I am swadipti panigrahi, a old landline customer. I had taken the BSNL phone line for the purpose of Boradband connection. Number of times i used to disconnect from the network before and when i complained, either they are not doing or doing it after i really request them number of times. and for your information i am paying 1250/- per month for the broadband.

losing internet connection often

internet is not sustaining, It doesn't even stay continuously for 5 mins. we complained before but nobody is taking care of this and i can see that lot of complaints regarding the same. You guys should resolve this ASAP otherwise you will be losing lot of business. Harrassment from BSNL by not attending to complaints
