WE HAD GOT AN AGREEMENT WITH BSNL REGARDING ROOF TOP TOWER AND THE RENT WAS DECIDED TO BE 12000 PER MONTH WE PAID 10 % OF 3 YEARS RENT AS BUYING STAMP PAPERS IN FAVOUR OF BSNL. THE AGREEMENT WAS SIGNED BETWEEN SDE MOBILE PLANNING AND ME. AFTER 3 DAYS THE DGM BSNL CAME TO VISIT THAT PLACE AND SAID THAT THE ROOF IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO HOLD TOWER. I ASK DGM THAN WHY THE AGREEMENT WAS DONE BEFORE HE ASK ME FOR 1 LAC WHICH I REFUSED ITS ALMOST 2 YEARS THEY HAVE NOT PAID RENT AND NOT INSTALLED THAT TOWER I VISITED MANY TIMES TO BSNL OFFICE BUT THERE WAS NO CONCRETE RESPONSE PLZ SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO I EVEN FILE THIS PROBLEM AT CNBC AWWAZ CHANNEL THEY SUGGESTED ME TO GO TO THE CONSUMER FORUM. I HAVE MADE COMPAINT TO MY EXCHANGE BUT NOT SOLVED, AGAIN I COMPLAINT TO JTO ( Mr. BHATT) BUT HE TOLD ME TO COMPAINT TO HIS LOCAL EXCHANGE SO COMPLAINT TO MAIN EXCHANGE BHARUCH CITY STILL NO ONE ASK ME ABOUT COMPLAINT, SO I EMAIL EVEN TO AHEMDABD GUJARAT OFFICE BY MAIL BUT NO IMPROMENT AND VERY SLOW RESPONSE. I AM COMPLEATLLY UNSATIFAY WITH BSNL SERVICE AND RESPONCE.       Landline Connection — NO INCOMING CALLS

      It is highly disturbing & disquieting to note that your LINE STAFF do not care and bother for the RECTIFICATION of MY COMPLAINTS regarding " NO INCOMING CALLS" over a period of more than 15 days.
      REPEATED and SUBSEQUENT COMPLAINTS, thereafter, utter the same DOCKET NO, indicating that the de defects are yet to be rectified.
      My DOCKET NO: B-1804 dated, the 11th July, 2009.
      Meanwhile, I have submitted a WRITTEN COMPLAINTS at JADAVPUR EXCHANGE on 18th July, 2009 but of no avail till on date, the 26th of July, 2009.

      As such, you are requested to please RECTIFY the defect with RENTAL DISCOUNTING OF MY PROPOSED BILL, for the days my connection remained snapped.

      Would you please rise to the occasion when there are lots of level playing market competititors ?

      situation in kallakurichi becomes very worst.very often we see instance like fraud..i hope peoples can chain together to prevent this.we have to form a secret group to find out and remove such thieves from society.

        Till now i can't get my account topped up. I called BSNL customer care but they didn't give reasonable response to me.

        I feel the BSNL might have not done the transaction, by looking at the transaction ID. I feel you have done through Some Bank web site and forgot to see where from you are getting the service. As such I too will make use of online web site for recharging / topup and my experience is it is perfect and if it fails due to any reason the amount will be returned to the account where from I did this transaction within 4 to 5 working days. I hope you will be cautious while making payments and see where from you are getting this service. Enjoy the fruits of on line services.

        Just now I received an SMS question "Who is Rajanikanth" I was dumbfounded. If an Indian asks this question, either he must be an utter fool or a rascal. And why do you ask this question to me. To create a chain of SMS for whose benefit? Is there no law to prevent this type of irritation.
        AFter all it is my mobile and purchased for my use. Now it has become a public property and more of an advertising channel than my instrument. When you hear an SMS alert, you can not help looking in to see what it is. It is another nonsense. Is there any law which permits these money hungry unnamable people to go on exploiting mobile system to build their business. If they want let them put Ads in papers, or print pamphlets and distribute in streets OR GO TO HELL. Whey should they disturb mobile users.I am planning to go to court against this menace.
        WELL, BSNL IS A PROUD SERVICE OFFERED BY THE GOVERNMENT,
        MAY BE THEY ARE TRYING TO REMIND FUNDAMENTALS AND BASICS, THROUGH THEIR SMS.

