broadband registration — how to register in self care portal
how to rejister in bsnl self care portal......when ever i tried to rejisrter in that it giving me "Broadband User ID is Invalid or You do not have Active Broadband in Your Service." so i am not able to see my usage details pls help me fot that............... My Customer I.D. is[protected], I can't get user name & password till now to check my usage of broadband.

I am from agra and we had a bsnl connection for so long but we never had a problem in our phone and in our broadband and the service is always good we are having some problem with the phone bills from 3 to 4 months.and there is no one to look after this problem when ever we go to the main office in sader bazar in agra at Gwalior road they always say that go this office and if we go to some other office they say go some were else.so please look after this problem.my number is 2411678.
