    sir, I had recharged my BSNL NO [protected] by 11rs. sms pack( provides 1100 sms for 7 days) on 11/05/2010 which was valid till 18/05/2010. But only 110 sms I have done till 15/05, after that my main balance was deducted.soon after I have complained to bsnl (complain no 5395781). I was informed that it will o.k. soon. daily I have reminded BSNL about that problem but no positive response is there. sir, its neither the matter of only 11rs. nor of only one people. Its the matter of many people who is the customer of our public sector company bsnl. its costomer care picks up the call minimum after half an hour and without satisfying the customer disconnects the call. sir, if possible then please look into matter. its for whole India.

        I AM HAVING LAND LINE CONNECTION OF BSNL I HAVE CONVERTED THE BILLING OPTION FROM LIMITED USE OF BROADBAND TO UNLIMITED USE OF INTERNET BROADBAND BUT WHEN WE HAVE RECEIVED THE BILL WE NOTED THAT UNDULY HEAVY CHARGES HAS BEEN LOADED ON THE BILL . WHILE MAKING THE ENQUIRY AT BENAJHABAR THEY ADVICED TO GO PROAD OFFICE. WHEN WE CONTACTED TO P ROAD OFFICE THEY SENT BACK TO BENAJHABAR OFFICE . WEHN WE AGAIN CONTACTED THE BENAJHABER OFFICE THEY FAILED TO EXPLAIN THE CHARGES LOADED ON THE BILL AND TOLD THAT ALL THE CHARGES ARE CORRECT.

          I want to draw your attention about the poor service provided by the BSNL sancharnet internet
          dial-up service.It's more than 2 months now that the internet service is out of order here in
          Dhanbad,Jharkhand and no steps has been taken to resume the service despite repeated complaints
          from the subscribers like me here in Dhanbad.

          I've met the internet in charge officer, even given a complaint letter to the General
          manager's office at Dhanbad, but without any result.Also I have e-mailed to the customer care
          in the Delhi office, but none of them bothered to respond, leave alone fix the problem to resume the
          the internet service.

          BSNL has not closed the Sancharnet dial-up internet service and in their Sancharnet website,
          they claim that it's their most popular and widely used internet service,yet strangely enough
          it seems that they are making no effort to resume the internet service here in Dhanbad.

          I request you to please make contact to the BSNL officials to aware them about this problem so
          that the problem can be fixed and we in Dhanbad(Jharkhand) can get access to the dial-up
          internet connection.

            I have opened a new Idea postpaid connection, starting with the numbers "79", their new series. A friend of mine uses a BSNL postpaid connection. However, when she tries to call me, she always gets a message saying "All lines on this route are busy". When she sends me a text message, she actually gets a positive delivery report! Even when I have got nothing on my phone! I called up the Idea helpline and informed them of this problem I was facing. They said they didn't have any problems on their side. My friend called the BSNL helpline number many times. First, they admitted they were having a technical snag and that they were trying to fix it as soon as possible. After a few more calls, the man on the helpline said, "This problem will get solved only after Idea forms a collaboration with BSNL." I have no idea what he is talking about, and meanwhile, the problem persists.

              Myself is Bhupinder Singh.I am from ludhiana.I brought a BSNL mobile conection on dated 01/10/08.When i need the help of customer care executive regarding my complain they are not attend my call when they attend the call they always put it on hold or otherwise cut the call.when i visit BSNL exchange regarding that particuler issue they are not giving any response.Even the G.M of that branch MR. AGGARWAL behave very rudely and in such a abusing manner.They even said that his job is secure and challange me for any action.

              Please look at this matter and take any suitable action...

              by this complaint i want to bring to your knowledge that im regular user of B.S.N.L. Pre - paid services but from so long time im facing very sever problem while communicating such as call drop,no proper voice from other side etc. This makes mental harassment to me every time while calling.

              I am not able to send sms on some national numbers.the GPRS is also not active.To register complaint,I am not even able to call 24365.Only incoming and outgoing was active but today my outgoing is also not working.
              Dear Sir/Madam,
              We would be a loyal customer of BSNL since last 20 Years but it’s regret to inform you that due to negligence of your local service team at Khatima (Uttaranchal) more than 150 customers are very annoyed & looking for second alternative for the Landline services.

              We have informed local authority of BSNL to take the immediate action to resume the services but all in vain.

