[Resolved]  BSNL / Handygo Fever — Unsubscription

Sir my mobile no. is [protected]. Every eighth day i get a message ' your fever services will get renewed in next two days.' Then Rs eight get cut in next two days. This has happened several times. I am not using this service. Pliz unsubscribe this service. On sending message 'unsubfever' to 55678 as directed to unsubscribe at the time of deduction I get the response' temporary problem. Plz try later' and Rs two get cut for sending message to 55678. This is sheer cheating. I have also lodged this complaint on[protected] on this url but nothing has been done so far. Either unsubscribe this service immediately or i will be compelled to take this matter to consumer court.

Same problem I am facing from 2nd of August 2010 till today 8th of September I lodge many complaints but all in vain I got fake promises and wrong information from BSNL I am fed up as I lost 50 Rs. And my valued time in complaining. They put my calls on hold for more than 30 minutes I am planning to leave my number BSNL is going to lost their valued customer soon

My mobile no is [protected]. Every week Rs.10 is deducted from my account stating that I am using handygo/bsnl/combostreet. But I have not subscribed to this service. So please unsubscribe this service and reimburse the previously deducted amounts.
