My landline connection, coming under medical college exchange, works for 2 weeks and does not work for the next 1 month or more than that. As usual I raise complaint, there won't be anyone coming to our house... I usually see the "line men" in our area and informs them about the complaint that I raised. Though people are at home after 1 PM, these guys complain that whenever they come, there is no one at home. If they say they will come on a particular day ,I can take a leave from office and wait for them (It's a shame on any service provider to make me write this).
I basically took the BSNL 500C plan for awailing the telephone and internet facility for personal and official purposes. If the connection does not work continuously for 4 weeks (this has been happening repeatedly), why would someone stick on to BSNL? I have decided that I will not hold on to BSNL landline or broadband anymore. I had been wasting 500+ bucks every month.
I very well know the reason for this poor service. I've not given any pocket money for the people who came for the service during the last 2 times. And I am not willing to... I'd been to places outside India, and I know what customer service is... I will stick on to private service providers than bribing people.
My landline BSNL number[protected]/2732335 both phone dead since one month and Many times registering complaints it has not been attended by BSNL authorities of Chandigarh .
