[Resolved] BSNL Ghaziabad U.p. — Fault in the landline telephone connections

The BSNL telephone nos.[protected] and[protected] installed at our residence are giving frequent problems. The noise in the no. 2782566 is so much that it is almost impossible to communicate with the person on the other line. Despite lodging complaints on BSNL computerized no. 198, no action has been taken by BSNL. In case noise in this line is not rectified soon, I will surrender the BSNL telephone and get a landline connection from some private operator like Airtel. The other no. 2720458 is dead for the past 2 days. It seems that BSNL has decided not to improve the work culture in the organization despite changed business scenario.