        PLEASE CLEARLY KNOW ABOUT THEIR CHARGES BEFORE REPLYING ...

        I RECEIVED AN SMS ABOUT THE SECOND LANGUAGE OF ANDHRA PRADESH (LOL)

        BTW, WHAT IS THE FIRST LANGUAGE OF ANDHRA PRADESH? (IN THE CONTEXT OF HYDERABAD, WHERE PEOPLE SPEAK LANGUAGES OTHER THAN TELUGU)

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I don't know if this complain would ever be noticed. But if you do please then I would be grateful. I am using [protected], which is registered in my Brothers name Ansuman Pattnaik. My name is Rakesh Singh. I am a new customer to 3G BSNL. I had requested for GPRS Activation as due to some reason I was not able access internet on my Samsung Star 3G (Model GT-S5603) set. I really found hard to get through someone in BSNL Customer service.
          After 6 days of my request, I got a call from one of the advisor today who was just rude enough to tell me that I do not have sufficient amount to activate my GPRS. His name was some Sudhip or something as such. The call was made to me at 09:55 AM today (15/05/2010).
          The guy was so rude as if he was the manager or something.
          Anyway I made a call again to complain about this person's rude behavior and a guy named Bishwajeet Sahu picked up the call at 09:37 AM. Since I was already angry this per was interrupting in between & was not listening and not mention he disconnected the call from his own end which if I am not wrong they are not suppose to that. I called up again and the same guy Bishwajeet Sahu was online and was again rude & hung up on me.
          I called up for the 3rd time & spoke a guy who was really helpful & also spoke a supervisor named Santosh who was polite & helpful (Kudos to them). He listened to me but could not take down my complain but did send me the GPRS settings.
          But I must say if the people like Bishwajeet Sahu and the 1st Guy (Pardon me I don't remember his name as they don't clearly mention there names as if they are thrives and are scared of being caught).
          I have many of friend who have BSNL no's & they all share this kind of experiences. If action is not taken then BSNL will loose it reputation just because of some advisor.
          I will wait for few more days if no action is take against these people then I will disconnect my BSNL no & please mark my words, I can make BSNL loose 20 customers.

            However, MYWAY charged Rent from very first month and no body inform me for this. I speak to Mr.Praveen Singh, local Marketing head in Varanasi, he assure me that the monthly charge will refund in monthly recharge package. However, until date not refund to me.
            In the month of December my balance was low MYWAY IPTV send me massage for recharge my account and I recharge through Praveen singh of Rs 1000.00, and after few days your customer care ask me that one offer promoted by IPTV on recharge package for double , then I recharge 500.00.
            In the month of April customer care ask me that my balance was Low please recharge your account, I complain the customer care that how my account becomes low because I recharge in Dec-09.
            On 3rd April I speak to Mr.Vishal customer care at 4.45 PM for withdraw the connection, he reply me that my SETTOP BOX was purchase by me.
            I was surprised because I not purchase the settop box and I have receipt only Rs 1500.00 from the installation time , who ask for purchase the settop box and who purchase that , and who purchase.
            I have no any receipt for Rs.500.00 and I have no any information for purchase of settop Box. Your customer care inform me on my complain at 3rd April.
            All these false with me from your marketing personals I Want to Withdraw my connection and I request to you please REFUND MY Rs 1500.00 deposited for settop box on July 09.
            One other incidence held with me and I write the complain to your manager Mr.Moine Khan at Lucknow, till date I have not receive any reply from Mr.Moin.
            This is your executive not responding the complains, how I stay with you.
            SO PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AND WITHDRAW CONNECTION ON 29TH MAY 2010 BECAUSE I RECHARGE MY ACCOUNT.