              This is a Township o[censored]ttaranchal jal vidyut nigam (Lohiahead) where more than 200 subscribers is residing but due to poor services of BSNL more than 70% customer has already disconnected their BSNL landline connection & opted Reliance services.

              BSNL mobile signal is also not available in this area so resident of this area is bound to opt competitors services.

              You can verify the record in 2010, I hope landline services is disrupted for more than 250 days so due to negligence from local service team BSNL is making loss of crores of rupees every month, I hope the local BSNL team is doing wrong practices knowingly to make the profit to the competitors & making the personal gain.


              Since nobody from BSNL team is bothering for the customer services that’s why share prices is going down & company is standing for the divestment to their share to the public/Private.

              Please take it as a customer feedback & take immediate action to improve your services.

              We are looking for a positive & favorable response immediately otherwise we have no option other than to make the legal complaint & will go to higher authorities (CM, Governor, PM)

              We are very sorry to inform you that there is lack of communication and services in your offices, nobody took proper attention regarding complain. We want to put some points which are ignoring several times by your department like:

              If boardband service goes down then we call the bsnl madhupur that broadband service or link is fail.

              After regular payment of bills in cdma Data Service your department raises an outstanding amount from the first day of connection.

              If Landline phone not working properly then after several calls nobody took proper attention regarding this.

              We know that your service is totally base on technology and there is chances of faults in machine but we want to know is there anybody who took proper attention in this matter. Everybody says it is not my area of work and put the matter in hang and we face huge business loss.

              Sir, please suggest us what should we do or where we can avail your service smoothly without any interruption and if case of failure of service, to whom we should contact for resolve the issue.

              Our firm is giving approx Rs. 75,000/- revenue to your department every month.

              Therefore, it is requested please look into the matter and do the needful.

                We are a business group deals with various types of products and services in madhupur and deoghar. We are fully depended on BSNL Service. We have several connections of Cell one, Excel, Land Line, Broadband, Data Card etc for running our smooth business communication. But now a days we are suffer from very poor service and link at our area and no body in this connection including madhupur & deoghar telephone exchange give us satisfactory news that how long the problems stands and when it is ends..

                Because of this we are face huge business loss and in less communication status. Please Suggest us what will we do ?

                  I have faced the same problem with Teracom LW272 usb data card. Though BSNL in their site demanded the "DATA SPEED" of this kind of modem as "3.6MBPS", while connecting the same in the internet it shows "Max Received Speed 48KBps". I have given the complain to BSNL customer care, but they were not able to give any solution. I have written a mail to Teracom sales department, but still now they are silent.

                  Is there any solution of this problem? Otherwise stop making us fool.

                  Hi, I am Janeesh from Bangalore, I am also facing the same problem, But i think it is the problem of the interface software, you please check what is your actual download speed, for me it crosses 1 MBPS some times. But unfortunately the interface software doesnot show it. When i purchased it, for the first day it showed 800 KB/S but the second day onwards 48 KB/S is the maximum speed shown. I m pretty sure the actual speed is much better, but only thing, it flexuates very badly, may be because of the distance from the tower. You please check your actual speed by downloading something from a server, where there is no restrictions for the speed or go to www.speedtest.net.

                  i have purchased one 3g data card at chennai nsc bose road bsnl office on 20th sept 2010.still it is not connecting.i forwarded complaint to chennai r.k.nagar office on 21st, 22nd and 23rd i.e., today by feed back.still no reply from anybody.today my person visited nsc bose road office reg this issue.but the person who was sitting in the seat is not at all caring our feelings, was also said some careless reply.by keeping faith on bsnl and also as a govt dept concern prepared to purchase by skipping private data card offers.
                  regarding this issue iam facing loss of biz and metal torture.

                  yeh bsnl 3g data card only gives max receiving speed of 48 Kbps..i think bsnl have fooled us..In the data card it is printed 3.6 Mbps but it only gives 48 Kbps...what a shame..i think other service providers are much better than them..

                  can anyone tell me if i use other service providers like airtel, vodafone or aircel can i get receiving speed greater than 48 Kbps??????

                    sir,
                    I have taken my bsnl broad band connection last year. the connection is in my fathers name (Gopalan p). THE PH NO IS[protected]. under pantheerankavu exchange. there was no problems at starting.
                    But now I am not getting a consistent connection and is disconnecting almost every 5minutes. me complainted it around 6time to the exchange but not rectified yet.
                    the jdo of pantheerankavu exchange is nw saying , my home is almost 4kms from exchange and the problem will exist as such . the only option in his openion is to disconnect the service. i dont know then why they give me a connection like this if there is a problem like this due to distance. and also i dont know how my net worked properly till this complaint if the distance is a problem.
                    i dont know what to do for rectifying the problem now.

