Dear Sir
I am having 8 mobile and 4 Landline connections of BSNL. The call drop rate is very high, teh connectivity rate is very very poor. Inspite of lodging several complaints, no one is botehred to solve the problem. If a call is made from BSNL landline to a BSNL mobile, it nevr gets connected. I have to disconnect it and recall again. Then it gets connected. Range is a very big problem.
Can u help me in solving this problem, if yes i shall be exremely grateful.
Actually thing of cancelling all BSNL Landline and Mobile Nos.
Absolutely hopeless and classless system. No words to express my pains.

BSNL — Humshakal service
Sir,i am the suscriber of bsnl postpaid from last 6 years.my mobile number is [protected].
From last three months i am receving the sms from on my mobile from number[protected] that your Thanks for using our Hamshakal your Service has been renewed Rs.10 charged.i dont know what is the Hamshakal service neither i am using.
I have brought this complaint in the notice of Customer care they ensure me your complaint has been lodged and the said service has been deactivated.
But this process is continued till date and every month Rs.10 is charged to me and also every month i am loding the complaint but no action has been taken sofar.
It is clearly that bsnl is cheating to the customers and also customer care not discharging the duties according to the customers satisfaction.
today on 20th September 2010 i have again lodged the complaint under complaint docket number given by bsnl customer care is as I[protected].
