I have recently purchased BSNL EVDO 3G data card. I’m from MP Balaghat but presently staying in Pune for my studies.

BSNL is supposed to provide above 2 Mbps speed in my plan(750 per month, Unlimited).

But from the very first day, I’m facing loads of issues. The primary one is the speed.I’m not at all getting an average speed.

It’s working like a dial up connection. I’ve to wait for 5-10 minutes sometimes just to open a Yahoo mail web page.

Note:I’m getting full signal ,at least 4 bars of signal if not full in my locality that too after sitting at corridor.

The signal strength becomes zero inside my room. Whereas other network users like reliance and tata photon don’t have any problem in accessing the network from their room.


i went to EVDO exchange too day before yesterday.There one madam did some minor changes in the setting but the situation has not improved a bit.

I have decided to stop using BSNL service and more and will opt for Reliance data card.

    I am using BSNL Bb service since last year for home use,My average usage bill for BB use is Rs 400 to 500, For Aug 2010 I received Bill of BB usage Rs 9331.03 This is too much while my computer was off for 15 Days in this month. Even syber cafe Bb connection will not have such huge bill , I have not downloaded much matters during this period. My request is somebody misusing my connection in co-ordination with BSNL employees, Or How can I jet my right bill ?       Sir,

      i have BSNL pre-paid mobile with number [protected] it is 3G Number

      i changed Airtel to BSNL only for 3G

      but the are not activating the DND Services i have this number from last 8 months
      i send the sms to 1909 with text of "START DND" they Replay me as
      " Dear Customer we received your request for DNC (do not call) Service Please wait for conformation Message with Registration Number - Cellone "

      if i call to 1909 and conform to activate to DND it is all so Telling same "

      tihis all process running from 8 Month

      and always i receive number of recorded call and SMS

      if i call to customer care and they don't give any replay and cut the call

      the customer care people not answering every call properly they answering and put the call in hold
      it takes minimum 10 times talk to customer care executive

      the bsnl services is worst of worst

      Please take any action on that nasty fallows

      BSNL — Nasty service

      I am a regular BSNL, here in VASI AND NALASOPARA its a regular problem for Broadband and 3G. weeks and weeks no connection of 3G, Broadband lines are not there, the reason is Cable got cut some where near by the bsnl authories, workers often goes on strike, 3g signal are not there, What to do, IF government acts such thing then its a shame on them.....pls change the system...

        from 10 days i suffer very much.
        my telephone line's wire is damaged from so many places so please try to exchange a old wire with new wire.
        I am myself Amrat Bar, in the month of April I had purchased CUG connection of BSNL postpaid then within 15 days I lost myu wallet including SIM cards of BSNL, So I immeditelly called customer care executive & informed my problem then executive replied that he would stop my connections & I dont need to contact anybody else.But few days back I received notice & bill of Rs. 1000 threating of legal actions. So I am confused now regarding this issue because costomer care executive had had told me so I did not contact telephone exchange & now i am stucked in legal notice.

        my landline no. is 22745089 is not working last 25 days and we are complaint so many bsnl no. and some body not receive the phone and i am business men so how can do business my customer misunderstand my co. is closed. In bsnl our area men only interested diwali bonus not for working. so this is government service. so many customer of bsnl they used private phone but bsnl are not interested solve the complaint.

          My land line[protected] goes out of order very frequently since last 6 months. Complaints were given No positive response, complaints gets registered but never attended. I use this line for my Broad band(BSNL) very rately use for making calls. In my absence this is the only communication facility for my age old father and mother in case of any emergencies. It is very painful to note the negligene of the dept., I believed BSNL is the best for a common man like me that is the reason I use it almost for past 35 years. My mobile landline broad band all from BSNL. The poor service force me to look for an alternate service provided. Will BSNL respect their customer complaints seriously.

            On my number CRBT service activated automatically . So I have given SMS UNSUB ALL to 56700 and also registerd complain in Customer Care To deactivate this services on my number.
            But none this way is working.

              Dear Sir

              I am having 8 mobile and 4 Landline connections of BSNL. The call drop rate is very high, teh connectivity rate is very very poor. Inspite of lodging several complaints, no one is botehred to solve the problem. If a call is made from BSNL landline to a BSNL mobile, it nevr gets connected. I have to disconnect it and recall again. Then it gets connected. Range is a very big problem.
              Can u help me in solving...

              on[protected] an amount of rs.19/= has been deducted from my balance amount in bsnl prepaid service from phone [protected] without my consent as i have not opted for any vas(value added service) no remedial action from customer care centre.. request that the deducted amount to be credited to my phone number forthwith .

