[Resolved]  BSNL Hungama — Deactivate

BSNL — games on demand charges charged without activation of any plan

Rs. 49 have been chared for games on demand since june 10 to may 2011 in phone bill and this bill came in april 2011 from june 2010. Without activation of any plan. I hav'nt register for it. Deactivate it immidiately.

i want disconnect my telephone due to fake bill.

Following Simple Step...
Step 1: Click On Unsubscribe Link Which is in footer of the page...
Step 2: Its Ask you Email id And Password(Enter you email id which was use to create account for Bsnl hungama) or (If you haven't click forgot password and you receive new password in you mail. Please check your Junk mail or Spam mail)
Step:3 Select you plan which you want to unsubscribe...
Step 4 its ask conform you as yes or no click "YES"

and you are Unsubscribe Unnecessary Plan...

my land line number is[protected]. i have also broadband i was not subscribe movies on demand but in bill rs 45/- is included for hungama movies on demand for last 2 months bills. i requested to deactivate the plan movies on demand.

I have never asked for this facility of music on demand. Still I find that an amount of Rs 149.00/- + Rs 149.00/- Total Rs. 298/- month has been billed for the months Jan 2013, I have paid this bill under protest.
I want to complain regarding that no as we have not used the Music on Demand service and also unaware of activation of that service. As we have received the bill of current month than we came to know that the music on demand service is being activated and the charges has been levied on us.

So please I request you to De-Activate the Music on Demand service as soon as possible and try revert back the charges if possible
I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.
Waiting for your prompt reply at earliest and hope that it would be De-activated as soon as possible

From November 2012 to till last month My BSNL Telephone Bill Land Line[protected] A/c No.[protected] charged Rs.149/- per month towards Hungama Music On Demand with out my request. Hence I request you deactivate Hungama Music On Deman and not to charge one time charges immediately & kindly reimbuse unnecessary charges charged.
