Dear Sir,

Yesterday evening i have recharge my cell phone with 50 Rs. cash voucher with confirmation msg of recharge. and when today morning when i saw the balance of my account then i m confused on that time my accounts balance was 3.43 rs. only.
i make few calls between this period for only 4 rs.
i have lost 40 rs. approxe. Without any confirmation & any call, msg. from bsnl.
Many time i talked with customer care executive but I have not receive any satisfaction

So please help me as soon as possible

    Ref: Due to the shifting application is dated : [protected].


    I have the Broadband internet connection [H: 750 unlimited] also through the telephone connection. My son Rahul Remanan is working as a medical transcriptionist through the internet. His working is pending since last 2 weeks. There is a no respond for Kaduthuruthy Exchange. I also many times called the exchange this issue…No responsibility for the Kaduthuruthy exchange staffs…Any one do not attend this case..I’m complaint move to Many Divisional Engineers and Gm’s Kottayam BSNL. No Response. So please help to transfer my phone connection to my new house.

      When Thrissur Pooram Exhibition comes to the end the BSNL,Trissur has not yet compromised the promise which they made last year at Thrissur Pooram Exhibition. The promise was that they will refund one month bill who gives their application form in the exhibition stall of BSNL.
      When asked to customer care officer they don’t even know about it , or they don’t have a satisfying answer for the question .
      Its not for getting me refunded but to inform you that the BSNL has not changed yet, and also to inform that the behavior of the customer care executive of land line has much to change comparing other competitors from the same sector.
      I think you may take this letter into consideration.

        Hi,

        I am resident of Sector 82, NOIDA. I have BSNL broadband connection which used to break every other day. When you log a complaint through call center, there is no response even you wait for 7 days. The concerned officer always says that the problem is from back end and will never tell who is this back end. He used to say the fibre cable is cut.
        Its always a problem with BSNL. The dont understand SLAs. I had BSNL for 2 years and i was so irritated, as my work depends on it. for example if their is a fault on arises on saturday (working day; though they are not in office) the wil only rise from their slumber by tuesday and then start working on it by wednesday-thursday...
        Once i asked their so called techical expert, why is your server always down, what operating system it runs on ?? His answer (Oracle) made me laugh, as he is not even aware what an operating system is??

        This is their Qualiity of service

        I have switched over to tata, but plans are not good. Kendriya vihar association is not allowing Airtel.

        I am the business of ecommerce and my entire business heavily relies on Internet.
        BSNL is not worth. I've used it and will never recommend it again.
        Local ISP provider Durga Enterprises owned by Mr.Grover is not reliable either.
        Mainly they do not have backup during power cuts in summers.
        Deployed poor network infrastructure and switches, it doesn't even start to rain and you are disconnected.

        I tried Tata wimax for 2 years but the plans are not economical and their speed is fluctuating all the time.
        Not only that. Even after having a prepaid tata wimax service, if you don't want the service for 2 months, they send recovery agent just like post paid to remind you to pay!!!

        I was in UK for 2 months and told the customer care when they called me that I will renew my subscription once I'm back in India. When I returned, they already took away the wimax CPE from the roof.
        Since that day I hate tata wimax services.

          Dear Sir,

          Please note that I am losing my peace and patience with unsolicited calls and text messages that keep on coming every day. I am receiving upto 25-30 unwanted SMS through various companies as advertisements for various products that I do not need. Also, I do not want to receive unsolicited calls from credit card/hotels/resorts/insurance callers etc. I had registered myself in the BSNL website so as not to receive any unwanted calls, but still it is a wonder how I am receiving so many calls from so many companies.

          I also want to kindly request to stop the unwanted SMS that keep popping everyday from various advertisement companies as well as this has become the biggest nuisance for working people like us. Just imagine we are driving vehicles to reach our destination and we suddenly receive this advertisement. We stop at the side of the road thinking someone in distress has messaged us and when we finally park the vehicle and see the message of some advertisement, just imagine the situation.

          I hope timely action would be taken in this matter.