                      Yesterday evening i have recharge my cell phone with 50 Rs. cash voucher with confirmation msg of recharge. and when today morning when i saw the balance of my account then i m confused on that time my accounts balance was 3.43 rs. only.
                      i make few calls between this period for only 4 rs.
                      i have lost 40 rs. approxe. Without any confirmation & any call, msg. from bsnl.
                      Many time i talked with customer care executive but I have not receive any satisfaction

                        I have the Broadband internet connection [H: 750 unlimited] also through the telephone connection. My son Rahul Remanan is working as a medical transcriptionist through the internet. His working is pending since last 2 weeks. There is a no respond for Kaduthuruthy Exchange. I also many times called the exchange this issue…No responsibility for the Kaduthuruthy exchange staffs…Any one do not attend this case..I’m complaint move to Many Divisional Engineers and Gm’s Kottayam BSNL. No Response. So please help to transfer my phone connection to my new house.

                          When Thrissur Pooram Exhibition comes to the end the BSNL,Trissur has not yet compromised the promise which they made last year at Thrissur Pooram Exhibition. The promise was that they will refund one month bill who gives their application form in the exhibition stall of BSNL.
                          When asked to customer care officer they don’t even know about it , or they don’t have a satisfying answer for the question .
                          Its not for getting me refunded but to inform you that the BSNL has not changed yet, and also to inform that the behavior of the customer care executive of land line has much to change comparing other competitors from the same sector.
                          I think you may take this letter into consideration.

                            I am resident of Sector 82, NOIDA. I have BSNL broadband connection which used to break every other day. When you log a complaint through call center, there is no response even you wait for 7 days. The concerned officer always says that the problem is from back end and will never tell who is this back end. He used to say the fibre cable is cut.
                            Its always a problem with BSNL. The dont understand SLAs. I had BSNL for 2 years and i was so irritated, as my work depends on it. for example if their is a fault on arises on saturday (working day; though they are not in office) the wil only rise from their slumber by tuesday and then start working on it by wednesday-thursday...
                            Once i asked their so called techical expert, why is your server always down, what operating system it runs on ?? His answer (Oracle) made me laugh, as he is not even aware what an operating system is??

                            This is their Qualiity of service

                            I have switched over to tata, but plans are not good. Kendriya vihar association is not allowing Airtel.

                            I am the business of ecommerce and my entire business heavily relies on Internet.
                            BSNL is not worth. I've used it and will never recommend it again.
                            Local ISP provider Durga Enterprises owned by Mr.Grover is not reliable either.
                            Mainly they do not have backup during power cuts in summers.
                            Deployed poor network infrastructure and switches, it doesn't even start to rain and you are disconnected.

                            I tried Tata wimax for 2 years but the plans are not economical and their speed is fluctuating all the time.
                            Not only that. Even after having a prepaid tata wimax service, if you don't want the service for 2 months, they send recovery agent just like post paid to remind you to pay!!!

                            I was in UK for 2 months and told the customer care when they called me that I will renew my subscription once I'm back in India. When I returned, they already took away the wimax CPE from the roof.
                            Since that day I hate tata wimax services.

                              Please note that I am losing my peace and patience with unsolicited calls and text messages that keep on coming every day. I am receiving upto 25-30 unwanted SMS through various companies as advertisements for various products that I do not need. Also, I do not want to receive unsolicited calls from credit card/hotels/resorts/insurance callers etc. I had registered myself in the BSNL website so as not to receive any unwanted calls, but still it is a wonder how I am receiving so many calls from so many companies.

                              I also want to kindly request to stop the unwanted SMS that keep popping everyday from various advertisement companies as well as this has become the biggest nuisance for working people like us. Just imagine we are driving vehicles to reach our destination and we suddenly receive this advertisement. We stop at the side of the road thinking someone in distress has messaged us and when we finally park the vehicle and see the message of some advertisement, just imagine the situation.

                              I hope timely action would be taken in this matter.

