Dear all , I would like to alert you all how BSNL in Assam circle regularly cheating and looting customer by illegally charging money on the unwanted trouble some pack like mobile radio and deducting Rs25. This very sad and shame on the Govt owned company which looting customers randomly and there is no re-addressal mechanism thorough contact number and detail as per TRAI regulation are given on bsnl web site but non of working and accountable to address your genuine complaint. This is not in single case of mine large number of BSNl subscriber Assam circle are looted and there money is siphoned though there self activated VAS. on 11 Dec2010 on my BSNL number [protected], i got sms from 125555 that you been charged with Rs 25 for subscribing mobile radio, some other a again got a sms that you have been charged Rs5 for masti pack, which both service i never subscribed. When i contacted CC, I was ready to register my complain and stuck on that this service was requested my me. There after the mobile service was deactivated by money was not reimburse, I wrote through email upto top DG Manager Assam but no response is received and money is still not reimbursed. I dnt understand this is regular practice how and whom i should approach to deal with illegal menace. This is also happening with my other colleagues who are using BSL service,.

I have complain regarding main balance.BSNL illegaly deducated my main balane without any SMS alert or without any confirmation.I have Complain Three times but not any result found in my favour.My Mobile no[protected] .My last complain no- 6664745.Kindly do the needful.

BSNL — ILLEGAL CHARGE FOR MOBILE RADIO

I am using bsnl mobile connection. my cell no. is [protected]. on 10th march 2011 my mobile balance was deducted for Rs25/- for activating MOBILE RADIO.
As a matter of fact I have never requested them. In last month it has also happened.
I want the refund of my money and no further such action

    Dear Sir,
    Please note that I am using BSNL 3G Sim with Phone No. : [protected] . For past 2-3 months my balance is getting deducted be service 56505. I have tried to unsubscribe by all the methods but still with every attempt, the sms charge does get deducted but this service is still continuing and deducting balance every month.
    I have tried calling the customer care at BSNL but I am never able to talk to a customer representative.
    Would be thankful if you can help me to stop this service and reclaim my lost balance.

    I m prabhu narayan gupta from japla jharkhanad. I have an BSNL connection with MSISDN [protected]. I m continually getting MASTI messages from short code[protected] from last 2 month.
    I was forcefully subscribed for MASTI Pack alert services and Rs 15 deducted from my balance. I have tried calling the customer care at BSNL but I am never able to talk to a customer representative.

    Hopefully I m waiting for your clarification on this matter and refund of my deducted balance also deactivates the subscription.

      Hello;

      I am a customer to BSNL for mobile service.
      About 2-3 months back I recieved a sms from company stating some money deduction from my BSNL account for subscribing CBRT service ( call back ring tone )
      Actually I have never registered for same
      Now on start of each month about 30 to 50 rupees got deducted from my account for the same

      I have tried to complaint for same through Customer care no.
      But even after several trial they have never received the call
      They have a system that announces that if we cut the call during that announcement then they will call back shortly , but till today I didnt get any call from them

        I have applied for a BSNL land line at the following address.

        Himayath Nagar
        Hyderabad - 500029

        Telephone instrument has been given and number was informed as[protected]. But, even after a lapse of about 20 days, the phone is not activated.

        After lot of enquiries, I was given telephone no. 27660065/27612062 to complain as the phone pertains to Himayath Nagar, Hyderabad. But surprisingly, I am continuously getting no reply.

        Please get the connection activated immediately.

          We had applied for a BSNL Broadband connection on 25/09/10.Request No:51441468.
          It has been 3 months since we have not got the connection yet.The person(Mr.Bhubneshwara Rao) who is providing the connection here is delaying the process and is asking for money which he is not liable,.
          We are calling him up, but he is giving excuses one after the another.
          Our locality is in Kanathur, district-Kancheepuram,pincode-603112
          I am working as Assistant Engineer in 110 kv/33-11kv sustation, TamilnaduEelectricity Board, Irungatukotai sipcot, Sriperumpudur.Our office ph.no.is[protected].The above number is not working past three days.I am triying to contact with Irungatukotai sipcot and Sriperumputhur
          [[protected] ].but no response.This substation feeds electricity supply to Industrial and Domestic areas.In case of any electrical accident occurred nobody couldn't able to contact this telephone. I request You that kindly advice concerned BSNL officer to response complaints through phone. I want BSNL higher officer contact number for this area.My mobile no.is [protected].