          I have been receiving unsolicited, missed calls from from [protected] since 23.15 hrs of 10.8.2009. When I tried calling back, the person on the other end is simply holding the line without talking. Tell me how to trace the line and block all his calls.MY NUMBER IS [protected].

            prepaid Services — wrongly information

            BSNL Prepaid — balance deduction

            My cell no:[protected]. I activated GPRS230 on 1-dec-09. I also got a confirmation sms that it will be valid till 31-dec-09. I was also charged Rs.230 from my account. But when I used GPRS I was being charged for browsing. When I complained in BSNL office they said that GPRS230 facility was removed and hence I was being charged. But BSNL could had cancelled my request for activating GPRS230 which they didnt do. Why should I be charged for which they didnt provide service.
            These government services are horrible all the time.

            BSNL Prepaid Services — not required of backup data

            Today. wrongly sms for back up data can be accessed . But i have not required of this services.
            So, kindly stopped this services immediatelly to my mobile and credited the amount ( Rs. 30.00) which deducted in my credit balance and oblige me.
            I request you again to stopped the services immediatelly and inform me to my e mail address & mobile no.

            BSNL Prepaid Services — deduct wrong balance from my account

            BSNL prepaid service provider activated 17 call tune on my number within 10 minute and diducted my account balance according to Rs 12 per caller tune.
            when i complaint regarding it,the the customer care executive said that i note your complaint but not sure that your balanced will be refund by BSNL.............

            BSNL Prepaid Services — about loss of my balance ie Rs10 for 2 local sms

            SIR today at 8:30am i sent two local sms from my mobile no.[protected] then the BSNL service provider sent me message that he charged Rs5 for each message even though i had 1paise offer to each sms. Then i call to the customer care 3times but they didn't received my request they use to keep receiver aside after receiving my call. SIR PLEASE HELP ME I AM A STUDENT.................

            I PURCHASED MY BSNL SIM AND THAT GOT ACTIVATED ON 07/03/13 AT 10:34 PM AND RECHARGED WITH 200 RS TOP UP AND 135 RS STV IN WHICH I GOT 175 RS MAIN BALANCE AND 6 HRS 40 MIN IN STV WHEN I CHECKED MY BALANCE ON 16 MAR 13 IT WAS SHOWING MY MAIN BALANCE WAS 155 RS.WHEN I INQUIRED WITH CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME THAT I CALLED ON ISD NO [protected] ON 07/03/13 AND DEDUCT MY 7 RS WHEN I ASKED ABOUT MY REST ie 13 RS THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE ONLY 10 DAYS OF RECORD.
            FACT IS I RECHARGED MY PHONE ON 09/03/13 SO HOW CAN I CALL 07/03/13?SINCE TIME IS TOTAL TEN DAYS WHEN WAS ACTIVATED SO THEY R NOT GIVING THE RECORD OF MY 13 RS.MY BSNL NO IS [protected].

              I win 700,000 pounds and company sent a E mail Id [protected]@hotmail.com but iam despair no result sent for me of this site.
              same message i have recived its all fake but polish is not taking any action against them how they able to send such a messages without haveing such a permission ?
              better avoid these type of advertisements. after you give your details they will ask you some money towards handling charges. don't sent. be careful. normally somalia ethiopia and other african people are doing this. be cautious.
              even our cyber crime police department cannot do anything good as these fellows are doing all these things from remote foreign countries. be careful.
              and these African theifs are having the same terror black colour, curl hairs, big noses, bony faces, ugly mouth we cannot find out them even if they are coming in front o[censored]s.

                BSNL — My landline number is not working from last few days:

                My land line number is not working from last three day's, I have intimated many times to fix the permanent solution. I haven’t received root cause of why we are facing the frequent problems. Please treat this as priority and send me the response as soon as possible.

                Last time, I have observed that they are fixing this problem from exchange it self. I do not understand what they are doing in the telephone exchange.

                Every time, I need to send the complaint and then I am escalating to Babji, then problem is resolving.. This is the eight time to give complaint on the same number within 3 months span.

