am Deep Bhoj, from Hyderabad.I purchased the BSNL teracom LW272 3G usb modem yesterday itself.When the person from BSNL came to my home for demo, he used EVDO device which is a CDMA device.It gave a satisfactory speed.For 3G usb modems he said they will give atleast 1 mbps speed even if 3g netwrk will be low.But I got max speed 7kbps for EDGE/GPRS and 17kpbs for 3G networks.I used the IDEA netsetter also and it was again a hell.Now I believe these companies are just making fun of customers.They promise a lot but deliver the least.Customer just waste their money on these devices and he had no choice other than repenting on his own decision.

                            I have got my BSNL 3G after tata photon was not good enough, looks like tata 2g was better than BSNL 3g, it just shows 18 to 29kbps, never go beyond that, we cannot keep this device for long run because it heated up fast and stops automatically after few hrs of switched on. Looks like its programmed like that.

                            BSNL is fooling people with low cost modem with high cost on public purchase.

                              Bsnl employs especially lady staffs are illiterate idots and ehaves as if they are the top officials.I have similat experience from bsnl ofice mavelikara and the lady sitting there ill treats customers.She is surely from a very vheap setup.

                                my phone no 25246412 was discnnected on 25.05.2008 for shifting/transfer to new place. on 26.05.2008 monday vimanpura bsnl exchange line man came and saw the house. he told that he will connect the phone on 27.05.2008 but now it is more that 6 days no body turned up.

                                    With great regret and agony it is to inform you that for last four days my phone number 2326203 is out of order and instead of making complains yet nothing is done.My complain Id.[protected].We also complained more than twice on phone number.2326466 but nothing is done.The ireesponsible and callous behaviour of your concerned department has caused lot of problems.You are requested to take the stern action against those staff who have made the govt.office as a mockery and habitual sirkers.Pl. restire the services of above telephone number.

                                    I have been trying to get a BSNL pre paid SIM for the last several days. Whenever I visit BSNL office, I am told to go to Pari chowk, where SIM is being distributed free by SDO R S Paharia. As there is no BSNL camp functioning in Pari Chowk, I am forced to return empty handed. Next I am told to go to Kailash hospital. There too no camp is being held. Again I am asked to go to Tugalpur where again there is no camp in place.
                                    Next I am told that I shall be delivered the SIM at my home address by one Balwantji. I keep waiting all day but no one arrives to give the SIM.

                                    What is the reason behind harassing the consumers? Are the senior officers hand in glove with private players ensuring that BSNL SIM is not sold while consumers are forced to get other connections?
                                    ISatya Prakash Saxena applied for Broadband internet connection and also telephone connection at my residence at Plot No. A-50, N.R.I.City Greater Noida some two months back. After long persuasion telephone line was connected about three weeks ago and I was assured that my internet connection will also be installed in a couple of days. Almost three weeks have elapsed but internet connection has not been installed and in the mean time telephone line is also not available after communicating the telephone connection number 2342015.
                                    Will some body look inti my grievance and settle the issue.
                                    Employees of BSNL r useless in Greater Noida, especially Mr. Parihar.Is there any responsible person in BSNL in Greater Noida?Atleast they shud work for which they r being paid.I live in Silvery City-II, Greater Noida.
                                    Its purely harassment by BSNL Greater NOIDA.
                                    My phone no. 2351077 was dead for six month due to cable probelms. After lot of chasing and repeated complaints line man answerd cable complain to sdo. we request you kindly check the problem and clear our complaint.this phone is registerd with Videotex International pvt. ltd. 347c udyog kendra -ii, g.noida