            respected sir/madam,
            i am Dr. Vihang and i have a bsnl 3G data card with mob no [protected]. my monthly validity is over so i recharged my no online using BSNL's online recharge facility. i recharged 606 Rs. voucher whose Receipt Number is [protected] and Transaction No is TXE[protected]. The said amount is deducted from my bank account but still i have not got my mob no recharged. when i tried to talk with customer care then they said that it is not possible to recharge online when i had done online recharge for my friend yesterday and it had worked out well. then he said he will transfer to a senior executive and put me hold. i kept phone on hold for an hour still nobody answered. i don't know where to complain as they are not picking up on customer service. please help me.

            BSNL SERICE IS WORST IN INDIA THERE IS NOTHING AFTER SALE SERVICE THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND NON CO-OPERATIVE THEY NEVER TAKE CALLS AND VISIT IN PERSON ALSO VERY ARROGANT
            I recharged my prepaid 3g data card for 400/- on 9.11.2011 around 5.p.m. but till now no credit is shown and am unable to connect the internet. Also I recharged the validity of my data card for rs.50/- on 10.11.2011 this has been deducted without making any calls from my phone. my data card u sim number[protected]. I made complaint to customer care center as well as by the PCO person who recharged the 3g data GPRS through EC charge. No fruitful result has been received till now. You are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and credit the amount to my data card immediately. my mail ID is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

              There has been an issue with Bsnl about bill from jan2010 to june 2010.during this period my landline was totally dead and complaint was being registered in jan 2010 which remained pending till june 2010.But the company issued the bills of these months.I even wrote an application to gmtd Jammu twice for deduction of bill but till now no action has been taken from their side.The company has been famous for their nawaabi attitude.So,therefore,i request you to take some action.

                That is . UNACT does not work. First of all How can they start any paid or value added service without our permission. They need to pay for that. They not only need to return our money but also thatey need to pay compensation for the mental harassment. They will pay that. Take them to the lok adalat or their own adalat and claim each and every penny back. These telephone companies need a lesson. Apne Paise ko Unke Baap ka maal samaj liya hai.

                It is they who make all those junk calls even when we are registered for DND so they need to be punished for that and only a responsible citizen can do that

                BSNL Mobile services — transfer from sagar to bhopal

                about 3 months back i had applied for shifting of my mobile no. [protected] from sagar to bhopal and had submitted my application personally to mr soni, sdo at gmtd, bhopal office. moblie bill is not being sent at my address and services are being discontinued due to non payment. please do the needful at your earliest.

                BSNL Mobile services — Cricket service, chat messenger service.

                  even i agree pls take severe action against bsnl. they are taking proper actions for our complaints.
                  Every month i get problems with my connection, but it has become severe this month from 8th dec 2010. my device when i try to connect often shows as device unavailble or disconnected. people in bsnl are not able to detect the prob and provide proper solution i hav gone to bsnl office twice in the mean time. yet no use my problem has not been solved. when i try to reach the customer care i always hear the same words " ur in queue pls wait".
                  i'm not able to connect to my webpages. pls help for u might know how frustrating when u pay such high tariff to be not able to get connected
                  BSNL is fooling customers. Considering the comparatively cheaper data plans, i shifted to Bsnl 3G from Tata Docomo 3G. But my decision went wrong when I got 15-20 kBps meager speeds during 8 am - 11 pm, after tht only 120-150 kBps( these r downloading speeds with IDM, surfing speed is more worse than downloading speed). I opted for Rs.606 data plan. I m having to stick with this stupid company till the end this month, coz i cant afford to go for another data plan of docomo.
                  I m residing within 400 metres of main Bsnl exchange tower and using ZTE MF180 3.6mbps device.

