My land line no 2641899 is not working for the last 15 days. I complained vide rocket no 84907 dated 23/08/10, no responce from BSNL. BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE — problem in internet connection

I am having broad band connection to my telephone No.[protected] and the said broad band working only for two days and automatically disconnections. The said problem is intimated several times and no action is taken so for, inspite of collecting 750/- permonth for 24 hours. There is no direct complaint to concerned authorities or computarised complaint for this broad band service. Being a citizen of India interested in getting BSNL broad Band service but there is a utter failure in good service. This indirectly opted the people to switch of the service and getting private service of broad band. Kindly get the defects solved and compete with private broad band service. Being a controlled authority, encouraging indirectly to the private service of broad band is doubting the entire BSNL Department. Mearly calling new scheme and duping the people to be stopped. Kindly do needful and set-right the service.

I have a BSNL prepaid mobile connection. Yesterday, I found that my existing balance was going down by its original amount without any outgoing call from my cell. It is very regretful to all customers that without any service how a company can deduct customer's balance. If it is going on, nobody will trust or believe in this company.

Exact clarification must be intimated for their fault.

I have Received a massage from 51234030 few days back, that CRICKET BSNL ALERTS IS ACTIVE and Rs. 30/- per month is subcription fee and cleverness is that for deactivation the procedure and given is unfinished one, so that customer is not able to deactivate it.
For your information, I did not subscribe any value added sevices from BSNL else they may have programmed the message in such a way that any, most frequently used key of the mobile is the activation key or activation sequence.so, any unsuspecting customer falls prey to there bizzare tactics.

I now think to Go Consumer Forum of my District if my problem is not rectified.

Sir, I am Kallol Bhunia, a resident of Midnapore town , using BSNL prepaid 3G connection for nearly six months. In 22/05/2010 I have recharged my BSNL account by Rs. 62 which includes 15 days validity and 150 MB free GPRS usage. But after recharging I got only 41.8 MB free GPRS usage. After that I made several calls to the BSNL Customer Care Officials: at first they make me fool by giving me wrong informations and refused to lodge my complain but it is only 01/06/2010 they give me a complain no.-5476630 when I again call them, but without any resolution time.Now when I use GPRS , it debited my main balance directly. I am totally disappointed with that condition. Help me.

bsnl home combo 1100 — slow speed

MY BROAD BAND UNLIMITED 750+.FROM JULY 1ST THI YEAR IT COMES IN BSNL HOME COMGO1100 but to day even on first day it is workig at low speed .it comes under rajamundry .my land line num,ber 2465123 to whome i shall address

I am using BSNL broadband with 850 Home plan(Unlimited). This plan is about to be like 1Mbps for 6GB and 512kbps for the rest of the usage. But i only get speed of 30-50kBps. Also the problem is, internet disconnect occasionally and connects after few minutes. I have lost during an online transaction and its all over. Also I complaint to BSNL, but their response is poor. Temporarily it connects and after one or two days it does the same as before. I got irritatted once the google itself loading for 1 minute.

BSNL 3G Data Card — NO Network in my area

I am Srinivasa M V , i purchased new BSNL 3 G Data Card on[protected] from till date i am unable to use Internet access properly because there is no Network coverage in my area i am complained the same to BSNL But there is no solution

Both are right, but the first one is very near to truth, BSNL 3g data card is not giving the speed which they specified but it gives maximum up to 230 or 256 kbps insted of 3.6 mbps. I observed that it disconnect after some time is correct. some time it gives speed to 0 kbps, 3 kbps, 43 kbps, 1 kbps, this is the fluctuation in speed. My Data card or 3g sim card, I dont know where the problem is but giving headache to me. I realy demand for giving my money back if they are not able to solve the problem in short.

Am facing a similar problem. Initially when I used this the speed was very good and I was quite impressed. But nowadays it is pathetic. Even with full signal and connection - the speed is very slow and sometimes once I access a page everything slows down. I need to reconnect or relogin. And this too does not work always. Apart from this the numbers given for support - when you finally get to someone they put you on hold saying they will transfer to a higher up and the you are on hold till the call automatically drops. I need to change my plan and even for that there is no help. Please do let me know some responsible route to get my issues with the 3G data card resolved.

I am also facing the same problem in Guduvancherry, chennai. Actually I purchased bsnl 3g usb data card (micromax) for Rs.4000/- in the last month from Raja marketing pvt ltd (an authorized bsnl dealer), Chrompet, Chennai. Only for sometimes I m getting one point tower and all the time there is no network coverage. Even if i m getting one point, the connection is disconnected for evry 5 or 10 mins and its speed is also very slow. For the past one month, I m in full of tension and headache with this. So i request you to solve this problem at the earliest or replace my data card or return my money back. If you do not take any action, then i will definitely take legal action against you.

For me the max received speed is showing as 48 kbps with 3.6 Mbps 3G modem.
the browsing speed is too low. Can any one help me how to increase the speed? do I need to install any software for this? Or else can you please provide me the prroper point of contact who can diagonse the problem?

I am totally agree with all the complaints above. same is the case with me. My 3g data card is showing a maximum possible speed of 48 kbps. Its actual speed o[censored]se is 15-17 kbps, after buying this card i thought my internet related problems are over and now i am feeling that BSNL is just cheating with the public by showing them daydreams. I have even contacted with the officials of bsnl but as we all know how careless they are. noone is going to take actions against them. I am getting tired of all this guys. BSNL have no right to do this to us. I was a loyal customer of bsnl, i have not changed my bsnl mobile number since 9 years. It may mean a lot to me but for the careless bsnl officials this does not mean anything.

