hi ...tis pavan bohra...i recently purchased bsnl evdo card(cdma 2000 HSIA modem)....as per the tariff they said me that the speed will be 2.4 Mbps with unlimited download....but i dont even get 100 Kbps too....then wats the use of paying 1000 monthly tariff fee...its been one month of time i hav the same problem....atleast i should get 1.5 Mbps speed...but i dont get tat too ...having a big problem while browsing too....getting irritated because of this....either give an proper solution for this problem....or refund the amount which i paid....i hav windows xp service pack 3 n do update tat regularly....but still this problem continues...i need an proper solution for this as soon as possible.....pls do good for this problem...its really making irritating alot with this device....pls mail ur solutions to [protected]@gmail.com....will be looking for an good solution from the company....

Hi this is Bhabani sankar das. I had once activated waph video pack in my mobile [protected]. Since then everytime it is being renewed without my consent and deducted of Rs.50/ each time from my mobile account.

So I request you to deactivate the said wap h video pack with immediate effect.

    Sir, i have bsnl broadband connection plan 299 (combo plan) , in the month of april 2010, i ask for bill to the said office (b,cas bsnl didn,t send bills at home) then i came to know that Rs 10360/- are due till the month of april, other side my phone shows again Rs 6000 for the month (may 2010), therefore total is Rs 16287/- but in the month of april my phone was tatally out of order for 17 days due to underground fault. this is indvl use at my home, the usages of my internet is very low, why this BSNL are killing to the genuine customers by genrating long bills. i will be honoured if my bill is rectified immidiately and send my portal id & password or refund my security of modem + advance rent for one month Rs 750/- THANKS

      My cellone sim card is not being detected. The problem is not with the handset as I tried using another sim card in it. I have been using this BSNL cellone sim card ([protected]) for the last 6 years under the student plan (plan-99) and today it suddenly became inactive. Please rectify the problem with the service at the earliest.

        BSNL Landline — Previously owned number

        To Whomsoever Concerned,

        We have recieved BSNL phone line which seems to be have owned by AQUA GUARD customer service. Its been a torture answering over 25 calls per day for this previously owned number. I have submitted my problem to BSNL complaint cell. However, no action has been taken care so far.

        If there is no way to stop the aqua guard calls, could BSNL atleast issue us aged senior citizens a new landline number?

        With no proper or absoulte no help from the staff at the Kalyan Telephone exchange I am really confused & disturbed, how can an organisation employ such ridiculous staff at a Government owned organisation, they have no sense of billing, they have no reply to your queries, they have no timing of their job and most of all they are not qualified to hold such positions wherein they are not able to give the customer service.

        My landline phone is still dead inspite of complaining to every manager of bsnl for 1 month inspite of complaining to the 198 toll free number no one has bothered to even come and check.not a surprise I expected this kind of service from bsnl.but I will write this complain on every blog on the grahak manch website .
        As I told my father has been operated for heart pacemaker and he cannot use mobile phones.so when he is sick landline is the only means to contact me.if there is medical emergency and he cannot contact me I will hold bsnl responsible for this.

        I john Philip dsilva want to lounge a complaint with you since my land line telephone for bsnl landline is gone dead for last 28 days . The complaint is already registered on the call centre as well as the 198 number for almost 28 days now .After registering the complaint on 198 number also no one comes from bsnl to help it is not only this time but every time I register a complaint on 198 number no one from bsnl is bothered ro even check . but if you give 50 rs to lineman the work is done within a minute. previously there were a few of my neighbours also had their phone dead like me for 28 days but now their phone is working. Because they had complaint to the general manager of bsnl through internet. But my phone is still not working. I am a retired government employee and my age is 75 now and also I have been operated for heart surgery (pace setter)for 10 years now. So my doctor has told me not to use the mobile phone. I can only use the land line phone as per doctors instructions. But bsnl phone is always dead in my house my son goes to work for night shifts god forbid if I get an medical emergency in night time I have no means to contact the doctor in the night. I also give good business to bsnl since my bill is always more than 900 rs per month. And I have always pay my bills on time so I don’t understand why when my phone line goes dead it is not repaired on time. The workers or line men from bsnl come and tell me that it is a technical fault from the exchange and go away and never come back. I am a senior citizen of india who has retired from mazgoan dock ltd company that was also a central government company but I never worked in this manner I always did my work sincerely.
        I don’t understand what is wrong with all the government companies that is why all the private companies are taking advantage of it and there will be one day when all the government companies like air india, bsnl will close down. So this Is high time to take action and tell your workers to be on their toes or else they will be left with no job on day. I think since my phone is not working for almost a month now I should also not be charged for my monthly bill. I will also forward this complaint to grahak manch (consumer forum)from my side to get a immediate reply.
        Hope so bsnl will help atleast this time.