                This time I am requesting to call to [protected] once the problem is fixed. Also I am requesting to monitor for one week and close based on the customer feedback.

                  i having sonyerricsson 200 mobile with bsnl cellone network . bsnl had launched mobile tv . from last 1 month i am complaining that mobile tv service not wkg but every time the custmercare services says we will attend the same within 38 hrs but still the service not wkg

                  To deactivate Music Station service, dial 12630033. You will get the IVRS. Press 4, and then at the next prompt, press 5. Hooray! You are deactivated from this stupid, extortionate, service of BSNL.

                  Note that this is a toll-free number. So all of you keep dialing and tell all your friends to keep dialing this number to get some of your own back on BSNL.

                  For the other services, look inside the SMS which comes every month. There is a number there to use these services. Dial this number and you will get the IVRS and code to deactivate.

THE AGREEMENT WAS SIGNED BETWEEN SDE MOBILE PLANNING AND ME. AFTER 3 DAYS THE DGM BSNL CAME TO VISIT THAT PLACE AND SAID THAT THE ROOF IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO HOLD TOWER. I ASK DGM THAN WHY THE AGREEMENT WAS DONE BEFORE HE ASK ME FOR 1 LAC WHICH I REFUSED ITS ALMOST 2 YEARS THEY HAVE NOT PAID RENT AND NOT INSTALLED THAT TOWER I VISITED MANY TIMES TO BSNL OFFICE BUT THERE WAS NO CONCRETE RESPONSE PLZ SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO I EVEN FILE THIS PROBLEM AT CNBC AWWAZ CHANNEL THEY SUGGESTED ME TO GO TO THE CONSUMER FORUM.                         Landline Connection — NO INCOMING CALLS

                        It is highly disturbing & disquieting to note that your LINE STAFF do not care and bother for the RECTIFICATION of MY COMPLAINTS regarding " NO INCOMING CALLS" over a period of more than 15 days.
                        REPEATED and SUBSEQUENT COMPLAINTS, thereafter, utter the same DOCKET NO, indicating that the de defects are yet to be rectified.
                        My DOCKET NO: B-1804 dated, the 11th July, 2009.
                        Meanwhile, I have submitted a WRITTEN COMPLAINTS at JADAVPUR EXCHANGE on 18th July, 2009 but of no avail till on date, the 26th of July, 2009.

                          I feel the BSNL might have not done the transaction, by looking at the transaction ID. I feel you have done through Some Bank web site and forgot to see where from you are getting the service. As such I too will make use of online web site for recharging / topup and my experience is it is perfect and if it fails due to any reason the amount will be returned to the account where from I did this transaction within 4 to 5 working days.                             I don't know if this complain would ever be noticed. But if you do please then I would be grateful. I am using [protected], which is registered in my Brothers name Ansuman Pattnaik. My name is Rakesh Singh. I am a new customer to 3G BSNL. I had requested for GPRS Activation as due to some reason I was not able access internet on my Samsung Star 3G (Model GT-S5603) set. I really found hard to get through someone in BSNL Customer service.
                            After 6 days of my request, I got a call from one of the advisor today who was just rude enough to tell me that I do not have sufficient amount to activate my GPRS. His name was some Sudhip or something as such. The call was made to me at 09:55 AM today (15/05/2010).
                            The guy was so rude as if he was the manager or something.
                            Anyway I made a call again to complain about this person's rude behavior and a guy named Bishwajeet Sahu picked up the call at 09:37 AM. Since I was already angry this per was interrupting in between & was not listening and not mention he disconnected the call from his own end which if I am not wrong they are not suppose to that. I called up again and the same guy Bishwajeet Sahu was online and was again rude & hung up on me.
                            I called up for the 3rd time & spoke a guy who was really helpful & also spoke a supervisor named Santosh who was polite & helpful (Kudos to them). He listened to me but could not take down my complain but did send me the GPRS settings.
                            But I must say if the people like Bishwajeet Sahu and the 1st Guy (Pardon me I don't remember his name as they don't clearly mention there names as if they are thrives and are scared of being caught).
                            I have many of friend who have BSNL no's & they all share this kind of experiences. If action is not taken then BSNL will loose it reputation just because of some advisor.
                            I will wait for few more days if no action is take against these people then I will disconnect my BSNL no & please mark my words, I can make BSNL loose 20 customers.

