there is no clear response on bsnl tunes website.we are not getting the site rectify it.

Prepaid cell phone connection is showing "No Service" from 4th Feb. 09

I am BSNL retailer, one of customer who has activated BSNL TUNES wants to deactivate it, but not getting any reply from anywhere. Even the customer care i.e. 24365 is also not attending. Customer is calling customer care from 5.00 pm but their is no one to attend it. Even the executive's at customer care is not giving satisfactory answer's. Is this the way to give service ??? If yes then sell BSNL mobile department to some private firm .

You changed my tune recently and now it is the tune of Airtel which is not needed again.. It is requested that I dont need any bsnl tune. Rather I will have my own tune in my mobile.So kindly leave me alone..My Mobile No is [protected]. Thanks.

Dear Sir,

I have a BSNL broadband connection through land line no 2625647. For the last 1 1/2 months the broadband and line is dead. So many times i have lodged complaint on 198 and 1500. But no body responded. I have also lodged complaint to Sh Kathait, SDO (two times). But all in vain. We request you to kindly look into it and arrange to resolve my complaint at an earliest.

Sir, My name is V. Gunasekaran. I am living in Mannargudi , Thiruvarur District, Tamil Nadu. My mobile number is [protected]. I am a Prepaid (excel Anand Plan) holder. Today morning, I am received two SMS from 56700. ( message centre [protected] ) The message are as follows

1) Dear subscriber, you have been charged Rs. 25 for ur BSNL tunes. Enjoy the service for the next 30 days. Ur next bill date is 28.10.2009

2) You have been charged Rs. 12 for your BSNL Tunes request.

The above amount deducted from my account. I have not any request sent to bsnl for tunes. Without my request , How do you deduct money from my account? .

Please take necessary action and credit the above amount to my credit.

If you not take any action within a week, I will lodged a compliant againt BSNL Cell One in consumer court.

And also I not yet received any tunes so for. So do not activate any bsnl tune service to my mobile.

For me also same thing happened, Through mobile phone also cheating started...

TODAY ONLY I SPENT ARND RS.80/- TO UPLOAD A CALLER TUNE FORM FILM ANJANA ANJANI- TUJHE BHOOL...BUT BSNL PEOPLE UPLOAD A SIMLE RINGING TONE...I DNT UNDERSTAND IF WUD WANTED TO UPLOAD ASIMPLE TRING TRING...THEN WHY THE HELL I WUD WASTE 8O BUCKS FOR THE TUNE...MOREOVER I CALLED UP BSNL PEOPLE...THEY KEPT ME ON HOLD FOR 25 MIN...THATS REALLY PHATHETIC...IF MY COMPLAINT WILL NOT BE PAID ANY HEED I M GONNA CATCH THE HIGHER AUTHORITY OR I WILL APPROACH MEDIA FOR THIS THIS IS TOTAL HARRASMENT...IF THEY CNT PROVIDE U ANY SMART SERVICE THEN I THINK THEY SHOULS STEP BACK...OTHER COMPANIES R DONIG GREAT JOB...