        working from 1st April 2015 upto now (29th June) I have
        given 2 complain written letters, contact personally to Head at Talasari
        exchange, complain to Kalyan tel. also I received complain no. through SMS but
        the no. given is wrong, Still I am paying my bill on line regularly up to now,
        I was completely helpless, if I call Achhad/ Talasari exchange head they don’t receive call
        also.
        My land line no[protected] is not working since March 2015. Accordingly, complaint was lodged having no [protected]. The phone is still not working. Mr. Karwal the name mentioned in the sms received to me from bsnl was also contacted several times.It was told that the work of cable is going on as land line phones of Mahavir shopping centre and surrounding are affected.Till date the phone is not working. However, I was sent a bill for 4 months for the telephone which I not used. Today is the last day for payment. It is therefore requested that the bill may be cancelled and not to issue another till the phone gets working.

            hello this is b.nageshwar rao from hyderabad, bsnl online radio service was forcefully started on my cell.i have customer care, those pupil gave a no.12630033 and said u call dis number and tell them 2 deactivate.but when ever i call dat perticular no. its teliing dat no. doesnt exist please check the no.
            please deactivate this service immediately.
            from past so manny months im troubled with this forcible avtivation(every month 25rs. is deducted), it had becum a big headache for me.please stop this service as soon as possible...

            To, The BSNL Hyderabad,

            I am having similar issue, the MOBILE RADIO has been forcibily subscribed without my knowledge/permission on my BSNL cell phone # [protected] . This deducts Rs.25 every month from the past 6 months. I want this to be refunded back IMMEDIATELY and credited on my phone and UNSUBSCRIBE me from this service WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.

            I get a message with deducted amt and it says to unsubscribe call 255533, but which is of NO USE it keeps playing some songs no options nothing is provided. I am very much Fed up with this, this is time for BSNL to concentrate on its customer base before you lose them to other telecom providers, DO some work to keep your customer satisfied.

              the related offices are not lifting the their cell phones,
              No body attending Customer complaint land line no.
              Even afetr this type of service also bill will be done excessively.

              Why this type of misbehaviors, We think the BSNL peoples does not understad the neeeds of the customers.

              Are they working for the other private operaters to keep BSNL lines off.

              They have understand clearly thar they are employees of a private sectos firm, they are getting salary from customers.
              They are not doing any favor by providing timly services.

              Hope do the needful rectification of the above said land lines.

              LAND LINE PHONE is in dead condition most of the day.

              Land line Phone nos[protected] is in dead condition 15 days,
              Saphale exchange has four days back person has pick up the call & said i send the engineer but till date no one has coming.
              No body attending Customer complaint.
              Even after this type of service also bill will be done excessively.

              Why this type of misbehaviors, We think the BSNL peoples does not understad the neeeds of the customers.

              BSNL KALYAN LANDLINE — BSNL Landline is dead from 20 days

              Hi Sir,

              Landline phone[protected] is dead from 20 days and it stays in dead condition for almost 15 days in an month.
              Complaints are done several times but still there is no outcome for this.Please check the issue and start the landline as soon as possible

                Hi,
                I am Prerna.There is an many problems with BSNL mobile network. I am facing
                this problem many times. I am not able to make calls what the problem going on
                resolve this issue.since BSNL is one of the largest mobile networking company
                how is they so irresponsible about their service providing?

