BSNL Excel Prepaid — NO GPRS Connectivity | |||
I am using a BSNL East (Jharkhand) Excel number (+91-[protected]) with 3G facility on my Nokia 6500 slide handset since last couple of years. I have been using its BSNL Excel GPRS facility for my Mobile Banking, Air/Ral Ticket Booking, Email and other net-dependent applications through my mobile phone. You can very well undertand my dependability on availability of internet through Mobile GPRS. Now, since 17.08.10, the GPRS connectivity to my number stopped functioning, and error like " Packet Data Connectivity not available" and "Link not avilable" stared appearing on my handset screen when tried to connect the net. I waited for couple of days thinking that it may be temporary network problem but finally I lodged a complain thorugh Customer Care on 20.0810 (no. 5889049). On 23.08.10, one fellow from Customer Care rang me up and suggested few settings change and assured that the GPRS connectivity will now work. But unfortumately, nothing happened and same old error kept coming on my handset's screen. I have already downloaded the latest settings from BSNL viz bsnllive, bsnlnet, bsnlmms and bsnlstream but these settings als are not of any help. Strangly, when I tried to connect through another BSNL prepaid SIM, the GPRS connectivity worked properly. Therefore, it seems that somehow my no. has been deactivated for GPRS connectivity by BSNL. Since last two weeks I am not able use the BSNL GPRS services and ny daily activity is being affrected by the BSNL GPRS mess. I am looking forward to anyone who can help me out of this MESS. BSNL Prepaid — low connectivity
I am using BSNL prepaid service in eastern Uttar Pradesh, When I make a call it will disconnected after few second, sometimes its say network busy but money deducted every time.Thats why I have to pay unnecessary money.Please take necessary action. I want to unsubscribe mobile radio service on my no - connection in my mobile.[protected] have been done till date hundreds of times i talked to customer care but no action has been taken till now. ireqest u to take quick action and unsuscribe service on my mobile soon...thank u.

BSNL Excel — regarding gprs
I have taken the unlimited gprs pack worth Rs 152 for one month but if i use gprs, company charges for surfing from my account. i ve send GPRSE to53733 before a long time but it not activate yet.also comlaint at c care for many time.plz gat connected soon thx.

BSNL Prepaid — gprs connection
i want to have gprs connection in my mobile.I had send a sms GPRSE to 53733 three times on[protected], 6-4-2008 and on[protected]. no settings have been sent till now. hundreds of times i talked to customer care but no action has been taken till now. ireqest u to take quick action and activate gprs connection on my mobile soon...thank u.
