MY AGED PARENTS ARE LIVING UNDER MAMMOOD BSNL TELEPHONE EXCHANGE IN KERALA THEY CANT TRAVEL.
THEY HAVE BSNL TELEPHONE (LAND) No [protected]. THIS PHONE WILL BE IN OFF LINE CONDITION FREEQUENTLY.
WHEN EVER THEY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE MATTER THE VENDORS ARE NOT DOING THE WORK AS REQUIRED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS, THUS THE PHNOE IS NOT WORKING AT LEAT 4-5 TIMES IN A MONTH.PLEASE TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THE AUTHORITIES.

BSNL Kalyan — telephone not working

telephone no[protected] ( kalyan telecom) not working from 17 th morning

My tel no. 2384263 is often go out of order or say dead. This happen twice in a month. I think very poor quality service. Even after complaint hardly any step taken. What is the use to keep BSNL and pay rent for not functioning of the phone? It is better to look for other option.

My telephone number is[protected]. My telephone is not working since 5 months. I am paying bills since 5 months including internet plan bill. I am launching complaints since 5 months but no service is provided. They promise to come and repair but no one did not made an attempt to at least look into problem.
