[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — Poor customer care service

For cellone mobiles there is only one number [protected] for Chennai customer care. I contacted the number regarding my cellone GPRS configuration which was disconnected following the software upgradation in my mobile NokiaN95. They directed me to another number 24955925. I found no one is lifting the number then again asked the CC they gave 24953717, in that after 15 mts try I got and who attended the call noted my particulars and my mobile model and told me 'will call after 30mts" . Three days gone no one called yet or even lifting the phone. May be they went on Pooja holidays, but who is to take care of the customer is not known. The quality of signal is also bad and mostly we do not get good quality in speech thro mobile.

I have received SMS message from BSNL on 27 Feb, 2012 Astrology BSNL alert will be activated and Rs. 30/ Month will be charged. If you want to deactivate reply by SMS. I have not asked the above service, due to the same I have not sent any message either to deactivate or to activate. Without my request the above service activated and amount detected.
Like that Nov, 2011 also I received the message Astrology BSNL alert will be activated and Rs. 30/ Month will be charged. If you want to deactivate reply by SMS. When I send the message for deactivation I got reply from BSNL when the service is not activated and you are not having the Astrology alert how it can be deactivate. Due the reason this time I have not replied to deactivate.
I am requesting you kindly refund the deducted amount immediately or kindly advice me where I can officially return the BSNL Sim which I do not want to use further kindly give me the address to return Sim, also I need a acknowledgement for receipt of Sim (My Mobile No [protected] )

They barred my outing calls without notifying me.This is a really bad thing and now the customer care number is also not working.Very bad service indeed.

BSNL CellOne — need strong network connection in Gadchiroli, maharashtra (naxalite area)

As everyone knows, Gadchiroli is Nakshalite area. It (etapalli town) has only one network coverage viz. BSNL. This area truely require the strong network to comunicate. Kindly help this people by giving strong network coverage and bring them in light.

I have cellone post paid connection No. [protected] whenever I am trying to contact the voice message says all my outgoing calls are barred contact cellone. I do not know what is the reason. However I had received a text message I have ----amount due and to be payable on or before 16 Apr 2012. When I contacted the customer care office I was told there may be problem with server which they can identify only after 10 PM. I do not why this 10 o clock. All the customer care people are doing nothing except rude talks to customer. They won't identify them self. One of the most useless service any body could find. They are just eating tax payers money and do nothing. I do not know any authorities even see these comments. It seems to be just customer can vent out their anguish.

BSNL CellOne — NO PROPER SIGNAL

NO PROPER SIGNALS SINCE MORE THAN 45 DAYS NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS GIVEN BIUT PROBLEM NOT RECTIFIED
I have registered for the DND in 2010. Even today I get many unsolisited calls. The calls recieved today are from the numbers [protected] from birla sun life concern person mr. arpit & sachin. Request your action and feedback.

the signal strength in Basaveswaranagar, Bangalore is very poor, and the call drops within one or two spoken sentences. it is not comfortable to talk over mobile phone as the voice breaks very much and not conversable. I know that bsnl is supposed to conduct survey of signal strength frequently, and take measures to improve the signal. I pray god that bsnl will wake up and solve this problem.

I Lost My sim, number is [protected] kindly block this sim
Though I have not called at all from my BSNL cell phone no [protected] to telephone no[protected] at 19:46 hrs &[protected] at 19:47 hrs on date (01/08/2012), but dialed call shown in my cell phone no mentioned above.Feared for hacking. Please inquire & intimate immediately. Urgent please, thus I can take immediate action to close my sim.

BSNL CellOne — Deactivation of F& F Numbers

I want to deactivate F & F number which is registered to mobile no: [protected] and also deactication of BT-ONMOBL. Please help me
I have a cell one mobile no. [protected].
1.Without my knowledge subscription for Bollywood Massala Special videos started and continuously subscription amount for this are being charged. However despite my repeated request to the customer care Lucknow.
I have sent messages on 56566 for numbers of times but there is no reply . Neither I am being given facility discontinue or continue this facility for the last month. Kindly bring this fact to your senior officials who ever is compitant for this redressal and advice accordingly to me.
2.I am suffering as lot of service massages are coming on my mobile from No. BP 652323, BP654646, BP651819 etc.It is requested to stop immediately.
3.I have subscribed for roaming free in India as well as incoming calls free.From that period my incoming call are not being connected.Always showing busy tone.It is requested to get it continue.

BSNL — Been getting calls and do not disturb does not work

I have been getting calls for advertisement even after i have activated do not disturb in bsnl no [protected]. I am charged un-necessary while i am in roaming. Kindly do something in this problem. Because this problem i have lost lot of money.

BSNL-Bad experience with Telephonic customer care and de activation.

BSNL deactivated my out going facility of my mobile number [protected] and its add on-[protected], due to non payment of the bill on 9th Nov 2012. I made the payment on 12/11/2012 at around 1.30PM at BSNL counter at North Paravur, by cash. Since I found that my Add-on connection is not activated even after 24 hrs of time, I approached the counter at N Paravur. They done some changes in computer and told me that it will be activated soon. Meantime I lodged a complaint in BSNL customer service about non activation on 13 Nov 2012. the complaint number is K13KL390165. The parent number, in the mean time, got activated but the add-on not.

Even now, after more than 48 hours of time, my Add-on is not activated. I tried to contact the customer care of BSNL once again (dialing [protected]) and tried to talk to a customer service representative. But the voice dialler is not directing me properly. When I tried the option '9' and then '2', it it was repeating the same menu.

I am desparately making this post because there is no one in that organization who take care of my problem. More over, the customer service executive from BSNL was not behaving softly and trying to ask a lot of meaning less questions on bill details for the sake of verifying my identity, where they would have tried to verify it by lot of other means. The motto was merely a harassment rather than giving solution.
100 % agree. I have a recent experience. The customer service exeutives are arrogant and harrassing the clients.

The poorest customer care service i have ever experienced!!!
