1. Logged complaint no. B596 Dated 16 May'09. No action taken so far.
2. On 21 May, 09 - checked the status of previous complaint made. Surprise - it was deleted without attending the complaint. Re-complaint made on 21 May'09. Complaint No. B772 or B442 or B742.

3. Note :- During automatic complaint lodging, announcing time gap between two digits of a complaint number is too less. hence announcing number is not clear to the public listening it.

My internet and landline phone[protected] are not working since 10 days.. Cable is been disconnected. Pls fix the problem soon.

Dear Sir,

My Land line telephone of no.[protected] is frequentely stops its working.In last one month it happens 6 times,Every time I am complainds with the local authority on phone no [protected],after that they are attainding it & again it stops the working on the same day or in a day or two while at that time when phone become dead The Internate works properly.This also I communicated to the concern authorities.roday Also they had attainded the phone but again it has become dead & cross connection also occuring with the phone no[protected]Probably)

requested to please look in the matter & solve the problem permanentely.

i have new connection purchase from bsnl office but it is not work properly . it has 2 ago i have received telephone but i have form feelup time so long about 1 month and now my bsnl telephone is dead . it is not work properly.
