Dear sir,
I have Been e-recharged by 47 for the avail facility STD @20Paise/ mi. On 30/05/2010, 9.30 AM. But i did Not get this facility, Then i have register a complane (11.12 AM on 30/05/2010) To (BSNL) customer care and i geted reply that my problem will resolve in 24 hour. Now i am continue suffering. This e-recharge is valid only for 30 day but already 8day has finished.

I have cancelled my telephone number 23465018 BSNL Broad Band connection on 22.08.2009 and returned modems and phone.
I was told i will get the security deposit money in 90 days.
It has been over 9 months there is no update on my refund money.
Several phone calls and personal visits is also in vain.

I applied for EVDO on 1 Jun 10 at BSNL Gaya. I was told that link is not working and I should come to them on 2 Jun. On 2 Jun I was told that the link is still not working and I should keep on contacting them. I am a BSNL Mobile subscriber of Calcutta region. Since last few weeks, I have noticed that if I call to a BSNL mobile number from my BSNL mobile, the call becoming ended unexpectedly, and it is happening very frequently. My mobile number is [protected]. I recieved a SMS from 52906 on 19th May 2010 requesting me to subscribe for free jokes for five days, which I did. However, after the five day period, I am still recieving a SMS joke every day and to my horror getting Re1 deduction. I have faced problem with Teracom LW272 usb data card. Though BSNL in their site demanded the "DATA SPEED" of this kind of modem as "3.6MBPS", while connecting the same in the internet it shows "Max Received Speed 48KBps".