                My cellone connection shows full signal when on idle mode but when i dial the number or receive an incoming call the network signal drops resulting in poor voice quality.
                This is disgusting...

                CELLONE (BSNL) — Balance Problem

                On last Wednesday, Date[protected] at 9:55 PM. I logged on but done any downloads. But from my A/C. Rs. 66.70 has been deducted. Than I taked with the representative. He looged my my complant & its no. 2808611 of date[protected]. The very next day I talked againg he (official epresentative) told me that if I not download & by mistake if the money is deducted than the same blance will be addid to my A/C within 48 hours. But still now there is noresponce from BSNL. Please let me know its detail either on my call or or on my e-mail.

                The complaint mentioned above is absolutely true. Me to baring the cellone number, I consider this network to be worst and irritating.In addition to the above problem mentioned by Rakesh, I was being charged even when the phone is not connected. Half of my balance is getting wasted every month without any conversation. I was really getting vexed with this network. I am in way to jump to another network. The customer service providing by cellone is not at all satisfactory. I would suggest people in india try to avoid this defective network. Quit this bsnl/cellone from india.
                I am also sailing in the same boat.
                Several complaint already made are fallen in the deaf ears of the Bsnl people. Due to the BSNL Numbers printed in all my correspondence I am wasting money for three cell phone connections.

                Cellone - BSNL — Network & connectivity problem

                First of all there is a issue of network in theses current days.The mobile shows network signal but when called it says that the customer you have called in out of coverage area but mobile shows network signal, due to this reason I am facing a lot of problem in my day today functioning, my superiors as asking me to change the mobile service as I am not contactable, request you to kindly help me out.
                I have also activated my call diverts to 17010, but it has not helped as I do not get any missed call alerts from that number, pls help me out as I donot intend to change the service but if there is a network problem still ahead I will be forced to switch over to some other service provider.
                Second problem which I face is of Original bill, it is that I donot receive original bill of my mobile & I pay the bill on duplicate bill, but as I am working the same bill is reimbursed to me by my employer, but as I am unable to produce the original bill I am not able to get me claims.
                Request you to kindly send me the original bill every month by which I can claim the same.
                Request you to kindly help me out to resolve both the issues.

                CellOne — Network Problem in my house

                Mere Ghar se Cellone Tower ki duri lagbhg 100 Mtr. hai kuch hafto se mere ghar pe network bahut kamjor hai maine customer Care no. pe complain Register bhi karaya lekin abhi tak kuch nahi hua.
                Main Mobile se NET bhi nahi jor pa raha hun. Plz meri Samasya ka samadhan jald karo.
                I am also using for the past 3 year BSNL Cell one Excel General Gold up to last month I received frequency cleared service, but now, when i coming out of my home, i could not get frenquency outgoing or incoming, even through, i am residing in Chromepet, lakshmipuram ch -44, for which I Got Frequency Tower from (1) Pamml (2) Thiruneermalai, (3) Chromepet SSM, (4) Shankar Ngr. (5) Durga Ngr, at last (6) Lakshmipuram all isx is not fulfill my communication, then what for, i had this communication, I want To The Concern Authorities, To Take Immediate Action. and Solve my problem on Cell Communication

                I Live in Arumbakkam, near Annanagar in Chennai. Its a busy area and very close to the CMBT. I have a prepaid BSNL connection with which i have never spoken from inside my residence. when my fone rings, I run out to the balcony or to the street sometimes to attend a call and to dial a call also i suffer the same problem.. hell with this BSNL people. i have never received polite replies or kind words from the customer service. I don't know when the problem will be rectified. If anyone could help me with the correct link to launch a complaint, i would be grateful to you.
                I am sorry to inform you that the network at Nunna, Vijayawada AP is quite poor and is lot irritating the coustomer. The network is always busy or not able to connect to the other end.You always get a messge that the network is busy. This is obeserved from the last twenty days and there is no let up. To contact any body over the cell a minimum of 20 to 25 times dialling is required and this is a quite a poor performance. you may kindly look into the matter and do the needful.Switching over to other networks is being made possible at the earliest with retaining the same no. this will will be a boon for us and a curse for you. You have not improved and do not allow others to improve with your worst network.
                BSNL net work in South Office Para, Doranda, Ranchi-834 002 (Jharkhand) is not good. We could not be connected with anywhere. Please look into the matter urgently.