                              On 3rd April I speak to Mr.Vishal customer care at 4.45 PM for withdraw the connection, he reply me that my SETTOP BOX was purchase by me.
                              I was surprised because I not purchase the settop box and I have receipt only Rs 1500.00 from the installation time , who ask for purchase the settop box and who purchase that , and who purchase.
                              I have no any receipt for Rs.500.00 and I have no any information for purchase of settop Box. Your customer care inform me on my complain at 3rd April.
                              All these false with me from your marketing personals I Want to Withdraw my connection and I request to you please REFUND MY Rs 1500.00 deposited for settop box on July 09.
                              One other incidence held with me and I write the complain to your manager Mr.Moine Khan at Lucknow, till date I have not receive any reply from Mr.Moin.
                              This is your executive not responding the complains, how I stay with you.

                              Once again i want to ask you not your any executive inform me for my settop box purchase nor any receipt give me.
                              On my complain reference given by me in my latter your customer care inform me.
                              Today customer care ask me that my money will not refund by IPTV(MYWAY), your executive are false and thief and donig Forgery with me.
                              So my humbel request to you please return my Rs.1500.00.

                              My connection installed in the month of July 2009 and my payment wide cheque no 70475411, ICICI bank dt 06/07/09,Recpt No 009288, received by Mr.Ravi srivastava, on that time Mr. Ravi ask me that connection will run free for 3 months and after 3 months IPTV charge Rs. 50/per month as rent and you take any of the package for channels.
                              However, MYWAY charged Rent from very first month and no body inform me for this. I speak to Mr.Praveen Singh, local Marketing head in Varanasi, he assure me that the monthly charge will refund in monthly recharge package. However, until date not refund to me.
                              In the month of December my balance was low MYWAY IPTV send me massage for recharge my account and I recharge through Praveen singh of Rs 1000.00, and after few days your customer care ask me that one offer promoted by IPTV on recharge package for double , then I recharge 500.00.
                              In the month of April customer care ask me that my balance was Low please recharge your account, I complain the customer care that how my account becomes low because I recharge in Dec-09.
                              On 3rd April I speak to Mr.Vishal customer care at 4.45 PM for withdraw the connection, he reply me that my SETTOP BOX was purchase by me.
                              I was surprised because I not purchase the settop box and I have receipt only Rs 1500.00 from the installation time , who ask for purchase the settop box and who purchase that , and who purchase.
                              I have no any receipt for Rs.500.00 and I have no any information for purchase of settop Box. Your customer care inform me on my complain at 3rd April.
                              All these false with me from your marketing personals I Want to Withdraw my connection and I request to you please REFUND MY Rs 1500.00 deposited for settop box on July 09.
                              One other incidence held with me and I write the complain to your manager Mr.Moine Khan at Lucknow, till date I have not receive any reply from Mr.Moin.
                              This is your executive not responding the complains, how I stay with you.
                              SO PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AND WITHDRAW CONNECTION ON 29TH MAY 2010 BECAUSE I RECHARGE MY ACCOUNT.
                              I SEND THE PREVIOUS MAIL SENDED BY ME TO MR.MOINE KHAN LUCKNOW AND VERYFY FROM YOUR LEVEL.

                              BSNL/IPTV — IPTV not installed

                              i took the bsnl connection only because bsnl is offering the ip tv. telephone and broadband installed last week but i am still waiting for installation of ip tv. please have the same installed immdtly. i got the cable connection cut from 01 aug 2009 so now we cannot watch tv.

                              IPTV BSNL — does not work

                              i got IPTV connection about four months back. The performance of iptv is very poor. The TV halts in between. It takes a lot of time in starting. as such there is no use of iptv in Idia
                              IPTV services are worst and they are claiming and raising slogan
                              THE FUTURE OF INDIAN TELEVISION.
                              So ridiculous isn't it if they say such is the fututre of India's TV broadcasting services, then it's the worst i've seen in many years and even worst than cable network.
                              Also the aftersales services are of worst kind.

