BSNL Kalyan — discount not given for closed period

my ph.no.[protected] &[protected] was totally dead from 23/10/09 to 06/11/09 .
I made complaint regading this. At that time BSNL officer told they will arrange discount for this closed period.But in bill of Nov.09 have no any rebatin bill.
I have Broad Band connection on both line
Kindly arrange for disscount for that period

BSNL Landline — Regular Dead

BSNL takes 3-4 days for repair of fault and after each repair within 12 hours the phone[protected] gets again dead; again registration via 198 again 3-4 days wait
this is continuing since three months, phone is almost dead for nearly 20 days a month no use of its service complete waist of money.
Officers blame others for this.
Now i thinks i should ask for refund of my service that i could not use for almost more than of a month.

Sir, my Area is Kaniyapuram and land no. is[protected]. This land no. is always dead. I am regularly paying the monthly rental cherges. Hence I request you to consider this case as important and urgently I need a solution

B.S.N.L. — dead

my phone no '2531744' is not woking since[protected] i have complaint on 198 and my complint no. is O903.On[protected] i asked about my complaint in the basantpur office. Tthe office incharce reacted verry badly on me and said " jaiye jo karna ho kar lijiye jab thik hona hoga tab thik ho jayega"
On one side government says that dont cut the land line phones and on another side your employes talk so badly on noting complaint.like this we cant bear your employes so we have decided to cut the land line phone if this will keep going on .
So plz take strict action on my complaint

My Phone[protected] is not working since last one month kindly do the needful ASAP

i am trying to pay my bsnl landline bill for telephone no:[protected] through internet but the site is not opening since last 6 days please let me know how do i pay my bill

Please depute somebody to attend my landline No.2350118 immediately as it is not working since 1-2 weeks.

BSNL — Phone remains dead

Phone No.[protected] goes dead very frequently; the department says it is because of line fault. In the last six months the phone worked for only a short time.

MY LANDLINE TELPHONE NO[protected] IS DEAD SINCE JAN'2009 . I HAVE MADE COMPLAINT SEVERAL TIMES OF BSNL AUTHORITY AND MAILED BUT TILL DATE COMPLAINT WAS NOT SOLEVED . PLEASE DO NEEDFUL AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST NON WORKING STAFF

My BSNL Landline telephone no.25463690 is dead since 3rd March 2010.the complaint was lodged on 5/3/2010 by Docket No.010225.No action is yet taken.