                Calls get disconnected in between. Network comes and goes at its will. I live in Modinagar. Here BSNL is the worst service provider compared to other private takers. Voice qualty is poor, coverage area is not sound, congestion is great and most bewildering is the sudden absence of tower.
                I have made so many complaint to bsnl cust_care no.[protected] regarding the network problem when I stay ground floor of my house situated at the West Side of Ramrajatala Station, Howrah - 711112 under cal tel exchange no.2657.& it is only 6Kms away from the Head Office of Calcutta telephones but their high value engineer are sitting idle without doing their job & getting extra money from other operators for not doing their duty in terms of bribe.I suspect if they don't change their attitude to solve our problem then one day will come every one like me will through them out to ganges river permanently.

                network problem for both postpaid &prepaid services
                bsnl is near its extinction .it will just shut down in next two to three years if it does not changes its policies and behaviour towards its customers.

                I am now in Gurgaon, Haryana. Generally here I am getting Dolphin signal from Delhi. But from last 2-3 days there is no signal & on cellphone it is written "Limited service" with no incoming or out going phones or sms.
                In short cell phone is not in working condition at all. Signal strenth shown is full but there is a sign on phone showing telephone with a full cross stroke accross it.
                Please get my phone started.
                Why this dolphin signal when there is BSNL network in Gurgaon.

                I have had the same problem. Im from Pune and I always have near full network on my phone, till I try to use it. As soon as I make a call I lose network and after about 2-3 mins into the call, the call gets dropped.
                I have called BSNL customer care atleast 3 times a day since the past week and have always been assured of correction within 24 hours. But no luck.
                I would have changed services long back but am sticking on only because BSNL is the only one with 3G services and i require them for my work.

                I am a BSNL customer in Pune and due to 3G I am still hooked on to their network until we see more private players. Tata Docomo has just launched but their network coverage is poor.
                Just like someone said above, signal strength varies so much that by the time you call, signal bars go down. I am using 3G and it keeps falling back to 2G. I am using iPhone and E71.

                I have met the DGM but nothing much happened and it takes ages to get to customer care. If people have seen Idea ad on TV where Abhishek tells that woman in bus to get Idea. The woman is showed waiting for BSNL customer care (listen carefully).

                My BSNL landline is noisy for last 1 year but BSNL staff is not working on it and giving reasons which are not acceptable.

                Anyway. all the best to BSNL users. I think its high time. BSNL should be privatized and govt. money (people's money) should be saved.

If it is a general connection/women power use recharge coupon for Rs.280. For saral anant connections use topups for validity and talk time. also use magic 49 for pay per second

                The problem I am facing for the past Six months, since then your Technical people relocated Teppakulam Tower to other place.
                During these time I have made several complaints and your Technical people tried to their level best but failed to set right the problem and finally told me that a New Tower to be installed to correct the problem.
                Now a days I am not able to speak a single call with out obstruction and had to use alternate phone to complete the call.
                I have taken so many photos of signal showing in my phone with my other phone.

