I am swadipti panigrahi, a old landline customer. I had taken the BSNL phone line for the purpose of Boradband connection. Number of times i used to disconnect from the network before and when i complained, either they are not doing or doing it after i really request them number of times. and for your information i am paying 1250/- per month for the broadband.

internet is not sustaining, It doesn't even stay continuously for 5 mins. we complained before but nobody is taking care of this and i can see that lot of complaints regarding the same. You guys should resolve this ASAP otherwise you will be losing lot of business.
