The attitude of the BSNL officials shows that the welwishers of the company may disassociate, so that the Private companies take over the whole Govt. business. I am lodging the complaint since 15/03/2011 for removing the defect of my DEAD phone[protected], but the computerised reply followed that there is a technical fault I could not understand why monthly bill is being served when no services are provided to the customers. my landline bsnl no.[protected] is dead from 17/05/2011. i have lodged a complaint in bsnl office phase-4, Mohali but no sevice has been provided.my address is H.M- 101, Phase 3B1, Mohali.
It is very sorry state of affairs in the bsnl chandigarh/mohali that they could not visualise /read what is written on the wall.It appears that the staff as well as officers are contributing to sink the bsnl ship.They are not attending the complaints of the bsnl phone users. I am complaining since january 2011. for removal of defect of dead phone [protected].The complaint No. [protected] dated 17/04/2011 to 06/05/2011 and #[protected] dated24/05/2011. was not attended by bsnl authorities till date.

This has referance of sub, i wish to inform your kind notice that i have regular suscriber of BSNL last 10 year.

From last 1 and half month my phone is not working properly, in a day phone is working only 1 hours. i had loged compaint so may times at nearest telephone exchange but no reply from their side (Kamahi Devi Exchange) . even from last 15 days your line man who has taking care of our area is on leave and no one taking pain to take serious this matter. even i had take up this matter with local SDO Mr. Raj Kumar ([protected]). but he has unbale to solve our problem due to shortage of man power.

As per SDO Mr Raj Kumar "40 Meter wire chori ho gai hai main kush nahi kar sakta pehle FIR hogy phir kam hoga, 2-3 mahine lag sakte hai mehkrma cable nahi deta hai"
Could you please advise me if wire is missing in our area total 8-10 phone is on working condition, only my phone wire is missing??????

This time my phone is dead condition, you are humbly request to please take serious action against local line man as well as SDO to solve this problem at the earliest.

    Dear Sir,
    I have submitted an application to shift my Phone No.2362558 from Katemaniwali to my new flat at Chinchpada on[protected] at Kalyan West Customer Care Office. That time they have promised that it would normally take 3-4 days. However, after several follow-up, it is understood that due to technical problem it is delaying. If I booked for new connetion from other sources it may take 3-4 days. In above existing line I am using broadband also. So, I am in urgent need of above landline. Now I dont know when I will get the above land line at my new address. Hope your goodself and attentionwill do the needful.

      My landline connection, coming under medical college exchange, works for 2 weeks and does not work for the next 1 month or more than that. As usual I raise complaint, there won't be anyone coming to our house... I usually see the "line men" in our area and informs them about the complaint that I raised. Though people are at home after 1 PM, these guys complain that whenever they come, there is no one at home. If they say they will come on a particular day ,I can take a leave from office and wait for them (It's a shame on any service provider to make me write this).

      I basically took the BSNL 500C plan for awailing the telephone and internet facility for personal and official purposes. If the connection does not work continuously for 4 weeks (this has been happening repeatedly), why would someone stick on to BSNL? I have decided that I will not hold on to BSNL landline or broadband anymore. I had been wasting 500+ bucks every month.

      I very well know the reason for this poor service. I've not given any pocket money for the people who came for the service during the last 2 times. And I am not willing to... I'd been to places outside India, and I know what customer service is... I will stick on to private service providers than bribing people.

      internet complaint — internet complaint not attended

      Sir,

      Several times i had complained to mtnl that my internet is not working but till date nobody has attended to my complaint. Complaining by landline on tel by using 1504, 1500, 1505 is next to impossible and even if you register the complaint by net nobody attends to the complaint and status is always cleared. On 30/08/08 i was given a complaint no. 21630 and after checking the status it is showing no complaint is pending. Today again i have registered a complaint vide no. 21880.
      Will somebody be kind enough to take action.

        I have complained regarding Mobile internet traiff fraud recharge on 23rd Dec. 2010 at Marketing Division in Ranchi Jharkhand. Mr. Dhananjay agent of BSNL Ranchi Division. I said him to do recharge for for Mobile internet traiff for six month Rs. 555/- but no SMS or no charge has done, on demand I paid the same amount. He did froud to me.

          The worst customer service is of BSNL no doubt.Every time we call either they will say number is wrong, please donot prefix zero ect, bt actually we are calling on the numbers shown in bsnl websites only.