                  I suggest people to go for Tata Docomo 3G, because it gives consistent speeds of 2 mbps - 3.2 mbps on 3.6 mbps device for 24 hours.

                  Dear admin, please escalate my complaint to BSNL officials. i badly need good net speeds, but unable even to surf websites with bsnl 3g.

                        the thief is using my number..
                        though i am making cal to him he is not answering
                        bt when i send message from my friend mobile he is giving reply...
                        its seems funny but true...

                          Hi Sir,

                          I have applied for shifting my landline and broadband connection[protected] from Domlur to 9th block of Jayanagar on[protected]. I have submitted application for local shift on Nov 27th, 2010 at Indiranagar exchange office.

                          Then I approached the local office at Jayanagar I got answer the connection will be given in 3-4 days time as our new house area also comes under the same exchange but even after 18 days, there is no action against this.

                          Every time I call a person from BSNL exchange he will point out some other person and give other number. Likewise I have called some 20 numbers over this period. The worst part the officers at Jayanagar does not respond for telephone calls.

                          Being a software professional I need to take up late night calls because of this issue I will have to stay office late nights for my calls.I am really fed up with the service.

                          Concerned people please look into the issue and help the dependent users with timely service.

                          BSNL — Shifting of landline connection delayed

                          I applied for shifting of my landline BSNL connection No. being 2652100 from 320-C to STC- 602 in the same residential society of Shipra Suncity Indirapuram Ghaziabad on[protected].
                          Till date the job is not yet completed.
                          If it is delayed so much for shifting, then I wonder whether the connection is worth to be retained?
                          Whether BSNL authorities will wake up and become customer friendly or leave it to the Private service providers like Airtel, Reliance, Tata indicom and others ?

                          Landline & Broadband Internet — Delay in shifting of the Connection

                          Hello I have applied for the shifting of address for my landline & broadband connection 15 days ago. But no action is taken till date. My landline no is 25233175 under Vimanapura exchange. Request you to do the needful ASAP.
                          Pls Duplicate bill copy same as email id.

                          BSNL — delay in shifting of connection

                          On 25.5.09, I applied for shift of my basic landline no.[protected] to another house which I had taken on rent. Today till 8.6.09 the connection has not been shifted.Shift is in same exchange. Repeated requests and personel visits to exchange has been doen but no result. Common reply comes from all levels of officers "cable fault and non availability of Cable pair" is their answer. Another commom answer is "we are looking into the matter".
                          Can anyone tell me what is the time prescribed to shift a telephone connection whithin same exchange?

                          Payment cleared on 24.11.2012 under receipt no BGLRR NO[protected]dt 24.11.2012.
                          Instrument was handed over on 24.11.2012 (against no due notification).
                          Surprisingly a bill no[protected] was received on 05.01.2013 for Rs.232/=
                          That too had been paid on 20.03.2013 through Bangalore One vide receipt no 1685527 dt 20.03.2013
                          The deposit refund is still pending.
                          Request release of refund cheque without further loss of time.

                            I am a journalist working for a national English daily based in Patna and my cell phone No is [protected]. I never activated the BSNL Caller tunes. Still it was activated twice in a day on December 11, 2010 and charged Rs 12 and Rs 28.

                            I think this is another big scandal in the BSNL after 2 G Spedtrum Scam and the minister concerned Mr Kapil Sibbal must immediatley look into it before it is late.

                              Well,I had purchased BSNL 3G sim and the datacard for ,you know, getting the "High Speed Internet" and for a couple of days it worked just fine.
                              But thats where BSNL shows its true colours!!After the few days of good speed,whenever i try connecting to the internet using the stupid tool that they provided it shows that it is getting connecting on HSDPA mobile and not on HSPA/UMTS(the network with the high speed internet).So is BSNL running a scam?Coz from what i see i was able to connect on to the HSPA/UMTS network just fine for the first few days and now it shows the network available as HSPA/UMTS and after you connect it switches to HSDPA mobile and gives you the speed.
                              Anyone with same concerns please reply.

