[Resolved] BSNL Kalyan Telecom Circle — non working of land line phone since last 15days

Sir,
My residential telephone is not working since 27/4/10 the complaint was registered at the no 198 and the docket no was 10009 the phone continued to be down since then almost 15 days are over and nearly 100 nos of phones are down in the area since then.
When so many phones are down it needs to be done on priority and attention needs to be paid.
KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AND LOOK INTO THE MATTER.

Dear Sir,
I am having two connection of BSNL in my office but i am faceing same problem with both of them. I have registered complaint with BSNL but my phone is not repaired till date. I am not able to get ring on any incomeing calls from the last two months on both of my numbers.The matter was also informed to the line man he came to this area but did not attend the fault.my telephone details are:-
1) Telephone no.[protected]. Customer ID no. is [protected] Account no. is [protected].
2) Telephone no.[protected]. Customer ID no. is [protected] Account no. is [protected].
KINDLY DO THE NEEDY. I HOPE A POSETIVE REPLY FROM YOUR SIDE.

BSNL telecom Kalyan — BSNL Landline phone not working

Hi Sir,

Our BSNL landline is dead since 15 days. We had already logged the complain, but there is no action taken on that. Please look after that and do the needful.