                              My Way - BSNL — IPTV not insatalled

                              I received a call from My Way - BSNL who gave me an offer of providing IPTV connection from broadband - telephone line. I have given cheque for Rs.1500 (Cheque No.413249, HDFC bank) on 23.11.09. The installation is not completed yet and no response from MyWay on when this will be done. My request for refund of amount over phone is not considered nor installation is completed. This is an organised way of not providing service by a big company in India.

                              Hi all,

                              I got a call from BSNL sales personal Miss bharti 22 Oct 2009 for installion of Myway setup box. Its now 28 Nov 2009 and today itself i came to know that they cann't install the setup box at my place due to some technical resons.I beleive BSNL people had gone to sleep for one month and today they got up from their sleep and share this great information. This is not the end i have to wait for two more months to get back my amount. This is planned crime under the veil of government umbrella and no wonder they will get away from it .

                              I have no clue as , how many customers are facing this kind of issue. They most amazing part is the intreset they are getting from our paycheques.

                              My application detail is 14378.

                                  This complain is send to you because the BSNL is not responding to my complain. our broadband connection is not working (Tel no[protected]. we gave the complain to the department but no response from thier side. they came to rectify the problem but dot not complete the problem. They are just blaming each other like the lineman who comes to check the line says there is a problem with the broadband signal and the broadband staff says it is the line problem. My broadband is still our of order and its been more then 20 days since I complained about it. And moreover I tried to ring the SDO (Mr. Ambika Deori) but no response.

                                  I hope you will bring your kind attention to these people.

Recently BSNL lanuched 3G services so i intrested that service enquiry Bhimavaram customer centre that service person telling send SMS M 3G120. i send SMS on 20/03/2010, reply message from 53733 "Your Request for 3G Conversion received. 3G Plan validity is 180 days.Migration back to 2G later will be only Prepaid General Plan. to Confirm pl. send sms M3G120Y to 53733" i intrested to 3G i alredy using 3G support mobile instrument. i confirm send SMS.at present i 3G customer but validity is old plan.i lossed outgoing calls on 02/05/2010, so many times calling to BSNL customercare centres, BSNL office Eluru and through internet portal BSNL, Complient is not rectified. so kindly request you to my mobile service 3G validity extended 180 days of kindness we shall be thankful to you sir.

                                      On 13th April, 2010 I had activated a caller tune from BSNL mobile services. After request sent they approved and deducted charges for PRBT which was Rs.49. Here actual charges Rs.37 but they deduct Rs.12 Extra after that I registered complaint regarding this on next day that is 14th April, 2010. But it didn't resolve so registered more complaint in whole month which were 25+ complaints. Still I got replied from CC executives are like this..:
                                      # Our system is not working/ busy so call later.
                                      # Your complaint was registered it is resolve in next 24/ 48 Hours.
                                      # We will callback to you after sometimes. [Which I never get call in whole months.]
                                      # Your request was fwd. for further process.

                                      Even one person talked me very rudely with bad words his name Vipul Rathod.And another person said your caller tune is not activated. [After activation of caller tune it played only couple of times]
                                      Today One person said I can't help you, you have to registered complaint at nearest BSNL office. When I ask him to talk his supervision person, he said "I will give you a FAX no. first fax it to talk with supervisor."
                                      After that call I called again and talked with supervisor who didn't respond well and also cut the phone.

                                      Now plz tell me what can I do. Tonight [12th March, 2010] If they will deduct more Rs. 25 for next month caller tune charges.

                                      i complain for double recharge in single mobile number 1100 and not reverse in bsnl service provider so please help for reversing the amount 1100 in my demo [protected]

                                      BSNL Mobile services — activating unasked services and charging money for them

                                      bsnl india is activating all the unwanted services without the customers acceptance/permission and charging money for that. and they are instructing the people to get those services deactivated by calling some number for which they are again charging money. when we asked the customer care about this they are not responding properly and ending our call abruptly . thiis happened to so many times. not only to me but also to my friends who are bsnl users. this occured frequently in case of devotional songs which are being activated without my interference. they instructed me to call1255545 to get them deactivated.
