Please note that I am losing my peace and patience with unsolicited calls and text messages that keep on coming every day. I am receiving upto 25-30 unwanted SMS through various companies as advertisements for various products that I do not need. Also, I do not want to receive unsolicited calls from credit card/hotels/resorts/insurance callers etc. I had registered myself in the BSNL website so as not to receive...

My mob: [protected]. I did complaint on 11th May for wrong deduction of balance near about 480 Rs. But till date i didn't got any responce from customer care also....

MY OUT GOING CALLS ON MOBILE No. [protected] STAND BARRED FROM EVENING OF 13.05.10. ON QUERY FROM CUSTOMER CARE IT WAS INFORMED THAT I HAD NOT PAID MY LAST BILL. WE HAD GOT AN AGREEMENT WITH BSNL REGARDING ROOF TOP TOWER AND THE RENT WAS DECIDED TO BE 12000 PER MONTH WE PAID 10 % OF 3 YEARS RENT AS BUYING STAMP PAPERS IN FAVOUR OF BSNL. On 13th April, 2010 I had activated a caller tune from BSNL mobile services. After request sent they approved and deducted charges for PRBT which was Rs.49. Here actual charges Rs.37 but they deduct Rs.12 Extra after that I registered complaint regarding this on next day that is 14th April, 2010. But it didn't resolve so registered more complaint in whole month which were 25+ complaints. Still I got replied from CC executives...

It has been 6 weeks since we requested for landline shifting from Old Madras Road to Cambridge Road in Bangalore. There has been no sign of anything moving. The frustating issue about this is knowing why it is not moving and nobody is doing anything about it.

1) Earlier occupant canceled his connection online while BSNL requires physical presence with surrender of phone and modem

My residential telephone is not working since 27/4/10 the complaint was registered at the no 198 and the docket no was 10009 the phone continued to be down since then almost 15 days are over and nearly 100 nos of phones are down in the area since then.
When so many phones are down it needs to be done on priority and attention needs to be paid.