            Pls do not believe of the advertisement going on our television ......faster than our thoughts.....its download speed is just 10kbps.....that is to download a 20mb file ...u have to wait for 1.5hours....wat the bsnl people doing.....recently i tried to update my mobile ....and shocked about the speed of bsnl 3G...wat to do...india will never grow in the technology...where the whole world is working on 4G .....v even dont have the 3G in major cities itself....that's shame to our...

              BSNL 3G — activation

              I have purchased a bsnl 3G sim of [protected] number on[protected], and till date it has not been activated inspite of visiting the customer care thrice. Outgoing calls have been activated and incoming calls are bared. Please help me out.
              I am using Sony Ericsson P1i Mobile with BSNL network no [protected] which is prepaid, this net work works where 3G facility is available, where as it indicated "No Network / searching " where 3G facility is available. kindly suggest me what is the problem and how to make to function the network wher 3G facility is unavailable.
              i received duplicate sim card yesterday i.e 28.6.2011 at 2.30 pm but till now have not been activated
              i purchased duplicate sim card of 3g sim no [protected] on 28.6.2011. at 2.30 pm but till now it has not been activated, service is very bad

                Sir I am a serving soldier in indian Army ( Corps of Signals) and my wife and chidren are living in my wife house and these number is only my communication media . Due to the non coverage of the mobile , landlinemedia only a conversation media with my children and wife. Sir this complaint is not cleared some somethings of your DEO and duty lineman .

                    We have a landline telephone connection under Mooday exchange with telephone number[protected] has not been working from june 2010. We registered a complaint in june 2010 itself.Several times we had chat with concerned line man and JTO.But i think that was not the way a person like JTO should behave to the customer. i feel really dispponted to say that these people are absolutely irresponsible,inefficient and unproffesionalist. If it was one or two months we can understand that it may be because of lack of number of employees or large number faults reported. I expect a proffesionalist approach from your side. So i request you to take the neccessary steps in urgent basis to rectify this issue. Waiting for kind reply an immediate action from your side

                      broadband connection obtained on 15.08.08 under 500 c plan.On opening of computer one has to dial like dial up connection and on dialing with password, error message 676-line is busy is common.despite complianing on several occassions it is not rectified.person visitng for repairs lacks proper skills/knowledge.please take up the matter

                      sir from about a week, i am facing severe prblem of disconnected broadcasting in bsnl broadband services.

                      the flickering DSL led is either because of your weak line wire strength or the absence of a splitter. all telephones need to be connected after the splitter.

                      BSNL — No Connectivity

                      I have BSNL mobile connection for last two years. i used ADD-ON post paid connection.
                      I stay at near Water tank, Chandannagar, Pune-Nagar road area.
                      In our area connectivity is the big problem. I stay at ground floor and i put my phone in window for range.
                      and for receiving any call i have to go to outside the home.
                      Can BSNL not have to give good service like IDEA, AIRTEL or any other competetor.
                      other network given full range anywhere in my home...? then why not BSNL

                      BUT SIR, I AM GOING TO PAY FOR THE CONNECTION, BUT STILL THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME THE CONNECTION. ITS VERY URGENT FOR ME TO HAVE A BROAD BAND CONNECTION AS I WORK WITH STOCK MARKET. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO GO THE CYBER CAFE AND REGULAR CHECK THE STOCK MARKET STATUS BECAUSE IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR ME.

                      BSNL Broadband — BSNL not providing speed

                      I am using Bsnl Broadband BB Home UL 750+ plan for that they have to provide 512kbps but providing 217kbps only.

                      Yesterday the download speed is below 10kbps and upload speed is 30, so i complained to bsnl customer care they said for 512 download speed must be 512/8=64 and upload speed must be 512/4=128kbps and registered a complaint (complaint no:[protected].

                      After complaint it is somewhat corrected but not providing as per the plan. Today i checked the bandwidth speed in bsnl website itself and that picture is attached as a evidence of bsnl not providing a sufficient service.

                      So, I kindly request you to take action for providing sufficient service as per the plan.