            In the month of April customer care ask me that my balance was Low please recharge your account, I complain the customer care that how my account becomes low because I recharge in Dec-09.
            On 3rd April I speak to Mr.Vishal customer care at 4.45 PM for withdraw the connection, he reply me that my SETTOP BOX was purchase by me.
            I was surprised because I not purchase the settop box and I have receipt only Rs 1500.00 from the installation time , who ask for purchase the settop box and who purchase that , and who purchase.
            I have no any receipt for Rs.500.00 and I have no any information for purchase of settop Box. Your customer care inform me on my complain at 3rd April.
            All these false with me from your marketing personals I Want to Withdraw my connection and I request to you please REFUND MY Rs 1500.00 deposited for settop box on July 09.
            One other incidence held with me and I write the complain to your manager Mr.Moine Khan at Lucknow, till date I have not receive any reply from Mr.Moin.
            This is your executive not responding the complains, how I stay with you.
            SO PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AND WITHDRAW CONNECTION ON 29TH MAY 2010 BECAUSE I RECHARGE MY ACCOUNT.

            BSNL/IPTV — IPTV not installed

            i took the bsnl connection only because bsnl is offering the ip tv. telephone and broadband installed last week but i am still waiting for installation of ip tv. please have the same installed immdtly. i got the cable connection cut from 01 aug 2009 so now we cannot watch tv.

            i got IPTV connection about four months back. The performance of iptv is very poor. The TV halts in between. It takes a lot of time in starting. as such there is no use of iptv in Idia
            IPTV services are worst and they are claiming and raising slogan
            THE FUTURE OF INDIAN TELEVISION.
            So ridiculous isn't it if they say such is the fututre of India's TV broadcasting services, then it's the worst i've seen in many years and even worst than cable network.

            My Way - BSNL — IPTV not insatalled

            I received a call from My Way - BSNL who gave me an offer of providing IPTV connection from broadband - telephone line. I have given cheque for Rs.1500 (Cheque No.413249, HDFC bank) on 23.11.09. The installation is not completed yet and no response from MyWay on when this will be done. My request for refund of amount over phone is not considered nor installation is completed. This is an organised way of not providing service by a big company in India.

            Hi all,

            I got a call from BSNL sales personal Miss bharti 22 Oct 2009 for installion of Myway setup box. Its now 28 Nov 2009 and today itself i came to know that they cann't install the setup box at my place due to some technical resons.I beleive BSNL people had gone to sleep for one month and today they got up from their sleep and share this great information. This is not the end i have to wait for two more months to get back my amount. This is planned crime under the veil of government umbrella and no wonder they will get away from it .

            I have no clue as , how many customers are facing this kind of issue. They most amazing part is the intreset they are getting from our paycheques.

                This complain is send to you because the BSNL is not responding to my complain. our broadband connection is not working (Tel no[protected]. we gave the complain to the department but no response from thier side. they came to rectify the problem but dot not complete the problem. They are just blaming each other like the lineman who comes to check the line says there is a problem with the broadband signal and the broadband staff says it is the line problem. My broadband is still our of order and its been more then 20 days since I complained about it. And moreover I tried to ring the SDO (Mr. Ambika Deori) but no response.

                I hope you will bring your kind attention to these people.

Recently BSNL lanuched 3G services so i intrested that service enquiry Bhimavaram customer centre that service person telling send SMS M 3G120. i send SMS on 20/03/2010, reply message from 53733 "Your Request for 3G Conversion received. 3G Plan validity is 180 days.Migration back to 2G later will be only Prepaid General Plan. to Confirm pl. send sms M3G120Y to 53733" i intrested to 3G i alredy using 3G support mobile instrument. i confirm send SMS.at present i 3G customer but validity is old plan.i lossed outgoing calls on 02/05/2010, so many times calling to BSNL customercare centres, BSNL office Eluru and through internet portal BSNL, Complient is not rectified. so kindly request you to my mobile service 3G validity extended 180 days of kindness we shall be thankful to you sir.

