I am in VENNELA PLUS plan, I have recharged Rs 45, to active 1p/sec pulse on 8th Nov' 09.
Talking to customer care person, they told that it will be active within 24 hrs, but still not activated or not came any balance.
Please do something for me.

RESPECTED SIR ,i have a broadband connection and in october ,i saw that there is a column in which it is written "september unbilled data" now this data is added in my october bill and thus it is beyond my free usage limit so i have to pay for that ,while i have free usage data left in september . so why i should i pay it in october.
And above all if BSNL donot carry unused free data to next month then why they are carrying used data to next month.

I am very upset while using BSNL Online Mobile Bill Payment Option. When I want to see my short bill while clicking View/Pay Option its never open the next window. only shows in the bottom JAVASCRIPT"Invoice no" "Mobile no" this window never function properly and I am compelled to go to near BSNL Office and deposit mobile bill standing in between huge crowd.
My another complaint is that I am working in Allahabad High Court and in court corridor BSNL Mobile did not work. if you want to talk in emergency in High Court campus; you will be completely helpless if you have bsnl mobile only redialing, redialing and redialing nothing more. I have been made complaint to nearest bsnl office several times but they only said that due to over rush in High Court that's why mobile did not work. Really I am completely fed up about BSNL. They all are shameless. I think that BSNL have no enthusiasm to challenge others service providers.

Hi,

Excess money is getting deducted from my CellOne pre-paid nuber: [protected].
Overnight I see money is getting deducted for no reason.
I have not subscribed for any services and all that has been verified.

I had call call center number [protected] hundred times and reported this complaint.
The only response I get from them is "SERVER IS DOWN CALL AFTER 1 HOUR"
Such a stupid online support.

I had requested many times for last 4 months billing report and requested them to verify when their server comes-up (if at all that happens).
But I never got a response.
A complaint is also opened recently, that I could do after 3-4 weeks of constant follow-up.
Complaint# KT[protected].

Can someone help me in getting last 4 months billing details atleast so that I can take the necessary next steps toclaim my money (which is not less than 600 to 800 Rs.)?

for the past three months the amount is deducted for the Mobile radio but i didnt offer any mobilr radio facilities. kindly look in too. and cancel the mobile radio option.

BSNL — BSNL landline application given, waiting...waiting....and still waiting

I applied for a BSNL landline and broadband in the month of Feb'2008 & paid Rs.500.

I got WLL in the month of July 2008, saying no cable. Now even though few other apartments in my flat got their landline connection I am waiting...

Their customer care people are either stupid or kings!

Their JE in Kilkattalai area, Chennai is acting like a KING! He can only give whenever he feels like. GREAT !

India's Navarathna - BSNL??? Superb!!!

I applied for an BSNL WLL phone with broadband in Avadi Telephone Exchange. WLL phone has been installed but the offficials have not given me the required installation CD and username, password for internet. None of them in that office know about this WLL phone broadband and they are refusing to give me any such CD and usename password.Now the phone is idle in my house and is am not able to use the internet.

First open the msg in inbox, then through msg address (wap address) go to the website of indiatimes on that page (on the lower part of the page), click it. You will go to home page of indiatimes, At this page select your subscription and in a new page at the bottom unsubscription option will be there. Click it. In a new page you will be asked (yes/ want to continue), click yes, Then in a new page-----you have successfully unsubscribed …… (Your subscription name)………… disconnect from the web. After that your are free………………………&hel...⇄
There is other way to get out of it, but I am not sure, but looking at the war-bsnl link and working style it may be fruitful. so you should first disconnect GPRS, again connect gprs after some days with a new mobile handset to change the setting….. Change your access point also……….hope that you will be benefited from my suggestions.

i am a MTNL customer. i had activated GPRS of MTNL. On 09/04/2010, I have received the message from +[protected] "thanks 4 subscribing to unlimited pack. Your total cost is Rs. 30." and the message that 'the last sms was charged Rs. 30/-. I did not subscribe to any services nor did i send any such sms.i received this sms twice in the day and i loosen Rs. 60. I am using bsnl evdo for the past 45days. I am getting speed less than 100kbps. BSNL Evdo — No speed and range

I got an EVDO connection from BSNL. I am residing at trivandrum and according to BSNL authorities they have got EVDO towers at Vellayambalam which is barely about 500ms from my residence. Now I am getting only speeds up to about 7 kb/ps compared to the promised 2.4Mb/ps.

