[Resolved]  BSNL-Himachal Pradesh — Poor Service

I am mangla sharma lives in amritsar where I have been married, actually I belong to a small
village called bund bihar which is in between palampur and panchrukhi, my father is an exserviceman facing problem of memory lost, my mother is also patient of weak eye sight,
both of my brothers are in BSF most of the time who are away from home to know the health
of my parents I am depended on phone which is a bsnl connection whose no. is[protected]
but I am very sorry to say that most the time this phone no. dead when ever we launch a compliant it gets rectfied but only for one two days, all land lines phone nos of this are always
active except our no. when we talk to bsnl's staff we get answer that there is wire disturbance
is it duty of parents to rectfied that wire I have fed up with working of Bsnl, I am writing these
words with this hope that this time I would definetely get a positive reply