I could not get cellone network from 3pm today. I am an old person and I depend only on call taxi for my movement to hospital and for any emergency. Since there was no network, from 3pm, I could not go intime to the hospital by calling the taxi through my cell phone. I do not know where to complain or report this difficulty of mine. I am very humbly requeting you to kindly do the needful urgently to resume the cellone network connection, knowing well my necessity to have the mobile connection. I have always respected the services of BSNL. But today there was a very big disappointment and have faced enormous difficulty due to my inability to communicate with anyone for help.                       hello sir, here i request for a new bsnl landline and broadband connection, but they said no connection avaiable, but many people are using, they said the connection was full.
                      Dear Sir / Madam,
                      I have applied for a new BSNL land line + broadband connection on 18th July, 2011. I had paid 1000 rupees to agent for which I was given cash receipt but no written details even on asking. Although, I was told that 5000 rupees are as refundable security deposit for landline and another 500 would be adjusted in my monthly bill. I was told that new connection are generally given in 2-3 days, but I have not got any connection till date.
                      I communicated with local BSNL office in Jaipur at[protected], my agent Dinesh Chand narera at[protected], and customer care at 1500, but nobody gave a satisfactory and promising answer. Strange thing is that customer care people are very rude in conversation and simply cut the line abruptly. They simply denied to resister complaint also, and even one time the person on another end told me that, “we are from Chandigarh telephone exchange and we done have any idea for anything. Please take round of local exchange in jaipur.” They we not even capable of mentioning the number and address of local exchange. How come a person national customer care can talk like this?
                      Please address my issue. My address is 86, Nagrik Nagar, Airport, Tonk Road, Jaipur. Agent gave me my future telephone number which are 27224625. And this area probably comes under Durgapura exchange, jaipur.

                      I regret to inform you that none of the BSNL staff contacted me till 31st of December, 2012.

                      On 9 January, 2013 I once again applied for BSNL Landline connection (Lead Id - KLPAL[protected]) and on the same day i received the same message with mobile number of BSNL Staff. When I contacted the number they said that within a day or two BSNL staff would visit my place.

                      Today on 17th January, 2013, no action has been taken, I am writing to you with request to take appropriate action on this.

By this time, I have begged for the connection to whomever i felt that he can do something, but in vain. Most of them assure of providing the same in next 4 to 5 days. I personally met with Sub Division Engineer, Mr. Jayant at Siddarthanagar, Mysore BSNL office, also spoke to him several time on telephone but he also assured me that to be given within 4/5 days. Till nothing has been done so far. I don't know who will listen my voice. I am in direly need of connection. By that time I purchased a router as they said to be kept ready. Totally mental harrasment. How this organisation is going to exist/compete with private operator ? I feel to use actually strong slang language to the people of BSNL. But helpless. My opinion is : Old people of BSNL those not willingly to serve people should retire immediately and give chance to young bloods to work for the nation enthusiastically. with regards but to whom?
                      I went Bsnl office several times for a new land-line and broad band connection..but all the time the officers there are saying its under linemans's control..So I understood that Bsnl is now controlling by their linemans..after that I applied through online and I got a call from Bsnl and they told me to submit id proof and photo to another Bsnl office.. I went to Bsnl main office and they said that somebody will call me after 2 or 3 days.. but nobody contacted me that days..then I went again to their office and they gave me their line man's contact no. I call him everyday and he said he will come today evening or tomorrow morning.. I wait him for more than one week..Atlas he said there are some material shortage in their office..so it's not sure to get a new connection... if we go to any Bsnl office, even the staffs sitting there don't want to ask for what purpose we go there..suddenly they will say contact lineman...actually then why some officers are sitting there?..

                        yeah bsnl speed drops and some time disconnects, bsnl people they dont check our problems, they dont attend office in time and escape from us, even coustomer care numbers dont work and confusing menu, i think its better to avoid bsnl service.they are fat headed because coustomers rush to them.

                        I am Ansari from Patna, Bihar.i have been using BSNL 3G internet serivice from the past 11 months.in the first three months the speed was good but the service gradually deteriorated over the months and now the condition is so bad that it takes me more than 5 minutes to open google page!yes 300 seconds or 5 minutes.i have to refresh the page many times just to open the google search page let alone all the claims of high speed video streaming or downloading.i don't why they make advertisements such as "faster than your thoughts".they are exploiting the consumers very badly.its not cheap, i recharge a 5GB pack worth Rs 1000 a month.even after paying such a hefty some for a very limited data allowance i feel cheated to the maximum extent.sometimes i have to visit the internet cafe to use internet.
                        BSNL should resolve this problem or a nationwide boycott should be considered and PIL should be filed against this corportaion.
                        hi friends, my name is rahul from Amritsar, i am also facing the same problem with bsnl 3g data card. the speed is pathetic. its not possible to open any site on this kind of speed. i am going to visit local bsnl office but i am not very hopeful that they will solve the problem. but there is one more thing that can be done. i am planning to put a complaint in govt. of india official grievance redressal website. i have done a complaint on this site regarding a railway complaint and that matter was escalated to higher authorities and it was solved. so i am going to try that option again.