                    On 13th April, 2010 I had activated a caller tune from BSNL mobile services. After request sent they approved and deducted charges for PRBT which was Rs.49. Here actual charges Rs.37 but they deduct Rs.12 Extra after that I registered complaint regarding this on next day that is 14th April, 2010. But it didn't resolve so registered more complaint in whole month which were 25+ complaints. Still I got replied from CC executives are like this..:
                    # Our system is not working/ busy so call later.
                    # Your complaint was registered it is resolve in next 24/ 48 Hours.
                    # We will callback to you after sometimes. [Which I never get call in whole months.]
                    # Your request was fwd. for further process.

                    Even one person talked me very rudely with bad words his name Vipul Rathod.And another person said your caller tune is not activated. [After activation of caller tune it played only couple of times]
                    Today One person said I can't help you, you have to registered complaint at nearest BSNL office. When I ask him to talk his supervision person, he said "I will give you a FAX no. first fax it to talk with supervisor."
                    After that call I called again and talked with supervisor who didn't respond well and also cut the phone.

                    Now plz tell me what can I do. Tonight [12th March, 2010] If they will deduct more Rs. 25 for next month caller tune charges.

                    i complain for double recharge in single mobile number 1100 and not reverse in bsnl service provider so please help for reversing the amount 1100 in my demo [protected]

                    BSNL Mobile services — activating unasked services and charging money for them

                    bsnl india is activating all the unwanted services without the customers acceptance/permission and charging money for that. and they are instructing the people to get those services deactivated by calling some number for which they are again charging money. when we asked the customer care about this they are not responding properly and ending our call abruptly . thiis happened to so many times. not only to me but also to my friends who are bsnl users. this occured frequently in case of devotional songs which are being activated without my interference. they instructed me to call1255545 to get them deactivated.

                      It has been 6 weeks since we requested for landline shifting from Old Madras Road to Cambridge Road in Bangalore. There has been no sign of anything moving. The frustating issue about this is knowing why it is not moving and nobody is doing anything about it.

                      1) Earlier occupant canceled his connection online while BSNL requires physical presence with surrender of phone and modem
                      2) Occupant refuses to come; BSNL refuses to cancel despite my assurance that I will pay for all the equipment they lose
                      3) Canceling is important since they are short of lines in that building - else they have to draw a new line
                      4) Canceling without presence OR drawing a line requires escalation to higher levels ---- being BSNL, no one is willing to escalate NOR willing to give me access to who to contact...

                      Now I know how bureaucracy can frustate you!!!!

                      BSNL — Delay in shifting of the BSNL telephone

                      Hi

                      I have requested for shifting of the telephone (local shifting within Bangalore, Ph:[protected] vide work order no.9169663 dated 23rd Feb 2010. Today is 10th March 2010 and till now the shifting has not been done. May I know the reason for this delay?
                      Since this is causing me great loss, I hope the matter would be taken seriously and necessary action would be taken.

                      I had given a letter if shifting of Ph. No. 22106732 on 2nd of Sep.10. But no body bother to look into that.
                      Ours is an apartment, which had provided conclead wire to every flat. Once on lineman came and said that he will provide the connection through KHIDDKI only he would take wire all the way to terrace (next to 4th floor and hang the wire upto 2nd floor, and give the connection through windo to our Hall and then to our bedroom.
                      We spoke to the JE, that when concealed wire is available, then why to go through all the building, just give a connection to the junctionbox, and phone will work. But the JE never bother to attentd to this.