                      "Starting from February 1st, 2012, BSNL Broadband users under plan BB Home ULD 750 and BB Home Combo ULD 750 will get increased 1 Mbps Speed up to 6 GB Data usage and thereafter 512 Kbps for Unlimited usage at same price."
                      I have taken broad connection for the last two years. But the speed is not got as stated above in yoiur publication
                      The speed is very slow in my connection through my land line Phone No. 220952 in Nagercoil BSNL Circle and i have suffered much to getting very slow speed.
                      Please arrange to rectify the defects urgently

                        Dear Sir, On 31.12.2010 I received two SMS messages in my Mobile Phone bearing No.91-[protected] one from No.56505 thanking me for subsribing GOVT JOBSPacks and intimating me to have been charged Rs.20 for 31 Days and for deactivation, CAN GOVT to 56505. The other message is from NO.56505020 again thanking me for subsribing GOVT JOBS and intimating me to have been charged Rs.20 for a month besides advising me to SMSHELP SUB to 56505 for other exciting subscription packs details. Rs.40/- has been deducted from my prepaid mobile account arbitrarily and unauthorisedly even though I did not make any such subscription to either of the said numbers. I am a retired person and a senior citizen. Kindly do the needful for the redressal of my grievence and refund of the amount illegally deducted from my account.

                          Hi dude. I mysel[censored]se Airtel GPRS/EDGE service with Nokia mobile. It is the best combo. Airtel is the best in wireless internet service ane Nokia mobiles are best to use with computers with the all new PC Suite 7. So get both the handset and airtel sim ane enjoy. It gives me about 50-80 Kbps speed with my Core2Duo powered HP laptop over the commonly available EDGE network. Best of luck.

                            i am a very old user of BSNL landline phone...no. is 2585677 in amritsar...
                            from last two years there is noise disturbance in my phone line.....i have compliant about it lot of time in BSNL nearest exchange.... but all in vain...at every time they told me this time your problem will sort out but nothing is happened......
                            i have also broadband connection on this no...and due to that humming the connection breaks after few seconds.....i have also registered complaints about this in there 198 no....
                            the customer care nos. of BSNL are all fake...
                            the people sitting there are very helpless have no knowledge about our quarries, they are only there to write down our complaints in there note books...and nothing will happen to their writings..
                            so....now i really want to get rid from the word BSNL....
                            so please help me in disconnect with BSNL permanently...

                              Hi Team,

                              I requested for a BSNL Broadband connection through the Customer care number[protected] on 28-Dec-2010. The person came to my place #54, 1st main, 4th Cross, New Ext. Shambhog Colony, Yemlur, Bangalore-37.

                              A person from BSNL office took the payment for Rs. 2650 on 29-Dec-2010 & filled the application form. He gave me a work order no. 36492. The number he has given for enquiry are not working.

                              The customer care people are not answering properly. The disconnect the call without proper Info.

                                I had applied for a bsnl landline connection in october 2010. The line which i was allotted, 26763045, is very noisy from the first day of installation. One can not make any calls with this connection as nothing is audible. I complained several times to officials at different levels but did not get any resolution. The lineman says the box is faulty and as and when he will receive order to change the box, it will be solved. Now the question is who will replace the box and when? Me or the BSNL authorities? It has been passed more than 2 months and I am yet to get my problem solved. My landline is as good as absent.
                                Even our bsnl lanline is as good as absent, since 2 months we cannot use it, if anybody calls, we ask them to disconnect n we call from our mobile.so we are paying for both mobile n landline. But what's the point in keeping bsnl landline? we also complained several time about too much noise at different levels, but they are not bothered at all.BSNL service is totally disgusting.so what should we do, the better option is disconnect bsnl. but one thing before disconnecting we should go to consumer court with the proof n we have to teach lesson for them.

                                      complaints against not opening of EPF account till date .We are the employe of BSNL ara since 2002 and also EPF is deducted since this time but till todey we are not getting my EPF account No and also balance sheet. After approching several time office only one answer we get that EPF office wants money and no solution at all till date . I also know where is my money and is we get employer contribution and interest on my deducted money or not. pls help me.

                                        I am getting lots of marketing calls in a day [ while driving; while in a meeting,... ] - 20 to 30 useless calls & SMS

                                        I have requested BSNL cellone to activiate my Mobile No. in the Do not call [ DNC ] list to get rid of this calls through SMS No. provided in the BSNL Cellone website for this complaint

                                        I registered in SMS 3 months before as per their directions; i got only acknowledge from them but still i keep getting calls

                                        Subsequently i registered 10 days before also but still i get only acknowledgement but no action taken