                        BSNL is fooling customers. Considering the comparatively cheaper data plans, i shifted to Bsnl 3G from Tata Docomo 3G. But my decision went wrong when I got 15-20 kBps meager speeds during 8 am - 11 pm, after tht only 120-150 kBps( these r downloading speeds with IDM, surfing speed is more worse than downloading speed). I opted for Rs.606 data plan. I m having to stick with this stupid company till the end this month, coz i cant afford to go for another data plan of docomo.
                        I m residing within 400 metres of main Bsnl exchange tower and using ZTE MF180 3.6mbps device.

                        I suggest people to go for Tata Docomo 3G, because it gives consistent speeds of 2 mbps - 3.2 mbps on 3.6 mbps device for 24 hours.

                        I live khagaul, patna, india. Before few days i got bsnl 3g delivered by its executives (maine unhe website se order kia.. 1 ghante baad hi unka phone aaya... fir maine bola shaam me deliver kar dena lekin unhone bola nahe abhe 5 min me hi aata hun) which shows how much eager they are in selling their services. Well i was not aware of the speed, he came and activated my 3g data card. At that time it was giving me 150 kbps d/n speed which was of course, not the speed they promised. But still it was resonable and faster than my broadband, so i accepted, but after 1 day, suddenly no website was opening other than bsnl. I called them and complained, they said my data limit would be over but when i checked i had approx 500 mb day and 8 gb night usage remaining. Well i thought it must be a technical fault and might be resolved after few time, but when it started running again, surprisingly, it gave downloading speed of 7-8 kbps (lol) and trouble opening any webpage. It was also dropping 50% of the data.When i use edge on idea and airtel here, it gives me d/n speed of 22 which is a way better than this, i just wanted to see 3g and i saw it. I had to go out of here and i thought bsnl is giving free roaming but it is useless. BSNL is a crap and unlike other companies, executives of BSNL wont care even if they come here and see all reviews because again, they dont care.
                        BSNL ek number ki kutti company hai. Saali Government company hote hue bhi customers ke sath cheating karti hai. Ye saale BSNL vaale saare corrupt hain jo sirf paisa khaana hi jaante hain. Are main to kehta hoon ki India ki Govt. duniya ki sabse corrupt aur kamini Govt. hai. Saare Desh ko barbaad kar rakha hai. Laanat hai aisi Govt. par. Aur ye jantaa bhi bholi hai jo chup chaap sab sehti rehti hai.                         I have been using Bsnl 3g service since 6 months....But i am very unsatisfied with this...
                        Actually what happened about 2 months ago.....all the service were going good but suddenly one problem occurred and it was "no 3g signals" i was not getting 3g signals..after every interval of 7-8 days 3g signals used to disappear for 2-3 days and this problem continued for 1 month now this problem has been resolved but one new problem is occurring .. About 10 days before i was getting very good speed. I use 7.2 mbps device with 3g sim and i was getting speed of 500-650 KBPS, the speed was awesome & i was very happy but now I am not getting even 2g speed ..i am getting about 15-20 KBPS speed from last 10 days and i am very disappointed ....Earlier I thought it must be some network problem but it continues from that time till now.....

                          I have received call from [protected] on 6 June at 15.18 hrs and I have answered the strange call and learnt that the call belongs to caller tunes and rejected the call after few seconds. Unfortunately without selecting any option I was allotted caller tune without my interest, I am in receipt of 2 messages deducting Rs.12/- and 25/-.

                          This is very unfair deal deducting Rs.37/- from my balance without getting any option from my side. I have immediately complained to the Customer care about the same matter and they have diverted me to Sr. Exec. Of the customer care and he replied that he has booked the complaint and game me the Complaint No.AP [protected], since that day I have been calling the customer care about my complaint status, I am not getting any of the satisfactory reply, I am very much dissatisfied with their service.