I am using BSNL EVDO from December 2009 onwards in bangalore.
I never got a speed of more than 200kbps till now, downloads max abt 5kbps.

Also while roaming it is showing error like "Coudnot connect: remote computer doesnt respond". SOit is unusable on roaming.

As with my experience, the connection is a 100% waste.
Better dont take the EVDO connection

BSNL EVDO is said to provide speed upto 2.1 MBps but since last six months i have never seen speed above 750 kbps. Aparts from that network failure is like a day routine. Story even dose not ends here, when you make a call for complaint or any inquiry its garnteed that you will not get proper reply or even they will not not anwser the call. Being a goverment Company employees of the company has no value for their clients. For making payment of the bills there is no proper arrangements. You are supposed to visit their offices which no one wants to do in these days.

Sir,
My mobile no is [protected] today 29.10.2010 at time 05.04.15 I have received a message from DM-LUCK WINNER! [protected] is chosen for $2500 CASH prize,call [protected] now.
I have make call to that above mention number the dial tone asked language to choose and my number and all tone repeats my number again finally their no person to response tone repeated after five minutes i have disconnected my balance is reduced Rs 60.00 . this is a kind of one theft, now i am personally disturbed .
and, I make a call to customer service BSNL [protected] they answered me they not even have the records of your call made to that number finally the lady diverted the call to executive officer for response , I have waited for 10minutes no person from customer service has responded.
since one of my INDIAN CITIZENS money should not be theft-ed by these kind of faulty messages , pls give a good suggestion to me, where i want to register my complaint

i purchased evdo device on last november'2010, i m satisfy with its perfomance, speed is good...but the quality of device is very poor and also there is no replacement nor repairing provision...ones its problem then you have to repurchase it thats too in higher price compare to tataindicom or reliance net...customer service is also very poor.

I have been using Broad Band more than a year and have faced several problems relating to : low speed, billing problem, lost connection, sometime Broad Band not working for 1 month after payment of bill, sometimes unable to download, low server,
... ... At first we stared off with the 250 plan . Our first using of it was satisfied because the billing was just 250 RS . But on the next month we were off to Delhi and when the bill came it was more then 2, 000 Rs, and when we complained to our BSNL exchange they said that we must have downloaded something so the bill came so much . This happened on many months, until we finally decided o start of with the 750 Unlimited Home Plan . And so again a problem occurred . As we all know that when we shift to 750 plan we have to do advance payment, so we did . But the month it was to be a 750 plan and still even after advance payment we did not receive the 750 plan instead we did not even receive the 250 plan . The net was not even working . And even this time when we complained to our BSNL exchange they said that we did late payment so our net was not working . But when we told them that we did payment when they asked, they said that there might be a billing
problem . And yet that wasn't over when we received another problem relating to bill problems . It happened so that when we paid advanced payment for the 750 plan i came again in the bill . So because of that we are still paying 750 advance and also 750 in the bill . And even now they don't allow us to be in peace as even now if we download anything it is not downloading and the speed is very, very low and every after 2 minutes the server is lost... ... Even in writing this letter and posting it i became mad to type so much and connect the server every time it get's disconnected ... ... From my side Broad Band is the worst server ever ... ... ... .

Myself G.Govindarajan, Tel No:[protected]. from Panipat Refinery Township, writing my difficulties to you. My Telephone connection having Broadband facilitiy also. This situated in Panipat Refinery Township In the name of DADLANA Exchange/PANIPAT.

