Dear sir,
I have requested to shift my connection to my new home at 4/218,Chitrakoot, vaishali nagar, jaipur from my old rented place 8/42, Vidhyadhar Nagar, jaipur.
I registered my request on 22-july-2010, and till today their is no action from your side.
Since the working hour of Vaishali nager is so odd, that i have to take half day leaf from my job, I prefer the online BSNL Customer Care Portal.
their it shows that my connection is inactive.
when i go to Track MY Service Requet It shows that the Service Order Created has been issued on 22-July-2010 itself.
and the new telephone no. has also been issued.
I have tried to contact my nearest exchange at vaishali nagar, but they say that they don't have free line in my lane. Don't know how true it is or do they want any bribe to get the installation done.
i have already paid 1yr. advance for my Broadband connection on for it. and its more than a month and its still not installed at my new place, and i have to keep paying the bill.
plz somene help me inn this regard what to do, should i pay the bill nor not.

BSNL Excel — Wrong deduction from my mobile Balance
Dear Sir,I am having BSNL mobile Excel prepaid connection No. [protected]. I have opted for Rs 606/- power for free STD to any BSNL Landline or mobile all over India scheme which is valid for One Month. I have duly recharged my connection with Rs. 606/- on 2/12/2009.
But form today whenever I am dialling from my number to any BSNL number outside BIhar a deduction of .50 paise per minute is made in my account. I am unable to understand this, since I am having validity till 1/1/2010.
Please look into the matter rectify this at the earliest as it has already caused monetary loss inspite of paying for Power voucher.
The Call Centre Executive of BSNL gave me Complaint # 3932932 and told that the problem has been resolved and no future deductions will be made next BSNL To BSNL STD Landline/Mobile calls, but unfortunately and to my utmost surprise amount is being deducte from my mobile balance. This is reallyvery bad state of affairs.