                          So I request you sir to kindly go through the matter and arrange to refund me the amount deducted vide canceling the caller tune which was issued without my interest.

                          Caller tune is connected to my BSNL mobile number [protected] without my request. I wanted to know how much amount was taken away from my account in the last one year. The service must be disconnected immediately. And the amount be reimbursed to me immediately. I had booked complaint on 7 Feb 2011, on their customer care portal, still after 6 days it is pending. 2 days back I got an SMS from their service 53777 that a sum of Rs 28 has been deducted and that I should continue to enjoy caller tune till 13th March. Such answer is quite annoying when I specifically asked them to stop the service with immediate effect. And today is 13 Feb and instead of stopping this nuisance service they have further deducted Rs 28/-.
                          My observation is that the BSNL has incompetent staff as always and they have not improved in spite of the competition. It will shortly die its own death.

                            National Association for the Blind, Uttarakhand has developed a Residential Resource and Vocaional Training Centre for the Blind, in Nawad Khera, Opp. Proposed Stadium, Greater Haldwani, Distt. Nainital, Uttarakhand in 0.63 Hactre area with the support of District Administration Nainital. Since April 2009 we are prodividng free food, lodging, educational and training facilities to 36 visually impaired students from 5 years to 15 year of age group. All of them are enrolled in nearby government primary and high schools with the sighted students.

                            LIC of India has provided us financial support to construct the Vocaional Training Centre for the adult blind, we are in process to establish an advance computer lab equipped with 11 computers connected with server alongwith screen reading software " JAWS" and Embosser to take out the Braille print of required books to use as study materials or to print out the school books in Braill Script for the visually impaired students.
                            Hon'ble Sir, just infront of NAB Resource Centre, Uttarakhand Government is going to develop an International Stadium, the set up of HALDWANI ISBT is next to Stadium and the construction process of Directorate of Higher Education is going to start nest month. I regret to inform you that their is no land line telephone connection available right now after so many valuable institutions are going to take place in the same area.

                            Hon, ble Sir, as per your official information we have applied for the Broad Band connection almost 1 year before under C.S.R. Scheme for the disabled but still we are unable to get the facility proviided under the
                            Centrel Government Scheme to bring the disabled people to the main steam of our society by granting them the opportunities. We request you again, kindly grant us the above facility to connect the visually impaired around the globe with the help of latast information technoligy as early as possible.

                            महोदय, मैंने अपना टेलीफ़ोन संख्या 278128 october 2008 में कटवा दिया था और टेलीफ़ोन आपके खड़गपुर छेत्र के स्टोर इंचार्ज श्री यादव जी को जमा कर दिया था.. और इसकी सुचना आपके लेखाधिकारी को दे दी थी, साथ ही अपनी जमा सिक्यूरिटी मनी रु 2000 वापसी के लिए आवेदन भी दिया | उन्होंने कहा की ये हल्द्व्नी से 5 -6 महीनों के भीतर आपके घर आ जाएगी..
                            मैंने करीब 12 महीने इंतज़ार किया लेकिन मेरी रिफंड राशी मुझे नहीं मिली..मैंने दुबारा टांडा स्थित लेखाकोश में संपर्क किया तो उन्होंने ये कह टाल दिया किया थोडा और इंतज़ार करो..आ जायेगा |
                            मैंने अपनी शिकायत csc21 @sancharnet .in पर भी भेजी लेकिन कोई जवाब नहीं मिला ...
                            उसके बाद मैंने हल्द्वानी के लेखाधिकारी जी से भी बात की उन्होंने कहा की आपकी फाइल खो गयी है दुबारा से भिजवा दो वो भी मैंने आपके हल्द्वानी ऑफिस में भेजी लेकिन आज तक मुझे मेरी राशी नहीं मिली.. जिसके कारण मुझे काफी मानसिक परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा .. मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है की आप इस सन्दर्भ में मेरी सहायता करने की कृपा करें | और मेरी जमा refundable राशी को वापिस दिलाने में सहायता करें..