3G net work is not available at Kanjari Road, Halol. 16,Dwarkesh Nagar.
I am not at all able to open internet due to no net work signal from BSNL.

I purchased BSNL 3G Data card. The claimed speed by BSNL is 3.6MBPS. it is too far from reality. I am getting download speed of average 6 kb and sometimes goes upto 12 kb. It is quite below what BSNL claims for this type of card.

Is there any way I can register official complaint for this with BSNL?

BSNL 3G Data Card — Low Coverage

I got 3G data card, but during the working it is offenly disconnected low coverage. Therefore my work is suffer. So look in this matter of low coverage for 3G.

Agree with all the above complaints. Purchased the Bsnl 3g with the 4.2k plan and a huawei e1750, all from BSNL csc. Now there is too much fluctuation in the internet and the speed keeps dropping to 0 kbps every 10 secs. If it is a genuine technical problem, please inform us how long we have to bear with it.

Moreover the attitude of the customer care @ 1503 and [protected] is very sad, I had to wait for 20 mins on hold before I could speak to a "representative" post which that person spoke to me as if i were wasting his time. After a brief 5 mins discussion he told me there was nothing he could do and asked me if I have a solution to the problem. Finally i asked him how to take this matter to the higher up's, he said best of luck and hung up.

Problem still NOT resolved.

I agree with above types of complaint. I have bought 3G sim. I can see my 3G connection for 10 to 15 minutes during the whole day. During that time also the connection speed is about negligible. If BSNL not in a position to provide 3G connection, why are they making mockery of 3G connection, I cannot not understand.

I bought this 3G data card from bsnl. and the first thing i'm doing is posting a complaint about it..After so much enquiries, i got this thing from them..i realise wt a waste it is..i didnt look up in this site(OMG!!) this is absolute cheating and what angers is the nonchalance of the ppl. who market it so glossy..wt about the so-called trustworthy BSNL? i cant even imagine, i'm getting a speed of 1kbps??!! :-( even my mobile is faster than that..it should be withdrawn from market and the affected should be given compensation..

I am using BSNL 3g modem and 3g Sim with 98 recharge for one month Internet connection I am getting 2 to 4 Kbps download speed with orbit downloader it's cool. Surfing speed also good. But some time it dliber very bad speed like only 1 Kbps. But the avrege is good then I herd from you...

i agree with the complain...3g bsnl offers speed even less than the nrml 2g providers, , , , am also feeling cheated...

BSNL 3G Data Card — Bad speed of bsnl 3g data card speed

I Was Purchases for bsnl 3g data card with 7.2 Mb/s Speed first time it was give me better speed near about 1 Mb/s for download. but after some days it is give me only 20-25Kb/s.
What can i do now tell me something....?

I am residing in Vizag, i bought BSNL 3G card, at the first month everything was pretty good, but now i am getting download speed upto 500kbps and what really hurts me is the browsing speed is in such a disaster condition, some times google homepage won't open

Initially when I used this the speed was very good and I was quite impressed. But nowadays it is pathetic. Even with full signal and connection - the speed is very slow and sometimes once I access a page everything slows down. I need to reconnect or relogin. And this too does not work always.BSNL 3g data card is not giving the speed which they specified but it gives maximum up to 230 or 256 kbps insted of 3.6 mbps. I observed that it disconnect after some time is correct. some time it gives speed to 0 kbps, 3 kbps, 43 kbps, 1 kbps, this is the fluctuation in speed.

I have really bad experience using BSNL 3G datacard. It disconnects very frequently. Even it is very difficult use the connection for sending mails. I have used Tata Photon card earlier which seems to be much better than BSNL. I am planning to discontinue.

BSNL 3G Data Card — very slow internet connectivity

I am using BSNL 3G datacard my number is [protected] .BSNL 3G claims the speed to be upto 3.2 mbps.
But the speed i get is hardly 10kbps to 30 kbps. I am fed up with BSNL's poor service.It is so expensive and in return it provide such a poor service.

yes ...bsnl are fooling everyone that its a 3g speed...but it is so worst ...i am in unlimited plan for 6months but i dont get more than 50kbps speed..

the data card is not working according to the given features. bsnl network is not a 3g network. they just cheating with 2g network.pls dont use this data card.

i am using 2g sim in 3g data card first two months the downloading speed is 80kb to 120kbps thats is god but for last two week the speed is only 3kb to 25kbps.i think you will sort my problem early

Same problem I am facing from 2nd of August 2010 till today 8th of September I lodge many complaints but all in vain I got fake promises and wrong information from BSNL I am fed up as I lost 50 Rs. And my valued time in complaining. They put my calls on hold for more than 30 minutes I am planning to leave my number BSNL is going to lost their valued customer soon

I have been using bsnl prepaid mobile no:[protected]. On 23/02/2012 I received a message as follows.
"Thanks for subscribing Xplore Pack from Handygo at 23/02/2012 05:18PM for Rs.30 valid till 24/03/2012. To unsubscribe send UNSUBXP to 55678."
and Rs. 30 was deducted from my account, for a service which i have not subscribed for. Please refund this amount back to my prepaid account mob no:[protected].

same happened with me as rajendrenm have explained, the xplore pack from handygo got self activated and rs 30/- was deducted from my account on 14th feb 2012, i have complained through the customer care number 1503 & got my complaint registered, i got an assurance that my money would be refunded within 15 days but its around one month and its not done yet, even today in evening i got a message for an auto renewal of this service whichi have not subscribed for...poor services & customer care by BSNL. my mobile number is [protected].