                                i am using nokia n73 which supports maximum 3G speed of 384Kbps = 49KBps

                                but i get maximum 15.8KBps speed only.

                                My BSNL 3G number is [protected] and am getting really low download speeds (average 10 kBps). I have been tring to register a complaint for the last two days but they keep saying server is down so they cant register the complaint and someone will call me in 2 hours. But no one called me even though more than 48 hours have passed.
                                If I tell them to transfer me to a manager they put me on hold and after about 1 hour they disconnect the line.
                                I am using a Huwaei E122 USB device with my laptop. Initially for around one month I used to get high speeds of around 200 kBps but the speed gradually decreased and now is at 10 kBps. Every 2-3 seconds, the speed drops to 0 kbps and the download stalls. A 5 MB file download takes about an hour which is worse than a 256 kbps dialup connection.
                                I feel cheated and am frustrated by the customer service.They have recently given me my first bill ( About Rs. 3000). I am not going to pay a single paisa to them until they get the problem rectified.
                                Please help if you can.

                                My BSNL 3G number is [protected] is now giving very low speed near about 16-17 kBps but previously it gave near about 225kBps. I am using it with Huwaei E122 USB device with my laptop.
                                Please help me and rectify the errors in network as soon as you can.

                                my bsnl 3g number is [protected]. i called the customer care. they registered a complaint. the next day i got a call sayin they are calling from bsnl. b4 i was about to tell my problems, they cut the call and i never go a call back. i recharged for 607 which is a 3g plan but i got a speed of 128kbps. but bsnl claims that they provide 3g speeds upto 3.6 mbps.

                                  My consumer No. 50692575, Bill No. [protected] dated 07/12/2010 and land connection is 23514081, the local call shown more than my expectation. I have never thought of it that local call can cross more than 270 free calls. I tried to contact last few days to bill enquiry no. as shown in Bill that is engage every time when I try to contact. Another public grievances No. 25422434 is out of order. I have no other to go to opt the lodging a complaint about the unexpectation local call.                                     at any time while i connecting the modem with my p.c it indicate full signal strength but when i was going to start it, it lost it network. after disconnecting it will got full signal but if start the same happened again.
                                    this is not of first time, it happens continuously.'please give me guidance what i need to do?

                                      Hello There,

                                      I purchased BSNL 3G Data card. The claimed speed by BSNL is 7.2 mbps. it is too far from reality. I am getting download speed of average 30 kb and sometimes goes upto 70 kb. It is quite below what BSNL claims for this type of card.

                                      Is there any way I can register official complaint for this with BSNL?

                                      BSNL is fooling customers. Considering the comparatively cheaper data plans, i shifted to Bsnl 3G from Tata Docomo 3G. But my decision went wrong when I got 15-20 kBps meager speeds during 8 am - 11 pm, after tht only 120-150 kBps( these r downloading speeds with IDM, surfing speed is more worse than downloading speed). I opted for Rs.606 data plan. I m having to stick with this stupid company till the end this month, coz i cant afford to go for another data plan of docomo.
                                      I m residing within 400 metres of main Bsnl exchange tower and using ZTE MF180 3.6mbps device.

                                      I suggest people to go for Tata Docomo 3G, because it gives consistent speeds of 2 mbps - 3.2 mbps on 3.6 mbps device for 24 hours.

                                      Dear admin, please escalate my complaint to BSNL officials. i badly need good net speeds, but unable even to surf websites with bsnl 3g.

                                        I Ashish Sagar want your attention that I feel betrayed by your 3G DATA CARD service which I have tagen on 06/12/2010 and my plan is Rs. 700 for a ./month.Sir to my utter disappointment I feel that it is just a wast of money to go for 7.2 Mbps 3 G card when the speed I am getting a maximum speed of only 30-40 kbps and the download speed is only 10-20 kbps. Sir it is just like dupping the people that this service is started .I tried to contact the customer service 1503 for my problem but I did not get any response.

                                        The 3G Internet speed is very slow in tiruvellore and surrounding areas.Not even 40 KBPS .Request to look into that.
