BSNL dehradun Internet — internet not working properly

i have taken bsnl boradband dataone connection.It is not working properly from months.it suddenly loses connection and all work is lost.SO due to this facing a very big problem. I have complained many times but no action would taken from that side.

sir i have taken bsnl boradband commercial connection.It is working properly.but only orkut site is not working properly SO due to this facing a very big problem in this site .when we opened the site this type of message i have seen orkut is banned this is restricted SAM in three days .sir please and please take some action please check my i p adress.

sir, my internet connection is not working properly, there is a problem of internet disconection after every 5 -10 minutes.kindly sove my problem my telephone no is 2676786.

More than a week ago, i take internet connection of nic card no. [protected] but till now my card is not activated, so kindly plz activate it

Our Broadband provided on tel. 2434305 is not working proerly. Inspite of many a complaints in writing to Rishikesh exchange nothing is done so far.
Please sort out early

I have broadband connection at home last month my usage is pretty high after paying the bill of Rs 19000/- my modem was not working (NO link) after reminding to bsnl no(197) so many times but no response my complaint no 56123 dated 7/11/2009, I heard somewhere if your phone complaints was not solved in 3 days after registering then the telecom Company is not liable to raise invoice for that month according to TRI. today I am going to post a letter under RTI, my telephone number is[protected], If this site really works please solve the problem.

Please my broadband plan chenge from250 To 750+ ul unlimited. I have already submited plan chenge form on 30/11/09 but this plan not chenge as yet.

I have a connection of nic card. it is so slow. we can nt surfing properly.every five minute the srver problem.

Im not getting my Bill for Broadabnd connection for telepohe no. 2770147, only the IVRS system is telling to deposit the bill. Pl ensure that the bill is delivered well in time to the addressee.

beening pro govmt organisation. no one is willing to work from top to bottem. no one dare scolding any BSNL staff problme will not resolve. if you brive the staff . the action will be taken immidiatly. i am facing problme with my no[protected] since last 5 days the is no soloultion my phone is dead. broadban not working properly.

I have complained many times but no action would taken from that side.sir i am college going student its very difficult to the bill without nay uses so sir please and please take some action. The internet is slow. But it need fast. Excuse me. You can check up internet after send my computer power in fastly.