                                BSNL Prepaid — balance deduction

                                My cell no:[protected]. I activated GPRS230 on 1-dec-09. I also got a confirmation sms that it will be valid till 31-dec-09. I was also charged Rs.230 from my account. But when I used GPRS I was being charged for browsing. When I complained in BSNL office they said that GPRS230 facility was removed and hence I was being charged. But BSNL could had cancelled my request for activating GPRS230 which they didnt do. Why should I be charged for which they didnt provide service.
                                These government services are horrible all the time.

                                BSNL Prepaid Services — not required of backup data

                                Today. wrongly sms for back up data can be accessed . But i have not required of this services.
                                So, kindly stopped this services immediatelly to my mobile and credited the amount ( Rs. 30.00) which deducted in my credit balance and oblige me.

                                BSNL prepaid service provider activated 17 call tune on my number within 10 minute and diducted my account balance according to Rs 12 per caller tune.
                                when i complaint regarding it,the the customer care executive said that i note your complaint but not sure that your balanced will be refund by BSNL.............

                                SIR today at 8:30am i sent two local sms from my mobile no.[protected] then the BSNL service provider sent me message that he charged Rs5 for each message even though i had 1paise offer to each sms. Then i call to the customer care 3times but they didn't received my request they use to keep receiver aside after receiving my call. SIR PLEASE HELP ME I AM A STUDENT.................
                                My prepaid no. is [protected]. on 30/11/10 we recharge my no with rs 55 recharge card sr no[protected] & secret code is [protected]. after recharge successfully my a/c balance go to negetive 39.450 autometically. How it possible. & no one service is activated in it. Please check My above no. & inform me.

                                I PURCHASED MY BSNL SIM AND THAT GOT ACTIVATED ON 07/03/13 AT 10:34 PM AND RECHARGED WITH 200 RS TOP UP AND 135 RS STV IN WHICH I GOT 175 RS MAIN BALANCE AND 6 HRS 40 MIN IN STV WHEN I CHECKED MY BALANCE ON 16 MAR 13 IT WAS SHOWING MY MAIN BALANCE WAS 155 RS.WHEN I INQUIRED WITH CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME THAT I CALLED ON ISD NO [protected] ON 07/03/13 AND DEDUCT MY 7 RS WHEN I ASKED ABOUT MY REST ie 13 RS THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE ONLY 10 DAYS OF RECORD.
                                FACT IS I RECHARGED MY PHONE ON 09/03/13 SO HOW CAN I CALL 07/03/13?SINCE TIME IS TOTAL TEN DAYS WHEN WAS ACTIVATED SO THEY R NOT GIVING THE RECORD OF MY 13 RS.MY BSNL NO IS [protected].

                                  same message i have recived its all fake but polish is not taking any action against them how they able to send such a messages without haveing such a permission ?
                                  better avoid these type of advertisements. after you give your details they will ask you some money towards handling charges. don't sent. be careful. normally somalia ethiopia and other african people are doing this. be cautious.
                                  even our cyber crime police department cannot do anything good as these fellows are doing all these things from remote foreign countries. be careful.
                                  and these African theifs are having the same terror black colour, curl hairs, big noses, bony faces, ugly mouth we cannot find out them even if they are coming in front o[censored]s.

                                    BSNL — My landline number is not working from last few days:

                                    My land line number is not working from last three day's, I have intimated many times to fix the permanent solution. I haven’t received root cause of why we are facing the frequent problems. Please treat this as priority and send me the response as soon as possible.

                                    Last time, I have observed that they are fixing this problem from exchange it self. I do not understand what they are doing in the telephone exchange.

                                    Every time, I need to send the complaint and then I am escalating to Babji, then problem is resolving.. This is the eight time to give complaint on the same number within 3 months span.

                                    This time I am requesting to call to [protected] once the problem is fixed. Also I am requesting to monitor for one week and close based on the customer feedback.

                                      i having sonyerricsson 200 mobile with bsnl cellone network . bsnl had launched mobile tv . from last 1 month i am complaining that mobile tv service not wkg but every time the custmercare services says we will attend the same within 38 hrs but still the service not wkg

                                      To deactivate Music Station service, dial 12630033. You will get the IVRS. Press 4, and then at the next prompt, press 5. Hooray! You are deactivated from this stupid, extortionate, service of BSNL.

                                      Note that this is a toll-free number. So all of you keep dialing and tell all your friends to keep dialing this number to get some of your own back on BSNL.

                                      For the other services, look inside the SMS which comes every month. There is a number there to use these services. Dial this number and you will get the IVRS and code to deactivate.
