I requested for a BSNL Broadband connection through the Customer care number[protected] on 28-Dec-2010. The person came to my place #54, 1st main, 4th Cross, New Ext. Shambhog Colony, Yemlur, Bangalore-37.

A person from BSNL office took the payment for Rs. 2650 on 29-Dec-2010 & filled the application form. He gave me a work order no. 36492. The number he has given for enquiry are not working. br...

I had applied for a bsnl landline connection in october 2010. The line which i was allotted, 26763045, is very noisy from the first day of installation. One can not make any calls with this connection as nothing is audible. I complained several times to officials at different levels but did not get any resolution. The lineman says the box is faulty and as and when he will receive order to change the box, it will be solved. Now the question...

I have been availing the facility of Broadband internet on my Telephone no.[protected]. I have been fed up of frequent disturbance in connectivity for the last one year. During this year I have lodged more than 10 complaints with regard to this problem, but upon complaint, it is got O.K. for a few days and later on, the same is repeated.

I have applied for landline and broadband shift on 10/12/2010 till now i am not able to use broadband connection.

I have called up Ulsoor telephone exchange and have been to thetelephone exchange in personal.
There is no proper answer from the officials.

same not work here at PUNE even i got full signal of EVDO
i have already contacted at shimla
they said there is no problem from their side, problem will resolve from pune