                              i having BSNL CONECTION NO.[protected] FROM THIS CONECTION I HAVE SEND SMS TO 51050 TOLL FREE SMS NO BY BSNL TO OBTAIN USAGE OF BROAD BAND CONNECTION ON BASE PHONE. BUT SINCE LAST FIFTEEN DAYS RS.2.00CHARGE DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE.SO MANY TIMES I HAVE MADE COMPLAIN ON call center no 24365.THEY DO NOT GIVE US EITHER PROPPER REPLY OR NOT GIVE US CREDIT OF DEDUCTED AMOUNT.

                                Dear Sir,
                                This has reference to the Land Line (BSNL) Connectionat my residence. The same is out of order since more than a month now. I have made repeated complaints but still there is no satisfactory reply or any corrective action.

                                I have visited the BSNL (Karelibaug, Vadodara) Office personally, but still the problem is as it is.

                                The only reply I get everytime is that the Phone will be set right "Tomorrow" and it never happens.

                                Kindly tell where / whom to approach for this.

                                I am not able to carry this problem anyfurther.

                                    This is a complaint against lazy and careless conduct of BSNL Jaipur.

                                    This is to bring in your notice that i was living in rented house in Vidhyadhar Nagar Jaipur till December 2008,there i availed services of BSNL and taken broadband services also for my use through phone number[protected].I had also purchased on WI-FI Modem there.On Dec 2008 i purchased my own house in Jaipur Marudhar Nagar Near Ajmer Road.There they said that your old connection will be disconnected and we will give you new connection of WLL because of non-availability of space in DP . I refused because there was clear cut loss of 500/- non-refundable deposit.

                                    Then finally they transferred the phone in Nov 2009 with[protected].Broadband was also activated in this number but after few days broadband and after some days outgoing was disconnected.

                                    Now they are saying that you disconnect the phone and we will connect new connection in 2-3 days.

                                    I have gone to the local BSNL office 3-4 times only and my wife has gone at least 25-30 times(since i can't go to them in office hours.),but officials there are totally non-responsive and the long lag time is humiliating and embarrassing now.Requesting your quick action now.

                                    i had given application in written for my landline phone 26873497 to be transfer to our new address at 9, pushottam bungalow, behind gurudwara, s.g.highway, theltej,,ahmedabad in 2 augast 2010 but till date it has been not fixed at my new address even also my personal visit to theltej exchange officeand also at area manager,s office at c.g.raod.their i meet Mr jadav , personal assistance to area managar but without any result. the line man came twice but left without any comment or anything. on my repeated visit at the theltej office i was unofficialy asked for 2000 to get my line fixed which i refused i think because of that my landline phone has been not fixed when they have given me my new landline no 26858990 and their are quiet a few bsnl landline phone in our society

                                      Sir,

                                      The network coverage of BSNL mobile phones in Vasai (E) is extremely poor resulting in frequent call drops. Also, the phone is out of network coverage for most part of the day. The most funniest part is that there is a BSNL Cell Tower right opposite to my building and my mobile phone still remains out of network coverage for most part of the day!!! I have approached the Vasai (W) BSNL office a number of times regarding the same but to no avail. They even refuse to enter the complaint sometimes. Please help!!!

                                        I'm in Saudi Arabia.
                                        me and my collegues experience this problem for quiet a long time. All incoming calls from BSNL Numbers displays as local numbers or with some other country code.
                                        Even sms doesn't come directly. it comes through another number and displays the number also at the begining of the message. Actually its a VOIP Call. which will cost only 1/10 of the original call rate.

                                        In Initial stages only some of the calls are routed in this way. but now all calls are routed in this way only.
                                        the other problem is, when my family calls from their mobile, they are able to hear the ringtone. but the call has never been received by me. This is leading my family to a lot of confusion and frustration.

                                        Its a shame that BSNL does this.

                                        if BSNL is giving subcontracting for the routing, its still their responsibility to monitor the calls.