From 14.09.2010. Onwards my telephone and BROADBAND also not working. I contacted concerned JTO/SDO thru Telephone, I described my problem. I also visited DADLANA EXCHANGE. Their Mr.Ramesh checked my connection in board. He told as “the connection disconnected from PANIPAT”. Then I approached PANIPAT BSNL officials by telephone (2631000/2630700/2681000). The officials are told my connection was disconnected due to “shifting of telephone, not updated in computer”.

I shifted my telephone on 17.07.2010, by getting PROPER ORDER form PANIPAT OFFICE and shifted new residence. From, 19.07.2010 onwards my Telephone/Broadband connection was working in good condition. After 14.09.2010 only my connection disconnected. I contacted concerned JTO/SDO so many times thru mobile, then On 18.09.2010. evening 15.00 hrs the LANDLINE CONNCECTION ONLY restored. But still my BROADBAND not rectified. My BROADBAND connection is UNLIMITED HOME COMBO Plan. What is use of only telephone connection service. Then, I approached the JTO/SDO BSNL regarding BROADBAND service, they told to me approach the customer care at PANIPAT. It’s disgraceful that a company as big as BSNL is not able to get it rectified. It’s a shame that the connectivity is bad and there is absolutely no redressal of the problem and this is display of absolute slackness, which is least accepted from a company like BSNL.

Please take the action immediately as soon as possible.

broadband modem type-IV — connection is not yet given

I have filled an application for BSNL broadband services on[protected] on the plan 500C choosing modem of type IV. It is nearing one month. Still I did not get the connection. The authorities say, it will take time. They do not know, when they would be able to provide type-IV modem. Some of them do not know about the type-IV modem.
I doubt, if the authorities are putting up minimum efforts to procure the type-IV modem.

My BSNL prepaid mobile no.is [protected].Last 3 times when i have recharged my balance with topup coupons of Rs.55/- my balance is becoming zero in just 2 or 3 days without i have call for the amount.Then I asked to customer service center for the reason.I got answer that the charge is for GPRS facility.But I Have No GPRS facility in my phone as I have purchased new phone nokia 2700 on 21-10-09 & there after i have recharged on 22-10,24-10 & 28-10-09 & there after these charges are deducted.I have contacted to Bhuj BSNL office & given a written complaint for this & shown my mobile to them.But they had accepted the complaint & said that they will send to it Ahmedabad.& they didnot give me acknowledgement for the complaint.I had wronly debited for Rs.150/-.

Please do the needful to get me refund.

i am a bsnl prepaid user . i recived a sms from bsnl then i read they put a free caller tune for one month and 1 day before to over 1 month i recvived a sms again from bsnl they wrote me "your free caller tune over tomarrow i[censored] want continue this serivce then reply " but i didn't reply and next day again i recived a sms and they wrote me "your call tune extended and cut 12rs from my account."

I'm using a Nokia 3110 C set and had a postpaid GPRS connection earlier. Then I had no problem with using GPRS and even with Opera Mini, GMail, Yahoo Go! etc.

But recently I have migrated from post-paid connection to a pre-paid connection keeping my phone number same ([protected]).

I've downloaded the required settings for BSNL EGPRS, BSNL EMMS, BSNL streaming etc from this link http://www.cellone.in/cellone_msp.htm.

I've also activated my GPRS service by sending required SMS to BSNL but, I can not access GPRS anymore.

Kindly help.

Sir,

I want to activate GPRS on my cell. I sent sms as per your instructions to 3733. Furhter, Iam not getting how to download the settings. Didn’t get any help from BSNL website and customer care service is pathetic.

When I enter the option to talk to costumer care associate, the computer generated response just tells to hold on and then goes on telling their new services which continues for as long as 20 minutes but still no one attends the call.

i have a Nokia 3310 classic handset and a BSNL prepaid connection. Though i can surf internet through my handset, i am not able to do so in my pc through bluetooth device or data cable. NO proper coverage in Madurai for EVDO data card. They roaming free in TN, KERALA, AP AND KARNATAKA, but proper coverage in chennai itself. bsnl website also does not show coverage details. bsnl is misleading its customers.