                      We have already surrendered two phones this will follow the third suit . Our Telephone dept. is run by poor Lineman only. Our all the ofificer are born and braught up in AC Roos only. Because of these lazy officers the department suffer huge losses, but they are least bothered, they get their salaries and perks. If same thing had happened in any Private telephone service provider, the conceren executive would have been sacked on the spot. But in BSNL they enjoy on tax payers money.

                      I think the time has come the public should asked the Question ? these lazy and corrupt officer should be questioned . and Honest and Hardworking officers should be allowed to take over.

                      I demand to the authority, Each and single Phone surrendered Be probed and the loss occured should be recovered from the salary of concerened officers.

                      I request to the Public also . If phone is surrendered, because of lac of service or other such reason alongwith the letter mentione the name of the responsible officer and send a copy to the Ministry of Telecom.

                              I submitted my application for BSNL broadband service on April 23rd 2010 & it was immediately accepted by the BSNL desk. I was told that the connection would be given within two-three days of submitting the application. However, after a week there was no followup from BSNL on providing the service. I got a call on April 28th & they provided me with the username & password. But I got connect to internet because the ADSL ligt on my modem didnt glow. Another BSNL representative called me on Friday (April 30th) afternoon around 3 PM regarding the issue of ADSL and said he would rectify it. Again there was no followup. I followed up from Monday (May 3rd) morning till afternoon to get the issue fixed and a BSNL engineer came to see this issue in person. He came without a modem so he wasn't able to check. I informed the engineer that I will out of town for a week. Today (May 11th) when I returned the BSNL representative called up and informed me that they have called my number 200 times. Also, he informed me today that the issue would be closed with the reason as "Applicant couldnt be contacted".

                              This shows how BSNL follows up with new applicant on providing a service. Are they offering a free broadband connection. Whether the authorities are looking into the customer complaints that are lodged?

                              Hello,

                              I Applied a for a new telephone and broadband connection on 4th July, 2009. right from the day one there were problems with the BSNL.

                              1) At the time of application which I submitted at Erragadda, Hyderabad office there was an employee named Ratnamala who took 3 days to login my application
                              Reason from BSNL: Server Upgradation.
                              Actual Reason: The employee doesnt know how to login an application.
                              Damn, these people are typical Govt employees.
                              (Even then she typed a wrong house address, which was of another applicant)

                              2) After several follow ups i got a telephone on 24th July, 2009. I was told that the broadband connection would be given after 15 days ( Great response time! still decided to wait as I already paid amount )

                              3) On 5th August, 2009. I enquired with the DTO, Motinagar (as my house comes into that zone).He assigned my application to one of the technicians i took him along with me, he gave a new Modem, After configuring the modem he gave UserId and Password which ddidnt work so he tested with default test id and said that my id would be activated by evenning.(which didnt work)

                              4) While i enquired the status with him he asked me to call Customer care 1504 and the CC guys made a stunning revelation that i dont have a broadband connection applied on my number.

                              5) On 7th August, 2009 I again approached nearest BSNL office ( Motinagar ). There was no proper response.
                              Actual Reason: They didn't update the connection status, which clearly mentions that it needed to be updated for the user id to be activated. which he updated after my request and said userid would be activated by evening. which didnt work even that evening.

                              6) On 8th August, 2009. I called th CC to find the status. they said that it will work please check. when i said that it doesnt work they put my call on aside for more than 25 Min.(during which i could clearly hear the CC girl chit chatting with other colleague about the latest city happenings.) Finally another guy lifted the call and said that i had to wait till the evening.

                              7) in the late evening when i called back they didnt pick my phone for most of time and finally a guy picked up the phone and has given me a free suggestion of cancelling the connection.

                              This is the service quality of our Country's largest network provider which claims to connect India.

                              Please anybody let me know the concerned authority who would act on my woes.

                              I had applied for new BSNL phone and broadband connection on 2nd day of August 2010. The officers told me they will provide the same with in 3 or 4 days. I visited BSNL office and told me again with in 3-4 days. But two weeks gone nothing happen.