                A tower has been installed at the exchange without due consideration for traffic and income.The exchange is about 5 Kms from the main road in a hilly area without population and probably a losing proposition for BSNL. On the other hand if they had a tower at the Hutti town which is on the main road ( a state high way) then it would have been better for the BSNL company.
                I believe that BSNL in Kerala thinks of all these parameters and just not blindly erect the tower were the exchange is.This is a genuine feed back, and I think the BSNL people in Karnataka should tie their laces and gear up for the future.

                  Dear Sir,

                  My landline no. 26572262 on which I have a landline and broadband connection. The landline is not been working for the last 10 days and the broadband has not been working since 31st Aug 2010. I have lodged several complaints with department and so far there has not been a solution to this.

                  With my broadband I have repeated problems were the light keeps on blinking in the DSL and Internet indicator in the Nokia Siemens Wireless Modem.

                  First I had sent an to the new SMS complaint facility on 24th Aug 2010 and I got a message saying my complaint has been registered with the Docket No. 59104119 and the next day I got a call saying a person would visit my home and check the issue. But nobody visited my home to check the same.

                  Later on 28th of August 2010 I received a call from the department asking the type of OS I am using and the modem type. When I had informed them that its a wireless modem they lady said there could be problem with wireless modem or with power adaptor that came with the modem. As they have received quite a few complaints like this in some of the cases they have either replaced the modem or the adaptor.
                  She also confirmed that she will check internally and do the needful. But till date nothing has happened.

                  When I sent the SMS again, I received a message with a Docket No. 59105234 dated 30th Aug 2010 saying the complaint is pending with external.

                  Later I had also called the Nodal Officer on 13th and 14th (on the numbers [protected] & [protected] ) given on BSNL Grievance Redressal and registered a complaint and always there was a standard reply saying will check and resolve the issue. I had also mentioned that when anyone calls me on my landline they are able to hear the ringing sound.

                  Till now there has not been any improvement on the status. My landline and the broadband is totally dead for the last 15 days.

                    My BSNL broadband no 24883081 has not been working since 1st Sept 2010. Inspite of regular visits to the Behala exchange and registering complaints on 1504 and 1500, my broadband modem has not been changed. A technician had come to address the problem on 6th Sept and had said that the modem is faulty and needs to be changed. Nothing has happened since then. I am fed up with BSNL and its poor service.

                        I had taken the BSNL Broadband internet connection on 25th March 2010 and it's not working since then. Requested to Rajendra Nagar office ,Bareilly to look into matter but nobody could solve the problem.Persons contacted for the problem are Mr Arora,Mr Kalra, Mr Gangwar (SDO). It has been almost 5 months since I have taken the connection and it did not work even for single day. Every time time I got the same answer that there is a problem with Line and no body further looks into the problem. Please help.

                          Someone else may be misusing my connection.

                                My number is [protected]. I am a user of BSNL mobile SIM. For the past 12 days, the SIM is not reachable. I am neither able to receive calls no dial to anyone. I tried to reach costumer care number many times but like others, that number too was unreachable. however, I called them up by another BSNL number but they didn't heed my complaint. Instead, kept delaying it for 1 long hour. I am facing a lot of inconvenience because of this nuisance. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                  i register my complaint in bsnl service in 198 in 10days before but dont reply me also no service providing me for recover my problem in landline.They stop my outgoing local calls for STOP outgoing service but BSNL charge me outgoing call rate in my bill
                                  & when i registered compliant for staring my outgoing calls they cant replay or never started my outgoing service.

                                    I am a user of BSNL service provider. Since the last 10 days, I am unable to send and receive calls. The customer care number is most of the times not reachable like all others. I however called them up using another BSNL number but they just ignored the complaint and kept on procrastinating for one long hour. Irritated, I cut the phone. Even after this, no rectification has been made by them.

                                      I had purchased BSNL3G USB for internet usage but no network is available in my locality for which i have made several complaints as after purchasing your product no services are being rendered by your company although your company provides slogan in advertisements that network is avilable everywhere. I fell cheated as along with me several other consumers of our locality have purchased aforementioned product but they also fell cheated because of no network we are unable to surf the internet. It is ridiculous that telephone exchange is just in front of our house yet we are being deprived off facility offered by your company.
                                      Kindly look into my greviance and take necessary action.

                                      I am facing the same problem. But the difference is that i was getting 3G signals in 1st 2 months after purchase i.e. (June-July) and the downloading speed was also good (30 kb/sec). after that i cannot get 3G Signal. I can connect only through GPRS Mode. Which is too slow in speed.

                                      I think at start i was getting 3G signals from another area which has gone slow down later. In actual there is no 3G facility in my locality.

                                      It seems my money goes wasted... the only solution of this is to sale it to anybody...