                              I had applied for new Broadband connection(with landline) in Rajarajeshwarinagar BSNL office on 30th March 2010. Till date, I have not received the connection or any info from BSNL. When I inquired about this is in the BSNL office, they told me contact Sridhar the technical guy. On speaking to him he says no cable connection for BEML 4th stage, wait for 2 weeks. He's been cheating like this for 4 months now. There are so many more subscribers like who have got cheated like me.

                              I have applied for a new telephone connection with Broadband from BSNL, It is almost more than 70 days now after I applied for the connection, I have visited BSNL office personally and made several calls to them, every time they say, they will install in next 2 days.

                              Since I don't any phone number or anything as it is a new connection, I don't know where to report this issue

                                Dear Sir/Mam,

                                I am swadipti panigrahi, a old landline customer. I had taken the BSNL phone line for the purpose of Boradband connection. Number of times i used to disconnect from the network before and when i complained, either they are not doing or doing it after i really request them number of times. and for your information i am paying 1250/- per month for the broadband.

                                And this time i got disconnected from the network around 15 days before and i really face difficulty as i am totally dependent on internet.
                                I strated requesting from the customer care people to JTO, SDO and they are just playing with me and saying that we will be doing.

                                And finally i said if you are unable to process my request so please disconnect my line so that i can request some other service provider.

                                And one more thing they were not registering my complaint in the begining stage and after number of request i got a complaint number still unable to get the service.
                                They are not atll listiing to me.. Please help me out.

                                My Landline[protected] is dead for the past 1 week. i've lodged complaint over Neighbour's Phone on the same day and also made a handwritten complaint to the Reddipatty Telephone Exchange.Since the for the past 1 week i've bben visiting the BSNL office for the same cause.There has been no reply till date.I've taken this issue to the JTO(if i'm right) but he too tendered no reply, I would like to get suitable corrective action taken soon..

I am using this connection in our business and my BSNL Broadband connection is also linked with this no. the same is also dead due to which our business activity is crically suffered. I amd reminding the officers daily for the solution but still pending.

                                I live in Shalimar Garden extn-1, Sahibabad. In the last 2 months my telephone has been dead for more than 6 times. Every time we lodge a complaint, it takes more than 10-15days for them to fix it. And then it works for 7-8days and again the telephone line goes dead. This has been causing so much problem especially I am using a BSNL broadband along with it. Sometimes I have to work from home by connecting to the Internet which is required for me to connect to my corporate office network and if the telephone and broadband line is dead I face a lot of trouble.

I have also made a handwritten complaint to the Kharkhoda Telephone Exchange for the month of january.The Officer said that u have not paid any rental until ur phone will have worked. But the rental is come out continously since January. For the past 4 and half years I have been paying my bills through Eseva online. But since few months the bills are not getting into Eseva account hence this is causing me to delay in payment of my bills. Since few months I could not able to pay my bills for my landline number.

                                    Guys,

                                    internet is not sustaining, It doesn't even stay continuously for 5 mins. we complained before but nobody is taking care of this and i can see that lot of complaints regarding the same. You guys should resolve this ASAP otherwise you will be losing lot of business. With this sought of connections it's better not to have internet instead of wasting time to reconnect several times in an hour. Most of the time i need to work from home for that i need internet with this sought of connection it's impossible for anyone to work. Please take care of this issue ASAP.

                                      I have a BSNL landline and broad band connection...almost a month ago they have started setting up a mini exchange near by to residence and in the process they have dug up and laid new cable but my telephone connection has not been setup. I have been registering complaints with them (complaint # 8008, 9119, 9603) for beyond 3 weeks now and nothing has been done till now....surprisingly the landline for other residents is working....BSNL is just harassing their customers...the services are not provided but they still charge to the customer, i would like to know if there is a process to avoid paying a single paise for the dead phone(service).
